Sin lugar a dudas volvería. Un día tuve un inconveniente. Llegué de trabajar y encontré mi habitación abierta. Parece que la persona de limpieza dejó el seguro puesto y la puerta no cerró. Al ver que no me habían robado nada, no presenté ningún reclamo. Sin embargo, deberían ser más cuidadosos, otra persona hubiera hecho un escándalo.

- Jarosław (6/5): Trochę się na tym hotelu zawiodłem. - Przestronny pokój i restauracja na 10 piętrze z fajnymi widokami i stołem do bilarda. Obsługa. Sprzątają pokój dopiero od długości pobytu na 4 noclegi. Taki właśnie mieliśmy a i tak nie sprzątali, po ręczniki trzeba było udać się do recepcji, pomimo rezerwacji na 5 osób kawy z łaską dołożyli dla 2 osób bo stwierdzili że tyle nam przysługuje. Normalnie na minimum, jakby człowiek się nie zapytał to kawy nie byłoby wcale. Do tego jakieś niezrozumiałe pobranie płatności z karty. Ogólnie pierwsze wrażenie spoko ale potem już tylko gorzej. Drugi raz już raczej nie skorzystam.

Pool bzw Liegen nicht sehr ansprechend, Zimmer straßenseitig sehr laut, das große Fenster ist nicht lärmhemmend, in der Nacht kann man nicht gut schlafen wegen dem Lärm. Frühstück-Plastikgeschirr, Auswahl ungewöhnlich auf fertige Produlte beschränkt, kein Schinkem, kein Obstsalat fürs Joghurt usw.

- jonafnf (9/5): Casi Excelente, solo por el detalle de que no cuidan las maletas antes o despúes del check in/out - Lugar tranquilo, rico desayuno, rica comida en el bar, las habitaciones son cómodas con Refri, microondas, mesa y artículos de concina. No se hacen cargo de las maletas antes del check-in. Para mi esto es un servicio básico, más en una cadena de hotel como este, y un lugar como Miami donde las personas hacen compras y no precisamente se hace el check in de inmediato.

Would stay again. It’s a shame that all the plates/ bowls/ cutlery at breakfast were plastic. All going into a non recyclable bin. Such a shame considering the world needs to reduce plastic waste.

- Louisa (9/5): Bra - Rummet var stort och rymligt för vår familj på fyra personer. Vi anmälde från ett kryssningsfartyg så vi kom en stund innan ordinarie incheckning. Vi frågade om rummet var städat och om det gick att checka in tidigare. Rummet var städat och klart men ville vi checka in tidigare skulle de ha 70dollar vilket jag tycker är orimligt om rummet nu redan var färdigt. Vi valde att betala för senare utcheckning men ändå kommer personalen och knackar på vår dörr strax efter ordinarie utcheckning och frågar när vi tänker checka ut. Det kändes allt som allt väldigt oproffsigt och inte serviceinriktat.

Enjoyed the outside deck on 10th floor. Played foosball while drinking. Pool looks nice. (too cold to swim 64 degrees) We were booked for 2 king suites with view. We checked in at 5 something and were told they didn't have any view rooms left. We got rooms that were smaller with airport view. NO REFUND for different rooms.

- Maria (8/5): Ótimo hotel em Miami: Conforto e localização perfeitos - A propriedade é muito boa, a vista dos quartos é excelente. Eu e minha família nos hospedamos em um quarto e ficamos lá confortavelmente, recebemos toalhas extras depois de um tempo hospedados e a staff foi muito gentil. Mesmo sendo perto do aeroporto, não ouvimos barulho de aviões ou qualquer barulho que fosse incômodo. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, bem variado, com comida fresca e de qualidade. 10/10 Tudo foi ótimo
