The bathroom was disappointingly small, especially the sink…if you turn the faucet on full, the water will come over the front of the sink. - Robin (10/5): Amazing! - I chose this hotel because of the idea of a balcony overlooking a part of the city. It felt very Parisian. Um...none of the photos do it justice, because you can see part of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony!!! I literally squealed like a little child when I walked out onto that balcony! Watching the twinkling every night from the comfort of our own balcony, or having a cup of coffee there in the mornings was my idea of heaven! The room itself was very comfortable and spacious for three of us. My kid loved the little alcove and their own balcony access. The wet bathroom thing is weird, but I understand why you would do it in a hotel. The hotel is adorable, the area around it is lovely and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

- Mindy (10/5): - We booked a 1 bedroom apt which was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was nicely decorated and newly renovated. Location was convenient, two metro stations, grocery stores and pharmacy were all a few minutes away. Eiffel Tower is also walkable which was very nice. The only downside is the automatic doors won’t open if you’re outside if no one is at the front desk, which happened a few times even during “normal” hours.

Bakeries, restaurants, stores and multiple close Metro stations. Even walkable to Eiffel Tower day and night. Nice staff with advice and good continental breakfast Appreciate shuffle service from airport and to train station (for fee). Clean room. It is small for 3 people to move around but works and felt very clean everyday. Only slight downside is there is a bar on the backside of building that can get a little loud in at night but not to over the top.

- Helen (8/5): - Lovely and clean, great location and not far to walk to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Didnt see the point in a tray with Kettle, cups, tea coffee and no milk. Despite numerous emails to the reception, the best i was offered was milk from the breakfast room, 5 floors below, which isn't very practical when you wake at 7 and want a coffee in bed. Whitener sachets or coffee with whitener sachets would solve this very easily. Nothing was used on ours or our friends trays because of the no milk situation. Must save them a lot on replenishing.

El desayuno de este hotel fue el que menos opciones tenía (solo había pan para sándwich, embutidos y quesos, pan dulce, fruta, jugo y café); tal vez para gente que no desayuna mucho es suficiente, pero nosotros siendo mexicanos, lo sentimos con poquitas opciones. Pero lo que nos gustó mucho es la cercanía a muchos lugares de comida, sobre todo una cadena de tiendas que se llama Monoprix (maravilloso tienda, venden de todo! Ropa, comida preparada, etc..) Nos gustó mucho la zona porque se sentía muy segura 😀

- Yu Pei (8/5): - 房間簡陋，真的可以稱之為精品。平日一晚NT.8600附早餐，房間內地板凹凸不平，隔音不好，可以聽到附近與樓上的洗澡聲跟腳步聲。早餐選擇簡陋，可能反映在物價上，但是員工親切，可寄放行李，又很熱情友善。附近沒什麼遊民，自助洗衣店很多，也有很多家超市可以買伴手禮，又有三個捷運站在旁邊可以很快的四處旅行。
- Shelly (4/5): - Our room was the smallest I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The door almost touched the bed when opened and there was not much floor space to accommodate 3 pieces of luggage, in fact we used one as a table for the other piece of luggage. We opened our luggage and balanced on another piece and a small corner desk. Other than the size of the room the bed was fine. The bathroom looked great, but smelled of mildew and mold. We had to keep the door shut and the window open to stay in this room and would have left if we were staying more than 1 night. The door to the bathroom would not shut completely due to water damage and swelling at the bottom. Someone has definitely tiled over previous water damage, looks great but smells awful.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and service - The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in a 3 person room and the drain for the wet room/ shower was in front of the mirror. A little wierd drying your hair with water on the floor, but it seemed to work. We asked for wine glasses so we could sip wine on the balconey. Only issue there was no fridge to keep the wine cool :(. Great location to access Paris by transit.
- Verified traveler (6/5): only for those with a blocked nose 😁. - "The Eiffel Tower is quite far away. It takes 25 minutes to walk there. The only advantage of the hotel is its location, but even that is disappointing. The hotel is tiny, and during our 2-night stay, the room was so dirty that flies were swarming, yet they didn’t clean it. Unless you hang the 'Make Up Room' sign, they won’t clean by default. When I tried to sleep, the smell of sweat and urine made it impossible to rest well. The bathroom is so close to the next building that you could practically play peekaboo with the guy next door when you open the door. The supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, and the reception staff’s friendliness is 3 out of 5. Paris itself is very unfriendly, expensive, and overrated. The smell in front of the hotel is so strong that it feels like being in a toilet. Recommended only for those with a blocked nose 😁."

- Gary (8/5): Great little hotel in a great postion - Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Room was a compact but comfortable size. Positioned on a nice street with a few shops and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro. Also 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. My only niggle was that I couldn’t get the air con to blow out cool air but wasn’t an issue because I don’t mind having the window open.

- Rebecca (8/5): - The staff were fantastic! The room was cozy and the view of the street/city was nice. You didn’t hear anything through out the night from the street which was good. If you have loud neighbours like we did you will hear all their movement tho. But overall lovely place and in a great area!

I wasn’t too well on the morning I was leaving and hotel staff took care of me especially Francisca I think was here name in the restaurant.. room was small but great and shower was lovely .. not a bad price at all for central Paris either
- Jonathan (4/5): - Place is easy to find. Very friendly front staff and helpful whenever there was a request. :) The actual room, on the other hand, was less than ideal - mainly due to the washroom having a number of issues ranging from its small size, shower door not closing, small/unusable sink, shelf placed right above the sink. Add to that, a unreliable wifi connection.

- Luis (6/5): - Renovated room but it is extremely small[room 11], it cause claustrophobia. You can barely walk. The bathroom was new. Location is very good, just 150 meters from La Motte Piche Grennell metro station. Lot of Cafes, shopping and restaurants nearby. Just 20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. In my opinion, too expensive for what it is, but we just were there for sleeping after 12 hours visiting Paris and other towns.

Staff were helpful with an iron and ironing board to borrow. Great location between two metro stations. Vending machine in lobby can be temperamental.

It has two metro stations nearby and many attractions are within walking distance. Great value for money overall, would recommend.

- James (10/5): Great little boutique hotel - A very nice sort of boutique hotel very well located. Small rooms of course, but nice and clean and comfortable. The front desk girl was so very nice and helpful, recommending an excellent restuarant and arrainging a large taxi for 4 with luggage. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

- Laurent (8/5): Nice cosy hotel - Nice and cosy hotel in the heart of rue du commerce. recently renovated so room are in excellent condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is a little annoying is the door closing that makes some noise. should fix. as well as corridor lighting under the door. (easy fix) to have a dark room.
