• Marilyn (10/5): Love, love , love this property. Fantastic location, clean and comfortable! - We loved our stay at Domna Luxury Suites! The location was absolutely amazing. It is centrally located and there are a lot of fabulous restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with an amazing bathroom. The only small snafu was communicating with the host. It took a couple of weeks to get a reply from the host concerning some questions that I had. Also, Someone was supposed to meet us at the property early to let us drop off our bags. We waited an hour before we could get in. The person was inside cleaning while we were outside the door. There was no way to communicate this with her. The host was kind enough to arrange a driver from the airport. We were told it would be $70 and it turned out to be $90. These things were minor and overall we do recommend this property.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und die gesamte Ausstattung wirkt hochwertig und stilvoll. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weshalb wir uns erneut für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben. Leider wurden die abdunkelnden Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer entfernt, welche bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt noch vorhanden waren und die wir sehr geschätzt haben, da wir gerne in einem vollständig abgedunkelten Raum schlafen. Zudem spielt die darunterliegende Bäckerei bereits ab ca. 4:30 Uhr sehr laute Musik. Diese ist im Schlafzimmer aufgrund von Vibrationen deutlich wahrnehmbar und beeinträchtigt den Schlaf erheblich.

• Steven (10/5): Great location, comfortable and large apartment, great price. - location is amazing, less than 1 minute walk to the pantheon in the heart of the city. apartment is large and comfortable with all of the ammenities you could want or need from a full kitchen to microwave/fridge, etc. a tiny bit confusing getting into the apartment but it wasn't bad. also there was an issue with the hot water on the first day that was fixed by day 2.

• Hilda (7/5): Zeer centraal gelegen, alles om de hoek - De ruimte van het appartement en het grote goede matras, daar waren we blij mee. Was even lastig om binnen te komen en kregen lastig iemand aan de lijn. Ook latere communicatie verliep wat lastig/niet. Verder was helaas de regendouche niet werkzaam dus alleen beetje onhandige handdouche en liep water langzaam weg.

After returning the rented property, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my card for a broken lamp that I did not damage. Not only was this charge taken without my permission, but I also received no prior communication or explanation regarding the alleged damage. The customer service response was inadequate, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. It’s unacceptable to take money from a customer's account without proper justification or consent. I expected better transparency and respect for my financial matters. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy rental experience. Be cautious if you decide to use it! Stay away!!!!!

The location was perfect. The cleanliness and communication were impeccable. A few more shelves for clothing, etc would have been nice so we could use the window seats to take in the phenomenal view.

The location is very close to the Pantheon, and handy both for exploring and for the range of eating options. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Despite being on a busy walkway on a Saturday night, the room was shielded from noise. Because the room is small, there is limited space for sitting and reading/typing, except on the bed. The overhead light is very bright, and there is no reading light or bed table to put stuff on. Finally, there were no washcloths. But none of these are deal-breakers, at least over a short stay.

The room is very spacious, very beautiful and decorated with a very good taste and the bathroom is wow! It is located in the best place you can stay. Busy but not too crowded especially if you go on off season. The house is isolated well as you cannot hear anything from the outside. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, also a supermarket round the corner. Close to Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon. Also, walking distance to Colosseum. Good conection to go to the airport by public transport. Everything was amazing and honestly I would recommend this stay to everyone who wants to visit Rome.. even us we are definitely going to return in a while and definetly stay here again. The room also provided with a mini bar of nice snacks and beverages in the fridge. That was lovely to find and handy in the morning to have a nice coffee in the room. Thank you Domna for making our first trip to Rome unforgettable 😍 Cannot find anything to complain about.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect location, very clean, and wonderful communication with staff - I could not be more happy with our stay at Domna Luxury Suites. The location was perfect - very close to restaurants, cafes, and the taxi stand. The keyless entries to the building and our apartment were very easy and convenient. It's so nice not having to worry about keys when going sightseeing all day. We loved staying near the Parthenon because it's very easy to walk to the places we wanted to visit: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Colosseum, etc. We ate one of our favorite meals at a restaurant near the Pantheon that was just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There's also really good gelato and tiramisu stores nearby. The sandwich shop next door must be amazing because there was always a long line of people waiting to order. We did not try the sandwiches though because we mostly ate at restaurants. It was very easy to get a taxi to take us to the Vatican for our early morning entrance reservations and also to take our family of 4 to the airport when we left. The apartment is very clean, brightly lit, a great lay out with a small kitchen and breakfast nook between the two bedrooms, and my girls loved the window seat in their room. Housekeeping came every day around 10am and she was very sweet and friendly. I realized as I boarded my flight home that I made the huge mistake of accidentally leaving some money behind in the safe, and they have been corresponding with me in order to get me my money back. They go above and beyond and I would definitely stay here again on a return visit. There is not one thing that we didn't like.

The Pantheon was right at our doorstep and every sightseeing spot was only a short walk away - we did not have to use any transport at all during our stay. There were also supermarkets close by and the property itself was very clean and cosy. A kettle or fullsize mirror would have been nice

The room was very clean, bright, and the bathroom wonderful. It’s in amazing location central to Rome and easy to walk to many sites, including the Pantheon which was steps away! There is not elevator access and you will have to carry your luggage up a fight of stairs to an area where there are two rooms using a code to access your room. This is more of an air bnb feel to it, but the steps were fine and would love to stay here again!
