• Carlos (7/5): Ubicación excepcional. El resto, menos - Ubicación excepcional, imbatible. La habitación reservada era tipo apartamento, con pequeño salón-cocina, dormitorio y baño. La cocina (que no usamos para nada) me pareció supercompleta, con nevera, lavavajillas, encimera de inducción, e incluso lavadora. Todo muy nuevo y con aspecto de excelente mantenimiento. Baño actual con plato ducha de buenas dimensiones. Dormitorio con cama doble justa de tamaño, pero con buen colchón y almohadas. Facilidad para dejar equipajes antes del check in o después del check out, aunque se dejan en un almacén cutrecillo, junto al único (y también cutrecillo) cuarto de baño existente en la planta baja, junto a la recepción. Estuvimos 3 noches (de jue a dom) y pagamos una media de 365 eur por noche, sin desayuno. Por ese precio, aunque sea Londres, esperas algunos detalles que, ya digo, no existieron. El apartamento tenía dos ventanas, que daban a un patio interior, oscuro, sucio y cutre (se resuelve corriendo las cortinas) pero te puedes consolar pensando que así es más silencioso. Al acceder a la habitación observamos que el lavabo desaguaba mal y se atascaba, dificultando el uso; a pesar de indicarlo en recepción al día siguiente a primera hora, nada se resolvió hasta la noche inmediata a la salida. Resulta que no te limpian la habitación, y te mandan varios emails después de reservar indicándote este "pequeño detalle" aludiendo a su compromiso con el medio ambiente (manda huevos); pero si pagas 50 libras extra por noche, ese compromiso ambiental desaparece, y ya te hacen limpieza extra (no las pagamos). Te indican que si quieres te renuevan las toallas; lo pedimos, pero... ni caso. Al reservar te indican que el check in es a partir de las 4 pm; perfecto, y era sabido. Llegamos a las 2 pm, y no nos tocaba poder subir a la habitación, pero ... milagro... si pagabas 50 libras extra, entonces sí que podías acceder a la habitación. Una de dos, o no están disponibles hasta las 4, o sí que lo están a la llegada; pero no me digan que no es ruin tener la habitación disponible y solo dejarte ocuparla previo pago extra, que no hicimos (dejas las maletas en un cuarto´-almacén y las recoges más tarde). Nadie del personal habla ningún idioma europeo diferente al inglés; comprendo que para los ingleses es incomprensible que no hables su idioma, pero tal vez algún día entiendan que hay otros idiomas en el mundo (algunos muy hablados, como el español) o, al menos, que intenten hacer un esfuerzo por entenderte, usando traductor de google o similar... pero ya digo que, de eso, tampoco; tal vez por la dificultad de comunicación, en recepción son secas de verdad (eran mujeres).

Φτάσαμε στις 2 το μεσημέρι και πληρώσαμε 30 λιρες για να κάνουμε τσεκ ιν νωρίτερα από τις 4. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο, μπορούσε κανείς με μια ματιά να δει τα ψίχουλα στον πάγκο της κουζίνας , στο πάτωμα αλλά και στις καρέκλες. Η τουαλέτα ντροπιαστικά βρώμικη. Φωνάζοντας τη manager στο δωμάτιο, μας ζήτησε φυσικά συγγνώμη και μας ζήτησε να περιμένουμε άλλη μισή ώρα για να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο μέσα σε 20 λεπτά καθώς οι καθαρίστριες σχολούσαν. Μας είπαν ότι θα έχουμε δωρεάν άλλη μια ημέρα καθαριότητας στην 7 ήμερη διαμονή μας και μας άφησαν 2 μπισκότα και 2 αναψυκτικά με μια απολογητική κάρτα. Φυσικά δεύτερη φορά δεν μπήκε κανείς να καθαρίσει. Πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι απλά δώσαμε 30 λύρες για να μπούμε σε πολύ βρώμικο δωμάτιο. Το πλυντήριο πιάτων δεν λειτουργούσε. Την τρίτη ημέρα το κλιματιστικό είχε ρυθμιστεί από τη ρεσεψιόν να βγάζει κρύο αέρα και σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους, ζητήσαμε να ρυθμιστεί ώστε να βγάζει και ζεστό αλλά μας απάντησαν ότι η διαχείριση ήταν κεντρική και οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες ήθέλαν κρύο αέρα οπότε θα έπρεπε να το υποστούμε.γενικα η εξυπηρετήση δεν ήταν αντάξια ούτε των 4 αστεριών ούτε της τιμής του δωματίου

• Jean-Michel (8/5): Parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine. - Hôtel très bien situé pour découvrir le centre de Londres à 2 pas de Covent Garden et Chinatown. Notre chambre était propre, moderne et confortable. Petit coin cuisine équiper de plaques électrique, d'un four, d'une machine Nespresso et d'une bouilloire. Un micro-onde aurait été un plus. La vue sur l'arrière cour n'était pas extra.

• Paul (10/5): Great location, spacious, clean, nicely appointed apartment and very friendly and attentive staff. - The location was great and convenient to getting everywhere I wanted to go, the apartment was clean, spacious and decently appointed, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. There was no hot water the second morning which was very disappointing and physically shocking to have to take a cold shower but it was fixed by the end of the day and there was an apology note in my room when I got back with some crisps and sodas.

Not the end of the world at all, but could just do with larger bins in the rooms.

Modern apts with comfortable bed. The towel rail in the internal bathroom didn’t turn off so the room was unbearably warm.

On the slightly higher price range, but typical London prices I would really recommend putting full length mirror in the bedroom and a small mirror near the plug sockets by the bed so you can do you're hair! 😉

• I3612PJjadeb (10/5): My new spot for staying in london - I stayed along with my Nan for her 80th birthday. Great location (£9 in a black cab from Charing Cross) just 5 mins walk from the centre of Covent Garden. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were wonderful, especially Alesha or Aisha (don’t quite catch her name) who was very accommodating and friendly. Will be booking again in the future

• Fatma İrem (8/5): Konumu süper - Tesisin konumu Holborn metro istasyonuna çok yakın, birçok yere yürüme mesafesinde çok iyi. Mutfak yeterliydi. Personel iletişimi iyi, özellikle Esrat’a teşekkür ederiz. Nespresso kahve makinesi koymuşlar ancak 4 gecelik konaklama için yalnızca üç adet kapsül bırakılmış, odadaki bilgi kartında bunları resepsiyondan yenileyebileceğiniz yazıyor ancak ücretli. Odamız aydınlatmaya bakıyordu, bununla ilgili booking oda detaylarında bilgi verilmeliydi. Bilseydik tercih etmezdik. Rezervasyon esnasında oda manzarasını önemsediğimizi belirttiğimiz bir not bırakmıştım ancak dikkate alınmamış.Oda temizliği iyi denebilir ancak halı kirliydi. Terlik vs yok, Oda temizliği 4 gece sonrasında yapılıyormuş bu süre biraz uzun.

• Christine (7/5): COLD🥶 - Location was very convenient, Apt was very quiet The air con was pre-set to cool❄️and would not heat the room-I thought I’d turned on the heat, came back after dinner.. rooms were really cold🥶I put a photo of the controls into chat gbt-confirmed pre-set to cool-not heat.. I had to put on additional layers going to bed AND use a towel as additional blanket.. Said it at reception following morning, was told they would get maintenance to sort-came back after day out-still cold-ended up finally getting a blanket-said it again at check out and was told by receptionist that the air con was very recently set to cool only- and they have told management to change settings back as getting complaints!! I paid alot of money to stay here and its just not acceptable.
• Steve (9/5): Excellent stay at the Lincoln Suites - Location, kitchenette facility in room, reception staff were excellent and very helpful Window in room faced directly across to another rooms window
• Laura (9/5): - Clean, quiet and local to so much Sofa bed wasn’t the greatest but the actual bed was brilliant
