The service is lacking, the facilities are outdated or poorly maintained, and it is definitely not worth the price. For €118 a night, you expect at least a blanket and a working TV—neither were provided. The service is non-existent; the staff is never around when you need them.

Das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein. Der Ort ist sehr touristisch und sogar in der Nebensaison am Strand viel los. Die Preise sind nicht günstig.
• Vera (2/5): - I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations for the price I paid (120 euros per night). There were not enough towels provided in the room. The TV was very outdated and did not support streaming services such as Netflix, which limited the entertainment options. I was surprised to learn that eating inside the room was not allowed, which made the stay less comfortable. In the end, I felt that I paid 120 euros only for a place to sleep, without being able to enjoy the facilities of the room. I believe that for this price, guests should expect better comfort and amenities. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of the stay for future guests.

• Olga Sol (10/5): - Это было чудесно! Наш первый опыт в Албании. Нас поселили немного ранее, чем был заезд, и это не было проблемой. Мы попали в переход от "сезона" к "несезону", море было бурным, но все равно удалось искупаться, т к пляж Бора-Бора закрыт островами, и вода спокойная. Отель небольшой, уютный, красивая отделка номеров. Очень душевный и вкусный завтрак и доброжелательные сотрудники отеля, готовые помогать. Интересно то, что тишина. Возможно, нам так повезло, но номер смотрит на море, отличный закат и тишина) это здорово. Напор воды в душе хотелось бы побольше. Если бы в номере был еще чайник и чай то было бы просто прекрасно)

• Ekaterina (9/5): - Мы с семьей посетили отель в начале октября. Отель выглядит обновленным все чисто и комфортабельно. В номере есть все , что необходимо. Завтраки хорошие, кофе вкусный😃 до моря 2 минуты, пляж ухоженный, лежаки платные 10€ за две кровати. Есть водные мотоциклы 70€ за полчаса. Наш сын 16 лет катался с большим удовольствием. До популярной Атракции «фото на руке» 10 мин пешком. Ужинали в ресторане Sole Mare, однозначно рекомендую. В октябре очень многие бары и рестораны закрыты, но в сезон их там огромное множество. Гостиницу рекомендую

La struttura sebbene abbia il nome di HOTEL, in realtà è di fatto un B&B, in quanto non esiste una area comune, l'unica è quella dove si tiene la colazione al mattino, che dalle 21 è interdetta. Stanze leggermente piccole. Asciugamani puliti ma vecchi o comunque lavati senza ammorbidente, carta vetro. TV non funzionante.

• Scott (9/5): Great location for Ksamil. A little pricey - Very nice decor, fantastic location. There is not really a hotel bar, there is an area that serves breakfast, but this area could be made so much better if it had a bar, for coffee, beer, wine etc.

• Jacquelin (8/5): Excelente ubicación. - En líneas generales estuvo todo bastante bien, un hotel pequeño y acogedor, que está al lado de la playa y de lugares de comer y beber. En ese sentido todo muy bien. Se ve que están comenzando, por lo que están las cosas nuevas pero les falta, aún asi, el precio estuvo bien para lo que recibimos. El desayuno es básico pero suficiente y muy bueno. Los chicos, tanto de recepción y cafetería que siempre fueron los mismos, muy amables siempre. La suite, para ser suite estaba pequeña, pero bien. Un poco básica, pero para solo ir a dormir fue suficiente. Tuvimos algunos problemas, pero nada importante, de igual forma los puedo mencionar para que los puedan mejorar. Teníamos 2 televisores en el cuarto pero ninguno tenía canales jajaja por lo que fue un poco raro. La nevera tenía un problema de botar agua, pero bueno son cosas que pasan. Los enchufes eran pocos y no había mucho lugar donde colgar que si toallas del baño y así. Dentro de la ducha, la regadera de arriba no servía y no había donde poner el jabón. Pero bueno nada de esto fue un problema, son solo mini detalles.

• Naseeb Atalla (1/5): מלון זוועה!! - אין יותר מדי מה לאהוב במקום הזה! בסך הכל המיקום מעבר לזה..ממש כלום!! הארוחת בוקר על הפנים! יתושים באוכל בבוקר...יש נזילה של מי ביוב במקלחת הריח הורג אותך..החדר מלא יתושים וחרקים ממש לא נקי..שתי טלויזיות אחת עובדת והשניה לא..השלט שבור..החלונות לא אטומים בכלל!! שומעים רעש כל הלילה ובקושי מצליחים להירדם...המזגן עובד חלקית!! נותנים רק כרטיס אחד בשביל לא להשאיר מזגן דולק ועד שזה מתקרר שוב זה לוקח לו שעה מינימום... ביום השני שלנו הייתה הפסקת חשמל ..והדבר הגרוע בשיא החום והדלת ננעלת מבפנים אם אין חשמל מה שגרם לנו להיות בסביבות חצי שעה בחדר ללא חשמל וללא מזגן!!! נעולים. המחיר ממש אבל ממש לא משקף את המציאות גם התמונות בבוקינג מטעים ממש...זה מקום ששווה מקסימום רבע מהמחיר שמציגים...גם החדר שנתנו לנו היה קומה ראשונה שאתה מרגיש שאתה יושב בכביש.. אכזבה מאוד גדולה ..לשם לא נחזור בחיים...מעלה תמונות למה שצילמתי....

• LIMOR (7/5): מלון בוטיק חמוד יש עוד מקום לשיפור ונוחות . - המיקום ליד הים יש חנייה צמודה , נקי ומעוצב נחמד רק בלי מאמץ או חשיבה לנוחות . המלון נראה מלון בוטיק אבל לא מצטיין בשום פרמטר מיוחד . לא היה מקום אפילו להניח את הדברים באמבטיה אפילו לא סבון לא מגישים בקבוק מים , אין בחדר שום דבר מיוחד , הכיסאות במרפסת שבורים .

• brynjel (10/5): Fint hotell nærme stranden - Nytt og fint hotell. Fine rom, bra rengjøring, god frokost. Hotellet ligger like ved Bora Bora stranden som er fin for familier og venner. Vi hadde relativt stor balkong med sjøutsikt. Hotellrommene var også vendt bort fra den travle gaten noe som gjorde støynivået akseptabelt. Veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte som gjorde oppholdet hyggelig for oss. Frokosten var god med mange sunne alternativer. Om det skal være noe så var det litt variabelt med varme i dusjen på morgenen de første to dagene. Deretter ble det bra.

• Marie (8/5): Bon emplacement - L'emplacement est très pratique quand on souhaite poser la voiture et faire à pieds. Je n'ai pas trop apprécié qu'on me facture mon expresso à 10h05. J'ai pris l'option petit déjeuner qui se finissait à 10h00. Pas d'eaux dans le frigo, pas de tapis de douche, pas de gel douche uniquement shampoing. Pas de gobelets ou de verres comme dans les autres hôtels de cette catégorie.

Nice view We inquired before booking regarding that I'm coming with a friend who is in wheelchair and they said it was wheelchair friendly. But at arrival we saw that the hotel had stairs to get in. This meant that we needed to get help every day in and out of the hotel. Plus its a shame that they only offered breakfast (small). No lunch or dinner. The price was overrated in what you really get
