- Karin (9/5): Funktionales Hotel in Airport-Nähe - Gutes, funktionables Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Großes Zimmer mit kleinem Küchenbereich. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil wir eine Unterkunft für unsere erste Nacht in Mexiko benötigt haben. Kleiner Pool und schöner Bar-/Außenbereich. Basic-Frühstück mit Toast und frischem Obst war inklusive, man konnte kostenpflichtig noch erweitern, was auf jeden Fall sehr lecker war. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. An einer großen Straße gelegen. Wenn man mehr Urlaubsfeeling möchte, muss man eine Unterkunft in der Zona Hotelera buchen.

- Paula (8/5): - La habitación es cómoda y Bonita. Alberca privada muy agradable. Buffet de desayuno escaso, parece que lo que quieren es ofrecerte la carta para que pagues un desayuno completo. La comida del room service no está muy buena y es cara. La cocina no está equipada. Hay que solicitarlo para poder cocinar. También hay que solicitar el encendido de las luces de la alberca y el jacuzzi cada vez que se quiera usar.

- Michaela (4/5): Not recommended - On the booking they had shuttle option. But it was lie. They do not have shuttles. They will give you a phone number for private taxi. staff was unprofessional. Barely spoke. Said hello. Servis in restaurant was horrible. We were waiting more than half an hour for a sendwich and fish and chips. We were only one in restaurant. Towels in the rooms were so old. Nothing what I would expect in luxury hotel.

- Zuzanna (5/5): - The stay was decent overall, but the breakfast situation was disappointing—especially for a four-star hotel. During booking, it clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, at check-in we were told that only a very basic selection—bread, orange juice, coffee, and some fruit—was actually included. Anything more substantial, like fried eggs or other hot options, came at an extra charge. This is quite misleading and not what you would expect from a four-star hotel, where a proper breakfast should be part of the experience.

Cama confortável, ar-condicionado eficiente, roupa de cama e banho limpas. Oferece um café da manhã continental. Foram extremamente gentis em liberar os quartos antes do horário previsto. A ducha é extremamente forte e o box não conseguia vedar a água. Assim, o banheiro ficava todo encharcado. Café da manhã continental, caso queira algo a mais tem que pedir a parte. Pedi e me agradou.

Se han quedado con 400€ de la fianza de 4 habitaciones. Una vergüenza!! Y no contestan a los correos y después de mes y medio de dejar el hotel la fianza no ha sido devuelta

- Sheryl (10/5): - Amazing view, great staff. Wonderful to have a gym, pool and hot tub. The sushi restaurant close to this location was great. The restaurant food was good. All staff were excellent. The additional door separating front door from room was awesome for sound barrier but also to ensure I was only cooling the area I was occupying. The two plate induction stove was a bonus, should I have needed it. I live the separator between living quarter and the bed. The balcony chairs were a bit big for the area I had to eat my dinner at. Also could use some balcony lights as being outside was great.

- Sherene (5/5): - Monica, our waitress, and Antonio were the absolute best. Monica provided excellent service, and Antonio was extremely kind and attentive. The receptionist upstairs at the front desk and the gentleman who works at night were also amazing. The staff truly takes pride in their work and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Their customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the room had a strong mold-like smell. From the moment I entered, I noticed an odor that seemed like mold that had been covered up or painted over. The smell was very noticeable, and while staying there, I began to feel sick. It was concerning because it felt like something was being hidden rather than properly addressed.

- REBECA (10/5): Instalaciones y desayuno de 10 - La junior suite es impresionante, super grande, la cama comodísima y enorme, tiene una salita y cocina, el baño tambíen muy bien. El.desayuno genial. Que las.chicas de las recepción no nos informaran de que el hotel ofrece un shuttle al aeropuerto gratuito y nos vieran llamar al uver y no nos dijeran nada. Es un detalle muy feo.

- Mayra (1/5): Terrible, I had a hard time the first couple of days, after I complained thing got a little better - Nothing This is an old hotel, they offer free breakfast and they serve a continental breakfast without any protein not even a yogurt, my room was dirty, phone ,tv and ac did not work I had to move to another room, a maintenance person came into my room without knocking, he just opened the door of the room, poor judgement, no communication between employees, management is not efficient , they need more training

- AzucenaTH (8/5): Es ideal si no vas a las playas de Cancún - El personal de la cafetería no es nada agradable, si no compras el desayuno extra te tratan fatal, los últimos días nos quitaron la leche caliente porque decía que no entraba, cosa que los primeros días nos lo pusieron sin problemas. A parte del desayuno que es bastante escaso, las instalaciones son estupendas, habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal de recepción muy educado y con ganas de ayudar. El hotel no está en la zona hotelera pero bien rodeado de tiendas y fácil acceso para entrar y salir de la ciudad El servicio del desayuno, escaso y el personal muy desagradable.

Chambre spacieuse et propre Personnel au petit déjeuner très aimable, nous a apporté des verres de lait pour les enfants sur simple demande . Insonorisation des chambre, nous avons pu suivre le film du voisin 😅 Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais fait le job.

- Ndongo (3/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hotel - Je suis très déçue de notre séjour. Nous sommes arrivés après minuit, ce qui avait été signalé lors de notre reservation. Arrivée dans notre chambre, nous constatons qu'il y avait que deux serviettes alors que la reservation était pour 4 personnes. Lorsque nous avons appelé la reception la jeune femme qui y était ne répondait plus. Nous étions déjà descendues une fois pour réinitialiser notre carte de chambre car elle ne fonctionnait pas. C'est inadmissible que personne a l'accueil ne répondait et surtout de ne pas laisser assez de serviettes. De l'eau avait été ajouté dans les bouteilles de savon, ce qui est également inadmissible! Enfin le petit déjeuner "continental" reste à desirer, il y avait seulement des tranches de pain, le personnel n'était pas très accueillant non plus.

El desayuno nefasto, no había de nada, por lo que tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera todos los días. Habitaciones ruidosas, se escucha todo lo de la calle y a las habitaciones contiguas.

- Rafael (1/5): - Comfortable bed. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as being 4.3 km from the airport, but that information is completely inaccurate. The hotel is actually around 13 km away, which makes a big difference if you’re choosing a place specifically to be close to the airport. The breakfast described as “included” is extremely basic: only some cut fruit, low-quality sliced bread, and not even a small amount of butter. It definitely does not match what most people would expect from an included breakfast.
