• Chloe (9/5): My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay — the hotel was peaceful, stylish, comfortable and felt like a true home - I really enjoyed my stay. The kitchenette was exceptionally well equipped — it had everything from a microwave, oven and dishwasher to utensils, cutlery, dishes, glasses and cups, which made the stay feel very comfortable and convenient. The bed was also extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, and I loved the chic décor of the room. I also absolutely loved the shower and the beautiful skyline views. Quite minor points overall, there was no coffee provided in the room — only tea bags. Also, during our two-night stay, I asked at reception whether the sofa bed sheets could be changed for the second night and was told there would be a £30 charge, so we decided not to change them. I also felt the main bed could have been slightly larger, especially for a family stay as our child wanted to sleep with us due to the unfamiliar surroundings.

• Klára (10/5): Útulný a stylový hotel v krásné lokalitě stranou od centra - Hotel předčil očekávání. Vyzdvihla bych krásný a velmi útulný interiér, ve kterém se opravdu cítíte jako doma. Velmi pohodlné postele a praktickou kuchyňku. Snídaně vynikající a celý tým hotelu byl úžasný. Po domluvě dokonce nevadil ani trošku pozdní check-out. Chiswick jako lokalita - bomba. Jestli se někdy vrátíme, tak sem. Nic.
• Gergana (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a cozy hotel in great location - Very nice small hotel in a perfect position between the tube station and Chiswick High Road with all its restaurants and shops - only a few minutes away. Very clean, had everything needed and looked exactly as in the photos. Staff was helpful and breakfast was very good too. There is both air conditioning as well as windows that can be slightly opened. We enjoyed that it looked upscale and quirky different, not a regular boring standard hotel. Easy access to public transportation (the tube). Everything was as described, no issues at all. The corridors in dark green were too dark but that’s just a personal preference.

• Pawel (10/5): Cozy, boutique hotel in a loft style - Cozy, boutique hotel in a loft style. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed, with kitchenettes. There's a nice gym and even a washer and dryer. We felt well-cared for thanks to the very helpful staff Elton, Tish, Marlene. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a metro stop nearby.

I love everything about the property from the safe and beautiful neighbourhood, warm welcome, beautiful rooms with little kitchenettes and lovely bathrooms, to the excellent coffee in the morning. Wonderfully situated near tube station and a few nice park areas nearby. Appreciate the zero footprint too. Quite a first If I had any criticism at all, and this is very small , I would ask for a mirror in the room somewhere near a natural light area / good lighting , so I could do my hair and makeup without having to squint or put my glasses on.

• Sherry (9/5): A beautiful hidden gem - As a seasoned traveler, the room, location and Hometel exceeded my expectations- and I am a tough critic when it comes to hotels. The staff was ABSOLUTELY the most memorable part of our stay. Everyone we encountered was exceptional and we made a point of asking for everyone’s name so we could send a thank you note. We want to thank Alex, Tish, Barbara, Aga (her smile and hugs are infectious), Adriana, Elton, Gerti, Del, Lisa, Marlene, Dani, Edy and Naim! This was our first visit to Chiswick and will not be the last. We are already planning our next visit and stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.
