A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

- Michelle (7/5): Good - Apartment was well furnished with appliances in good condition and is a great place to base yourself for the week as it is a comfortable size. Location is excellent, 15 minute walk to lots of cafes in the Bondi area and is lovely and quiet. Host contact was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay - check-in process was very easy. The apartment, unfortunately, was damp, and there was a significant amount of mould on the ceilings, walls, skirting boards, and in the cupboards in the bedroom. The bathroom fan did not work well, so there was a good amount of mould in there, too. The apartment needs a thorough clean - it's clear the walls, hard to reach places, the rug under the bed (sometimes was damp), and even behind the paintings hanging in the bedroom haven't been cleaned/washed properly in a while, lots of dust and mould visible on these areas. It would make the place more comfortable as it is a great apartment, good size and well furnished.

Location of suburb for me was perfect, so close to the cool vibes of Bondi.
Entering the unit at first glance reflects a compact temporary home for my stay. There was a damp smell in the unit. While the unit is on ground level and there was rain everyday that I was there, pretty sure the damp smell could be aided by fresh damp collector crystals, the rug appeared to have water damage so I purchased products to spray rugs and lounge.
The lounge was very stained with several large stains. I do see now that this feedback was already provided in a review Nov 2022.
The bathroom really needs an intense bleach as there’s locations of unsightly dirty cracks.
All the tiles in the entire unit require the grout that was once light great etc to be scrubbed to remove the brown/black appearance.
The apartment building several waste and recycling bins were all directly under my bedroom window so opening the windows was not option.
I was advised after I booked the unit that the construction/ Reno’s across the hall from me would be finished the day before I arrived.
It continued along with work being completed on 3rd level and the building next door you my unit, this had scaffolding and the noise and dust from that also stopped me from any window and no blinds open ,..so it was dark.

- Stuart (5/5): Potential to be really nice, if issues can be fixed - Location and overall styling of the property was really nice (noting the issues described below) and the support from the team renting the apartment when I missed the email requiring security info was very good. Would have been a nice place apart from some small but key issues. There was almost no water pressure in the shower. Literally dripped out and was hard to shower with. Also no wine glasses in the kitchen, which I think is a pretty reasonable expectation in a property at this price point. Hairdryer was broken, the couch was a little bit stained / not that clean, and the bathroom was also not particularly clean (shower head dirty and some mould in the grouting).

- James (7/5): Our Stay at Bellevue Hill Apartments - The property was only 5mins from where I had to go making it very convinient and it was pretty much close to Bondi Beach and all the restaurants and shops. The only downfall was the on street parking,
This was a nightmare as we couldn't find closer parking to the building and had to park and walk a long way which I didn't enjoy. The owner of the building should cleanup around the outside as it doesn't look very inviting and looked run down. It's only until we entered our apartment that made the actual difference! The owners kept things organized and well equipped with everything you needed which made your stay more comfortable and pleasant
Overall the stay was enjoyable and our host Gabriel was always contactable and polite.
