- Munish (8/5): - Nice hotel, next to Tokyo Skytree. Decent size clean rooms, and hotel staff was friendly. Train station is few metres away, and Asakusa is like 20 min walk, if you don't to take a train. A lot of shopping n dining options at the Skytree building.

Room had slippers and pajamas, nice tub with free amenities like bath bombs. A train elevator was at entrance to hotel making getting around easy. Sushi spot Kura in same building was great. Everything was clean and safe, sky tree area was our favorite district, weather seemed cooler than other areas in Tokyo. Check in and out was easy. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here.

They have the best vending machines on floor 7, washing facilities that are convenient and clean on floor 8 (can also monitor the time left on your machine from the tv monitor in your room), and the floors above the reception desk (located on floor 3) were locked for security and could only be accessed with a key card so very safe! The area nearby has plenty of great shopping as the Sky Tree and mall are across the street and is an easy walk through an intersection. There’s also a great grocery store owned by the hotel across the street with plenty of options even meals! There’s a great revolving sushi bar downstairs on floor 2 with delicious options and was easy to get in and out. So much to see and do and we got a room with a view of the Sky Tree which was particularly beautiful to see at night when it would be lit up with gorgeous colors! Such a great hotel and the breakfast was super cheap to add to the stay and it was INCREDIBLE! Tempura, curry, soba noodles, yogurt, fruit, pastries, SOOO MANY OPTIONS! The staff was great and they also offer luggage storage so you can leave your bags until check in or even after check out to explore until your next destination. Also they offer free amenities for your room at the reception desk like toothpaste and brush, headbands for washing your face, wash cloths, cotton pads for makeup removal etc!

- Edwin (10/5): - Our family of 4 stayed here for three nights. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located next to Skytree Town and train stations. We will stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.
- ANNA (8/5): - This hotel was a perfect first hotel to stay at after flying into Japan. From the Narita airport we only had to take one train to Oshiage station where the hotel and Tokyo Sky Tree are right in front of. A minute or two walk from the station to the hotel! The hotel room is very small but good enough to stay to get over your jet lags. Multiple combini within walking distance when you wake up at 3am hungry… We were there in July so constant sweating while walking around but the hotel has laundry(automatic soap dispenser) room that you can check the status of on in room TV which we really loved. The hotel has Kura on 1st/2nd floors which was amazing. From this hotel we easily walked to Asakusa via walking along/crossing over the Sumida river. After staying here two nights we moved to a Disney hotel and we just happened to find out there is a bus terminal under the sky tree that has a bus that can take us to the Disneyland shuttle stop which saved us from figuring out how to navigate the train system with all our luggage. We would stay here again for sure!

Many restaurants around at the mall. Trains conveniently located, Tokyo downtown is just 20 min away. Coin Laundry machines available .good option to stay around.

One thing I like to mention is that you can check the status of the coin laundry machine from the tv which makes it stress free. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to go up to the terrace for a nice view and great photo spot of the skytree.
- John (8/5): Great location, good price for very decent hotel - Conveniently located right next to Tokyo Skytree and right at Oshiage Station (direct using Keisei Narita Skyaccess Line from Narita Airport - about 50 min, or with one stop switch using Skyliner and switching at Aoto Station). Stayed 2 nights with convenient access to Tokyo Skytree and surrounding shopping and eating, Asakusa and Senso-ji, and Ueno Station for nearby museums, zoo, cheap street food. Reasonably priced, decent breakfast, great location - overall a very good stay.

Breakfast buffet was very tasty with many options, great value “Air conditioning” was a fan that didn’t work very well and room was exceptionally hot so it was difficult to sleep. And even though Expedia says a 16 year old is a child, the hotel doesn’t. Wouldn’t let us pay an extra fee to have another “adult” in room - had to pay for an additional room even though stayed with us.

- Jade (8/5): - The location is every good: close to subway station, convenient stores, shopping center, and restaurants. It is safe to walk even at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room has everything you need to stay: bath soap, shampoo, and slippers. You can get tooth brush, comb, and shaving cream at the counter. The only drawback is no closet. Also, like most laundry facilities in Japan, it takes very long time to wash and dry clothes. It's almost double the time of what I do at home.

Room is quite small and cramp (quite typical for budget Tokyo accommodation) but is quite well maintained. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Basic amenities are provided. 1 min walk to train station with plenty of dining options. Taxi stand nearby. Will recommend if you are on a budget.

Lots of convenience stores near by and things to eat, very easy to get to from the airport (one train) and lots of good transit connections including a direct bus nearby to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a large supermarket with pharmacy across the road, so you can buy your groceries and drugs within a 2-minute walk. The hotel staff provided excellent client services during and after our stay. I left my cell phone in the hotel room when checked out. I emailed the hotel when on board the train to the airport and I received their reply very quickly that they found it. Then they arranged a 3rd party delivery company to mail my cell to me and I got it in my home country in 10 days. I really appreciate it very much.

- JOHN (10/5): Great option for Tokyo Skytree area - Excellent option for a Tokyo visit. Literally right across the street from Skytree and the Solamachi Mall. Right at the Oshiage station which is a major subway hub for several lines so convenient to reach other parts of the city. Large multi-floor grocery store right across the street. Room space is a bit smaller than hotels in other cities but it worked for our family of 4. Staff was very helpful as well. With their personal digital translator devices and our use of Google Translate they were always able to help us with random unexpected requests - such has helping me download a 7-Eleven printer app so that I could print out some papers at the nearby 7-Eleven. Would definitely stay again.

- Chad (10/5): - Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a junior deluxe room. Could barely open our suitcases. I know Tokyo hotel rooms tend to be small but I hoped they would be a bit bigger once you got out of the city center. Also, the hotel is close to Asakusa but relatively far from everywhere else in Tokyo, such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. It's easy to get there by train but the travel time does add up. Would stay again if the price is right.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had it a few times during our 8-night stay. Skytree is just a very short walking distance away, with all the shopping and restaurants. Oshiage station is next door. PJ is provided and fresh towels are provided daily. Trash picked up daily. There’s scheduled normal cleaning a few days into arrival. Front desk was a great help getting us a taxi to the airport. She even helped us carry our luggage, which I felt bad for. I wish I got her name. Thank you, Keisei, for a great stay!!!

East gate from station both elevator and stairs are right next to hotel door making trips to other areas easy. We came in several times past midnight and it felt super safe walking to our hotel and when we got to our hotel it was very secure. Have to have hotel key to get in and then again to access floors. Made me feel safe. Great property and amazing staff.
- annemaried351 (8/5): Convenient place to stay away from the crowds - Stayed 4 nights in a 21square metre comfort double that had a view of Skytree. Check-in is early at 2pm. Hotel seemed busy with a lot of families. Staff could speak reasonable English, were very friendly and exceedingly helpful with all our requests ( corkscrew, umbrella and storing luggage). Room relatively spacious, with a small lounge. PJs provided and amenities available in lobby. Excellent sound-proofing - could not hear any train or bus noise even though we were near train lines and a small bus station. Window could be opened which was great. Shower over bath. Hotel has 5 coin operated washing machines available for guest use - based on TV monitor in the room, they were constantly in use. Location was great. Careful planning got us to to all the places we wanted to visit within about 30 minutes; Asakusa is a 25 minute flat walk across the Sumida River or two train stops away. We caught the Shuttle ( actually a coach) direct to Haneda from underneath Skytree. Only ¥1200. Life supermarket across the road was excellent. Solamachi restaurants across the road were expensive and very busy. However Kura sushi beneath the hotel was fresh, delicious and incredibly cheap. As well as sushi that is mostly made to order, they also have tempura and desert. Breakfast offered by the hotel was AUD18 extra and not very good. Discovered a lovely cafe called Mura that baked their own sweet bread and made excellent coffee about 15 minutes walk away via quiet streets and overlooking the river and Sumida Park. Would recommend the hotel and stay there again despite two negatives 1) noisy aircon and 2) very limited hanging space.

- Vincci (10/5): - We stayed here for one night before catching our flight the next day. We purposely stayed here because it is right on top of Oshiage station, so we could catch the Keisei Narita Express to the airport. The room was pretty typical of what you get for Japanese hotel rooms, but very clean, and they have a smart TV, which was neat. There is a Kura sushi in the building, and it is right across from Skytree. Our room had a Skytree view, which was nice too. They gave my kiddo a little amenities package with slippers, a sponge and a toothbrush, all in a teddy bear theme. It was too cute!
