- Michael (10/5): - Well located property will many eating options close by - and still in a quiet location close to the Seine River shopping and the Louvre. Room was a reasonable size for Paris and although a bit impractical in places (e.g. no shelves in bathroom) very elegantly furnished.

- robin (8/5): - Great location with good dining options and near Exit 7 of Les Halles train station. Unfortunately, upon checkin, I noticed the mattress cover was not clean and contacted the hotel via Expedia messaging (which does not allow pictures). The hotel sent a someone while I was out but did not find any stains in the mattress cover. I had to contact the hotel directly via email and added photos for them to address the issue. Additionally the hotel advertises shampoo is provided but during my 1 week stay there was I was told that they were out of stock.
- Russell (10/5): - We stayed as a family of four for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was thorough and informative and the apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was in such a great location, close to shops, attractions and metro.
- Janet (10/5): - Great location! Easily accessible to the Louvre, train stops, and restaurants. The place was easy to check-in with QR code and very clean. We had a few very minor issues during our stay, but the staff (despite not being on site) was very responsive by email and addressed right away. Would definitely return and stay again!

We had an issue with the air conditioning in the living room and asked the person in charge to take care of it, she said they were going the same day but unfortunately it was never addressed. Also, shower had some mold in the corners and not properly cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

- Wendy (6/5): - The property is very close to the L’ouvre, Pompidou, bourse du commerce, which surprising, sad to see that there are rows of tents belonging to the homeless at the back of the back of the building at night. There are plenty of restaurants around and it’s a very busy area at night especially on weekends. The worst is there’s no changing towels, request for changing towels whatsoever. Zero assistance except through WhatsApp. Expect to be on your own, so make sure you’re very well organised and travel with “doers”. The door QR Code is a nightmare, not just me, had to help some others who were staying at the property too. This experience does not make Paris a very enjoyable ‘holiday’
- Rohit (6/5): - Extremely difficult process to get in the apartment building. If your phone battery dies you have no way to get in the apartment. Also elevator is a tiny little thing which can barely fit single suitcase and one person at a time. We had 2 bedrooms and one if the bedrooms air conditioning was broken and they did not do anything about it. Also communication to the property manager is difficult and has to go through app.

- Elizabeth (8/5): - Our family spent 5 nights at My Maison - Lourve. We rented 2 units. Overall we had a decent stay. The property is sweet, relatively well kept for its age & had the idyllic Parisian feel. The location is very central & convenient to all popular sights (ie. Lourve, Notre Dame, Effiel Tower, etc.). Depending on what side of the building you’re at, it can be really noisy & not ideal for light sleepers. Our unit over the cafes were noisy into the late night & early in the morning with trash trucks & sidewalk cleaners. The other unit facing a small side street was a lot quieter. Property management was easy to access, but issues weren’t always dealt with expeditiously. The washer/dryer in one unit did not work the entire duration of our stay. The elevator was also out of commission, which made it tough to carry our luggage up and down the small spiral staircase.

Unfortunately the only issue we had was that the very small elevator did not work on our floor. But other than that minor issue, it was a great to stay. TIP: When using the QR code to unlock your door, maximize the brightness of your phone screen. It helps.

We had an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (very important!), and a kitchen to make coffee. The rooms were so lovely, clean, and what a view! We were located near the Louvre which was an easy walk for anywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely book this again.

Comfort: Queen sized bed and pillows that are fairly comfortable. Convenience: Washer/dryer combo wasn’t working. They were kind enough to launder daily but left clothes damp for packing as they were not dried. We had to hang all our clothes all over the room. The clothes steamer also wasn’t working properly. No bar soap provided, just a shower gel. Communication: Delayed and emails always leave you wondering what’s gonna happen next.

The unit is thoughtfully furnished and functional. I would definitely stay here again. A bit tricky to find the entrance after a long sleepless flight but thankfully a kind waiter from a nearby restaurant helped! It’s a noisy place- recommend ear plugs. Only complaint- poor or no internet.

- praveen (10/5): Great place at a convenient location - Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. We recently stayed here for 8 days, no issues at all. Very clean neighborhood, with a G20 grocery store nearby. Chatalet Les Halles station and mall are 2-3 minutes walk. Very seamless check-in process with no real front desk personnel. Customer service via WhatsApp was amazing. Very close to the Louvre, Seine River, Notre Dame, etc. short uber ride to Eiffel and Champs-Élysées. Good size bathroom with Hansgrohe top notch fixtures and water pressure is great. In our apartment, Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. There are restaurants/cafe/bar in the bottom floor and can get very busy all days evenings due to happy hour. Elevator is sort of odd trapezoid shape and can fit a large travel bag and another person, but we had no issues at all. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Just hope they fix this three wheeled trolley in the apartment we stayed, which kept tipping over.

- Sam (10/5): - The apartment was a great size for the two of us. We had two big bags and two carryons. The washer dryer served us well. Bed was fairly comfy for a European bed. The shower had a great water pressure and nozzle but there was an odd smell in the bathroom after showers. The ceiling looked a bit dirty and maybe there was a leak. The toilet was hilariously small. There’s no way anyone over 190 lbs can fit in the toilet room. The surrounding area was very noisy at night but it might depend which unit you stay in. In the beginning, staff was slow to respond but they did accommodate us eventually. Thankfully a service worker helped me access the apartment initially even though I did have the correct QR code. But after that, I had no issues accessing the building. Very convenient location to the mall, food, and metro. Would ultimately stay again.

- Steven (10/5): - The property was right near a transportation hub, with restaurants and shopping nearby and we were able to walk to the Louvre and several other sightseeing areas with ease. It was very clean and relatively spacious except the tiny elevator which was easily worked around by taking multiple trips with our big luggage. We only had one issue while we were there and it was resolved quickly the next day with a single email the night before. Check-in and check-out was easy and we were especially happy that they could keep our luggage on the day we arrived so we could go out and enjoy paris while we waited for the room to be ready for check in.

We had just come from London where we stayed in a similar type property but so very different. My Maison makes sure the accommodation is clean and modern with everything you need provided even though the building must have been built a long time ago. It was great having an elevator to our floor and the Digital key worked perfectly. Whoever designs the interior of the flat should be congratulated as it was lovely which leads to a relaxing stay. Loved the area and easy access to Gare Nord. We will be back!

- Janice (10/5): My Maison Louvre… Excellent! - The experience was terrific. Clean. Easy electronic check in. Actually next to the Bourse and Les Halles Metro and shopping. Easy walking area. Pied de Couchon was two restaurants away. We ate at the restaurants nearby and were happy with the food after 18,000 steps. I would recommend this property and I would stay at any My Maison property again. Bravo!

- Eric (10/5): Outstanding property only steps from the Louvre! - I’ve been to Paris 6-7 times and this property was by far the nicest and in the best location. We loved the layout of the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with one bedroom close to the entrance and nicely separated from the other bedroom. The kitchen, complete with a washer/dryer combo that actually dried clothes!!, was located in the hallway between the bedrooms and near the living room. Each room had a TV which was yet another bonus! Overall, I could not have been more pleased!
- Julie (10/5): - The apartment had all of the basics needed to be comfortable and the bed was comfy. There is no parking available as part of the reservation but there is a lot of food and shopping nearby. The place was clean and even had a small washer/dryer in the bathroom (I didn’t see it at first but it’s under the sink). I had some difficulties with online registration process but it eventually got worked out. It was a fun way to enjoy Paris.

- Laura (4/5): A man came into my apartment while I was inside - The bad: There are no traditional keys/key cards to access the main door for the building or the apartment. It is all done by QR code. During the night, I awoke to what sounded like someone opening the door to my apartment and walking around inside. I told myself I must be imagining it and went back to sleep. However, early the next morning an unknown man let himself into my apartment while I was inside. He said he had been sent the QR code by My Maison and told that it was his apartment and available for him to check into. My Maison have subsequently apologised for a technical error which mistakenly allowed him access to my apartment. It left me feeling unsafe in the apartment and as a result I would not be able to recommend this place, especially to women staying alone. The good: The location is perfect and the apartment was stylishly decorated.
- Linh-Thao (10/5): - We stayed for 4 nights in Oct 2024. Loved the location and the charming looking unit. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants; and a market place is around the corner. We’d walked to The Lourve, the Latin Quarter and a few parks. We did have difficulties unlocking the door on the first night & the morning after. The hotline phone staff and Joy, the building manager, were friendly and helpful. (The secret to unlocking the door is firmly turn the door handle and push the door hard after the “Welcome” appeared on the lock screen.) We were happy with this unit!

- Carina (10/5): Fabulous location but the dryer didn’t work. - Fabulous location. Cute apartment. But much smaller than the pictures. The dryer didn’t work. They sent someone to take our clothes somewhere to be dried which was helpful but it was still frustrating as we were trying to leave to catch a flight. We give the location five stars but feel that overall the apartment was not a great value for money.
- Hannah (6/5): - The property was clean and clearly initially everything had been done well. However, the property had not been maintained. The sink plug did not function and stuck n the bathroom light flashed continuously. And the kitchen cupboard doors were all falling off/poorly fitted so that you could not close the fridge without manipulating the dishwasher cupboard door. This was very poor and made use of the kitchen difficult. It was a deluxe appartment which we paid a lot per night for so I expected better. The information in the folder was out of date. It was also tricky to open the appartment door and cleaner had to show me.
- Rosarina (10/5): - This is an immaculate property in a great location, close to lots of dining, bakeries, shopping centre and the metro. Highly recommend.
- Melanie (10/5): - We had a great time. The apartment was quiet but in a busy area with lots to do locally. It was clean and modern - and the best mattress and pillows I’ve slept on! I’d fully recommend it. And I’m fussy! The lift is tiny and the stairs windy - this won’t be a good place for anyone with mobility issues.
- Michael (10/5): - Very nice apartment with lots of restaurants to choose from. Walking distance to our excursions. Very modern and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels.

- Heather (10/5): - Ma Maison en Paris was incredibly well designed and appointed. Bed was super comfy and lots of nice touches including wireless speaker, ktichen with all the accoutrements and a pre and post luggage storage room. Right next to great restaurants and shopping areas. Merci!

- Joseph (10/5): - We had a LOVELY time at My Maison Paris for our first stop in Europe. The room was clean, spacious, gorgeous view & very easy to access as soon as we arrived. The staff is incredibly helpful & offered to replenish our coffee & tea when we ran into her in the lobby. This spot is in a beautiful location where you can walk or bike all over town or enjoy drinks on the tiny patio, the bed is very cozy too + spacious closets!!. Highly suggest staying here!

Loved the location, it is on the street with several cafes, central location and easy to walk to Louvre, Seine, Notre Dame, etc. Small elevator was great to have for our bags as we were on the 6th floor. - Sybil (10/5): - What a fabulous place nestled amongst cafes and near the Louvre. This is the perfect little Parisian apartment. It had everything I needed for my quick solo stay. Communication was excellent. They had a binder with instructions for everything and recommendations for things to do, places to eat and offers to book reservations or acquire any tickets you may need. A/c was a blessing on a 36° day. Would not hesitate to book again.

- HEDI (2/5): - What a terrible experience. And the customer service made it worse afterwards. In the middle of our 1 week stay : one of the building employee had to check the room as their own system received a notification for a potential bed bug. The employee said that it was just some dust without showing us any proof : a few hours after that we saw then bed bugs on the towels, in the bathroom sink and a series of visible bites on my partner's shoulder. We had to leave and find another cleaner accommodation a few nights before the actual check out day. Asking for compensation even with the proof (Images, Video, etc.) of the bed bugs moving and the bites was not enough for them nor Expedia Customer Service to get us one dime of compensation. Extremely disappointed : also because supposedly hotel Health Expert Team decided to investigate the room without giving any notice after we contacter the Customer Service for these bed bugs. I would not recommend this place for obvious sanity, safety and privacy reasons.

There were 3 of us and the sofa bed is big enough for 2 persons.The only problem we had is how to operate the washing machine .It’s a washer and dryer in one machine.Also, there’s no whole body mirror.Overall , it was a good experience with my family. - jin-marie (10/5): Cute place - The place was super cute. There needs to be more mirrors and full length mirrors. There were 6 of us girls total and not enough mirrors. The Washington machine took like 3 hours to wash and the dryer was like 4 hours to dry. Very annoying.
