Tem apenas uma entrada onde o elevador vai até a recepção que fica no sexto andar. A piscina quase não pega sol. Nosso quarto não estava muito limpo, tinha uma meia suja em baixo da poltrona. - Crystal (8/5): A lovely stay - Location was very nice. Brickell was def a walkable area with options for dining and shopping. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Loved the kitchenette. I had an amazing view from the 15th floor. Also, offered free breakfast, and a convenient small “restore market” with refreshments and snacks Hot breakfast options were not as described. I was told make your own waffles, etc but only saw scrambles eggs,no bacon and no sausage. They did offer a yogurt bar with toppings, make your own oatmeal, milk options, refreshments, bagels, muffins, cereal, toast and fruit.

- Conner (7/5): My stay was OK with me and my family it could have been better if all the accommodations was there. - I Love the breakfast it was a lot to choose from. You Guy’s definitely need shuttle from the airport or to the ship port terminal. We had to wait almost 2 hours for them to get our two rooms close together and I booked several months in advance and requested that the two rooms be side-by-side. They made it happen but it just took a long time and I had my 1 year old grandbaby with me. I should’ve gotten a discount or something taken off for the end convenience.

The pool is lovely, with warm and welcoming water, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Special thanks to Melessa Jules, the Front Office Manager, who was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist in every possible way. Her positive attitude made a real difference.
