- antonio (10/5): Monolocale nuovo e ben pulito - La posizione della struttura e' ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Difronte al palazzo vi e' un supermercato ben rifornito e sotto casa vi e' una fermata di autobus, ( anche per la spiaggia e altre destinazioni ) Anche la fermata della metro e' vicino e si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Il monolocale e' nuovo, ben disposto , molto pulito e arredato con cura. Letto matrimoniale ampio e con materasso comodo. Vi era un tavolino tondo piccolo e pochi attrezzi per cucinare.

- Jiří (9/5): - Pokoj odpovídal popisu a fotkám. Veškerá komunikace proběhla krásně a nic nám nechybělo (můžete i kdykoliv hostiteli napsat a je připraven cokoliv zařídit/napravit). V apartmánu jsou k dispozici 2 klimatizace. Kuchyňka je dostatečná a nic nám v ní nechybělo (k dispozici je i kávovar, sůl a pepř). Obývací část byla fajn, ale je to "nejslabší" místo v apartmánu. Jídelní část byla pro 2 taky fajn. Oceňujeme závěsy na všech oknech. Ložnice byla super - pohodlná postel, krásný výhled a velká skříň na oblečení. Koupelna byla krásná, útulná a nic nám nechybělo. Velkým plus byla prostorná terasa/balkon (jen jsme ji kvůli počasí moc nevyužívali). Jsou to jen maličkosti - docela nepohodlný gauč (už se i trošku rozpadá a sedací část je přikryta dekou). V kuchyňce byly k dispozici papírové kuchyňské utěrky, ale možná bychom ocenili látkovou utěrku nebo nějaký odkapávač. V malé ledničce je k dispozici mrazák, ale moc nemrazil a nanuk se nám roztekl (i když jsme lednici zapli na plný výkon).

- Igor (7/5): Nice, clean and modern place. - The apartment is in a great location and is very clean and modern. I really like it. The bedroom lacked a curtain, and I was on the first floor, leaving me completely exposed to the world. During the night, a streetlight directly illuminated my room, making it impossible to sleep without being disturbed. Despite my notification about this issue 20 minutes after checking in, the host failed to find a solution. In a desperate attempt to regain some privacy and sleep, I resorted to taping blankets and towels to the large window. However, there are many other positive aspects to this place.

- Alexandros (9/5): - The location is very close to the center and the apartment is very new new. Noise from the street. My window was looking into Leoforos Vouliagmenis which is quite busy street and I could always hear the cars even in the night.
- Dominique (4/5): très décevant et cher - L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble donnant sur une 3 voies où le passage incessant de voitures et de motos très bruyant, le double vitrage ne suffit pas l'entrée se fait par une petite rue perpendiculaire; devant l'immeuble une odeur d'urine persiste et des grands bacs a poubelle débordant d'ordures ! le balcon est inaccessible à cause du bruit et n'a pas de mobilier. Il n'y a pas de linge de maison aucun torchon pas d'égouttoir mais un évier immense la vaisselle est rangée dans un placard en hauteur difficile d'accès l'accès à Netflix et Amazon impossible il n'y a pas de patio , pas de table à manger mais une petite table recouverte de set à relief qui retiennent toute la saleté, la table est abimée, pas de détecteur de monoxyde de carbone contrairement à ce que qui est mentionné le pire le radiateur avec une marque de surchauffe et une fissure le rendant dangereux !

- Anna (8/5): A comfortable andpractical place to stay - Great stay overall. The location is very convenient — about 15 minutes’ walk to Hadrian’s Arch and 8 minutes to the metro (3 stops to the Acropolis). A large supermarket is just across the street, which is very handy. The apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The shower was nice with reliable hot water, and towels and shampoo were provided (though soap was missing). Air conditioning (with heating) worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, but an extra pillow would improve it. A big plus is the free, secure luggage lockers in the basement for early arrivals, with optional early check-in for a fee. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay. There were a few downsides. Even though the apartment was spotless, there was a strong cigarette smell upon arrival (management apologized and confirmed a strict non-smoking policy). The street outside is quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. Also, despite staying for two weeks, no cleaning service or basic cleaning supplies (not even a broom) were provided unless booked for an additional fee.

- Mai (8/5): Lovely stay in Athens! - The apartment was well-situated near a Metro station and well-equipped (utensils, iron, washer, dryer). The hosts were also very reactive and responded to all of our questions. Since the apartment was located near a main road, it was noisy at times and we could hear the cars running outside.

- Maria Luisa (10/5): - La posizione è ottima: l’appartamento si trova a soli 5–6 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Agios Ioannis della linea rossa della metro, quindi è molto comodo per spostarsi in città. E' stato molto gradito anche il piccolo “kit” di accoglienza con tre cialde di caffè per la macchinetta dell’espresso (fondamentale!). La cucina è comoda e sufficientemente fornita per le necessità quotidiane. Il bagno è dotato di dispenser di shampoo e docciaschiuma, e il set di asciugamani è completo per l'intero soggiorno. Nel complesso, una sistemazione confortevole e ben organizzata, che rende il soggiorno piacevole. Per soggiorni lunghi, tuttavia, sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione anche un kit per la pulizia dell’appartamento e prevedere una pulizia settimanale con cambio della biancheria.

- Linda (10/5): I had a quiet and restful stay, the unit was really comfortable, and location was great! - Location was great, about a seven minute walk to the metro. The unit was really quiet, the soundproof windows made for a restful night sleep. The unit was warm, I stayed in the winter and the radiator in the bathroom was wonderful. I enjoyed my day, I will return again!
- MAZEN (9/5): Clean nice accomodation. - The location is convenient if you need to be close to downtown but at the same time not too far away from the beach. Building is clean and nice. I have stayed there many time. The curtains tracks need some maintenance. Curtains were dangling down in many places.

The location is good because it is centrally located between downtown and the beach, and very close to public transport. Everything was good.

- Julius (7/5): Muy buen departamento, ubicacion y comodidad, el gimnasio es incluido en la oferta pero inexistente - El departamento y el balcon estaban perfectos, el barrio es bueno, cercano a la estacion de metro, supermercado a 20 metros. Todo muy bien higenico y limpio, bien comodo, la mesa era un poco pequeña pero es solo un detalle menor. El gimnasio no era funcional. Realmente es la sala de lavanderia con una maquina trotadora que no funciona (defectuosa) y dos pesas de 2 kilos. Lo del gimnasio me desilusionó bastante.

Wśród udogodnień tego nie widać ale w obiekcie znajdują się 2 pralki oraz 2 suszarki, ogólnodostępne, bez dodatkowych opłat. Dużo restauracji i kawiarni w okolicy, dojście do centrum zajmuje 30-40 minut. Bliskość ruchliwej drogi, gdy okna są otwarte to hałas może być uciążliwy, zaś gdy są zamknięte to prawie jej nie słychać.

- Bei (10/5): Nice & modern apartment in Athens Center - The apartment is well located (close to metro station and short walking distance to Acropolis). There’s a supermarket next to the building. Lots of bakeries and cafés in the neighbourhood. The room is clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. There’s even a laundry room (with washers and driers) and small gym for free use. Checkin and checkout are super easy. All in all, a great place and I really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing

- Mazen (5/5): - Actually the room is well equipped, but there were many cockroaches in the room. We told them they told me we will send someone to spray instead of moving my father to another room and coming to exterminate and provide proper hygiene. That is unacceptable.
- Mariano (4/5): Decepcionado - La habitación está bien, grande, cómoda y práctica para hacerse una comida simple. Cuando viajo le pido 3 cosas a un hotel: Cama razonablemente cómoda, ducha caliente y una caminadora en donde poder correr. En este caso la caminadora no funcionaba, lo reporté el primer día y me dijeron que la iban a reparar. Nunca la repararon. Sabiendo que yo estaba interesado en el tema tampoco me contactaban de motus propio para informarme, tenñia que preguntar yo todos los días. Gasté más dinero en este hotel solo porque tenían caminadora y siento que tiré el dinero a la basura.

La struttura è nelle immediate vicinanze (circa 500 m) della linea rossa nonché di alcuni locali tipici e di un supermercato abbastanza fornito. Cmq, per raggiungere il centro a piedi, è abbasta lunga... Qualche omaggio base poteva esserci: due bottigliette d'acqua o almeno due capsule di caffè: anche se erano "promesse" nelle descrizione (le capsule), non c'erano
- Elena (10/5): Happy with the apartment, enjoyed my stay. - The room was nice, clean and had everything you might need,such as kitchen fully equipped(stove,coffee machine, teapot, dishes and etc) I like that they had a big bottle of water in the fridge (maybe it’s not something huge for someone else,but for me it was a huge thing after an exhausting flight) aaand there was an iron in the room.Overall, I liked it there. Also, you have a supermarket in 20m,right in front of apartment😊 The only thing I would add to the room is a pair of slippers(maybe you can have them if you ask,but I didn’t) and due to a supermarket being in 20 meters,it’s stock room is right in front of apartment and it gets noisy in the morning. But it didn’t spoil my experience,so it’s just worth mentioning.

- Panagiota (1/5): Ανεπαρκής άνεση - Η τοποθεσία είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο, ωστόσο ο θόρυβος από τη λεωφόρο ήταν συνεχής όλο το 24ωρο, σε σημείο που νομίζαμε ότι κάποιο παράθυρο ήταν ανοιχτό. Δυστυχώς, η διαμονή δεν ήταν καθόλου ξεκούραστη ούτε ως προς την ησυχία, καθώς υπήρχε έντονος θόρυβος, ούτε ως προς την άνεση, αφού το κρεβάτι έτριζε σε κάθε κίνηση. Επιπλέον, οι κουρτίνες δεν παρείχαν επαρκή σκίαση· τα φώτα από έξω έμπαιναν στο δωμάτιο τη νύχτα και το πρωί υπήρχε πλήρες φως μέσα. Το διαμέρισμα το παραλάβαμε σε όχι τόσο καλή κατάσταση, όμως μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ο καθαρισμός πραγματοποιήθηκε άμεσα και το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, κατά τη διάρκεια της εβδομάδας που μείναμε δεν έγινε κανένας επιπλέον καθαρισμός. Γενικά, εκτιμήσαμε την άμεση ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού, αλλά υπάρχουν σημαντικά περιθώρια βελτίωσης στην ηχομόνωση, τον φωτισμό και τη συντήρηση του χώρου.

- Stella (9/5): We would definitely stay here again as the location was very convenient as well. - It was spacey, very comfortable and seemed new! The ac worked well in the heat setting, there was hot water for bath and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and a water kettle. Fully equipped with whatever you might need. The bathroom and shower could be cleaned better, as there were hairs in the drain of the shower which i find disgusting. However we cleaned it and it was all good.
- Maira (8/5): War okay und Preis Leistung passend - Größe und Lage war gut. Fenster waren gut abgedichtet und daher war es angenehm ruhig. Preis Leistung hat gepasst und Balkon war ein netter Zusatz. Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können, auch ein Spiegel hat gefehlt - ebenso wären mehr Haken im Bad wünschenswert. Außerdem gab es wenig Steckdosen und erst nach Nachfragen warmes Wasser.

En verano creo que sería un problema el tema de estar en una avenida con tanto coche, aunque hay aire acondicionado, pero los coches se oyen. La cocina estaba muy bien también. Hubo una urgencia debido a una fuga de agua y no conseguimos que nadie nos diera soluciones hasta el día siguiente, tuvimos que apañarnos por nuestra cuenta. Las almohadas eran malísimas

- Laureta (8/5): Molto bene! - L'appartamento è nuovo e ben tenuto. Pulito. Ben accessoriato. Ottimo per due persone, c'erano tutte le stoviglie per cucinare. Supermercato di fronte alla struttura. Piuttosto vicino al centro di Atene a piedi. Seppur in periferia, zona sicura. Presente ferro da stiro e asse. Difficoltà di parcheggio nei dintorni. Lavatrice e asciugatrice non funzionanti. Porta della doccia rotta, si bagnava tutto il bagno. Consiglio degli stendibiancheria per il balcone.
