Mustafa (soho lofts apartments manager) was very friendly and informative on our arrival. Location in heart of Soho was very close to everything. Little bit noisy at night sometimes but that’s to be expected in the heart of a busy nightlife/theatre location. Did not affect our experience at all. Didn’t get to see the infamous local cat, Cashew 😻

• Chi (10/5): Great stay with large space in best location! - The location is the biggest selling point at this price point. The apartment decoration is eccentric and one can tell that original furnishing was meticulously planned. The space is huge with two king beds and one queen bed. The kitchen is well stocked for a big family. We can also tell that the host pays great attention to details, eg pillows of different softness, complimentary pod coffee and snacks. The reception by the building manager was great with excellent communication (also with property management company). We were a little concerned when we have read previous reviews of sewage smell and broken TVs. Rest assured, there was no smell or whatsoever when we stayed. The tv worked perfectly :) it was an overall great stay! Some furniture was a little bit worn. But that didn’t compromise our experience.
• Sam (3/5): Pungent sewer smell & lacking amenities ruined our experience. Would not recommend for this budget. - The location was fantastic, easy access to everything in central London. The person who met us Mustafa, to give us the key was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious with funky decor as per the images. The persistant horrific sewer smell in the master bathroom was repulsive and ruined our experience in the apartment as the smell spread to the master bedroom and just would not clear. The amenities were significantly lacking - no shower gel, basic kitchen stuff like foil or tea-towel for drying plates etc. The apartment looked tired, in need of some much needed TLC. Electronics (TV) remotes were broken, so using TV was difficult. The pictures make the property look in better condition than the reality.

• Mark (10/5): Perfect place to stay while in London on holiday! - This apartment was perfect for the week our family of four spent in London. Excellent location with so much within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and several plays as it’s in the theatre district. Beautifully and eclectically appointed, the apartment was spacious, immaculate, and just a really fun place to stay.
