• Heather (10/5): Fabulous - We liked everything. The place is so spacious & in a fabulous position. Right next to the tower, lots of people, amusements & restaurants about & easy walk to 3 different subway stations. Would’ve liked an iron to be provided but otherwise everything was great.
• Charlotte (8/5): Best for location - Amazing location, apartment is close to so many great food places, not far from the metro. Overall the apartment is well equipped and felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Neighbours were a little noisy and it could do with a dust.

• Maidenly (8/5): Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in heart of Shinsekai - A spaciious 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location, updated with many amenities. Decoration is hard to describe, but beds were comfortable and bathing area was great. Located right in Shinkesai, but very quiet. Great restaurants just downstairs, close to subways. Great for our family of 4. Would stay again. The washer did not have a dryer function, so air drying laundry was a chore. Could have provided more than 1 set of towels per guest, as we stayed 4 nights.

• jbartual (8/5): Tons of space. Great location that comes with some noise, but that's ok. Join the party downstairs! - The space is really good. There is plenty of room for you and your luggage. The instructions to get the keys and access the apartment were simple and clear. Also, the location cannot be better, right in the middle of Shinsekai! Totally recommended. It is a bit noisy due to where you are. So, if you are sensitive to noises this is not your place or better bring some noise blockers for your ears. Yet, this is to be expected by the location. You cannot have it all.

• HARUKA (2/5): ゴキブリ、ベッドから前の人のおもちゃ、布団カバーなし - 立地は良いですが、繁華街ど真ん中なので、入り口の前には酔いつぶれた若者が座り込んでいて迷惑でした。 飲食店たくさんあるので、食べるところは困りません！ コンビニ薬局もあるので便利。 昼間は観光も少しはできるのでその点は良い。 まず、部屋に入ったらゴキブリがいて、最初から気分最悪でした。 敷布団が用意されていましたが、布団カバーもかけられておらず、カバーなしのそのままの布団がゴキブリの居た床に直置きされていました。使いたくないです。 洗面、風呂場は下水の臭いが臭すぎて息を止めて利用しました。 ひどい臭いでした。 ベッドからは前の宿泊者のおもちゃの人形が出てきました。 本当に掃除しっかりされているのか不信感がつのりました。（清掃代として6,000円と記載されているのに、返金してほしい程です。） エアコンからも異臭がすごくて、埃も舞うし、清潔感はなしです。 あと照明が暗すぎて居心地悪い。 キッチン道具もあるが、きれいなのか信用できず、使う気になりません。 もう絶対に泊まりたくないです。 汚い、臭いが大丈夫な方であれば、通天閣も近いのでここらへんに用があるのであれば泊まってもいいのでは？と思います。
• NANASE (8/5): なかなか便利な場所！ - 立地。広さ。通天閣目の前で迫力があった。翌日動物園だったのでこれまた歩いて５分の場所が、最高だった。 買い物、食事にも便利な場所。御堂筋で移動するプランだったので駅近で良かった。 テレビの電波不良あり。 暗かった……せめて、リビングはもっと明るさがほしい。無駄にすべての電気をつけないといけなくなるので改善してほしい。 洗濯物を干す場所がほしかった。ブラインドのついてる窓こ前あたりに干せる場所が欲しかった。もしくは寝室に干せるようにするか。(エアコンで 乾燥するので干しても良さそう。) 洗面台、下水の臭いがしてた。これは即改善してほしい。 緑茶、コーヒー、即席で飲めるサービスが欲しかった。 ハサミが欲しかった。 はし(割りばし)も欲しかった。 ファブリーズ置いておいて欲しかった。 カーテン、ブラインド、窓がもう少しきれいだと良かった

• Naoko (10/5): 夜遅くまで観光を楽しめる立地で、広々して清潔でコスパが良かったです。 - 通天閣から徒歩2分くらいで、利便性が良かったです。 とにかくお部屋が広々していてビックリしました。お風呂やトイレ、内装や備品も清潔感がありました。 キッチンにお皿やコップ、レンジ、フライパン、冷蔵庫などもあり、簡単な調理ができます。 注意点は 入り口とお部屋のパスワードがあるので、 それを事前に調べて行かなければいけませんでした。 The Only Viewという表記がなく、 chilloutとしか書いていなかったので、 ホテル名を分かりやすく表示してほしいです。 洗濯乾燥機の乾燥機が効きが悪くなっており 何回か乾燥が必要になりました。
• 木下 (8/5): - 通天閣の近くで景色が良く、家族でゆっくりできるスペースもあり。良かったです ４人なのに、ベッドが3つだけということろがよくなかったです。お布団がもう一組あれば良かった！または、簡易ベットが１つあると最高だと思いました！

• Laurent (5/5): Dirty smelly outdated flat in a very nice area - Very good location, close to everything... The flat is clearly outdated, was dirty and smelly. Furniture lacking - not 1 chair in the whole flat. Kitchen is practically unusable, the sink faucet was loose. Staff wasn't particularly helpful and refuse to let us check a bit earlier than 16.00 which feels very late...

• Gerald (8/5): A well-located, spacious apartment - A very spacious apartment in a central location, close to transportation, shops and restaurants. Generally clean with comfortable beds. The bath room is the typical Japanese home-style one, which was really nice. Very handy having a washing machine and drying rack as well. The awful drain smell coming from both the kitchen and bathroom sinks - easily fixable but had not been done before our arrival. We couldn't use the kitchen for cooking because the drain smell made us want to vomit. Also, the lighting in the bedrooms is super dark - the globes really need to be changed to brighter ones.
• Simone (8/5): We enjoyed our time! - The space was great, very roomy and bright with comfortable couch. The location was great, even in the busy are it was quiet. Except when there was a party on the roof deck during the day. But at night it was quiet. It looked at bit run down and overly used. It needs a bit more maintenance with chipped color on the doors and walls. There were no forks and no dish towels in the apartment.
• Tracy (8/5): My husband and 3 children 17yo, 18yo and 20 yo went and stayed comfortably. The placed was extremely well priced for loc - Location was amazing, price was un matched for what you got. That size accommodation is un heard of in Japan. Apartment is to dark, no ironing board or working vacuum or broom. But these items are fixable

But for the price was ok. - Location was great- nestled in Shinsekai, under the Tsusuneke Tower, amid the hustle and bustle of all that area has to offer. It’s spacious and the beds were comfy. It’s soooooo dusty. It can’t have been hoovered thoroughly for a long time. We aired the place with windows wide as soon as we got there. I wiped down all surfaces, and if there’d been a functioning hoover, would have given it a going over. The bath waste was also blocked and a bit smelly.

• Trinh (8/5): Cost of convenience - Location is super convient. The unit was a tad banged up and lacking utensils but overall still worth it as its next to everything. The unit would heavily benefit from a deep clean and dusting. The ac in the second room was not functioning. Must have the egg soup from the restaurant downstairs.

Deep dust on the walls that has been there for a very long time. Dirty footprints and stains all across the floors. We checked out and found another property.

• Raj (10/5): Great location with a large floorplan - The most spacious stay in Shinsekai. The large apartment easily accommodated my family of four including two small children. The apartment is literally steps away from ample dining options, a pharmacy and a Lawson's. I will book again with no hesitation

• Michael (5/5): great location spacious but rooms need A DEEP CLEAN - great location, very spacious the rooms were so dusty and I’m allergic to dust so my allergies were going crazy. There was hair in the bed and just not well cleaned.
