• June (9/5): Enjoyable stay! - Hotel is a short walk from the airport. Checkin was quick, staff member friendly. Room was clean; comfy bed with good linens. Had an enjoyable dinner in the hotel restaurant. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet base and kept sliding into the bowl, larger seats are definitely needed.

• Audrey (8/5): A quick stay at Hilton - A nice hotel, very conveniently located next to the airport and rental car agencies. The hotel is also nicely maintained, the room was clean and spacious and we had free wifi access. Nice gym too. We stayed there the night before our flight. We had issues with our flight which got canceled - and booked an emergency second night in that hotel before learning our airline has booked us in another hotel. The Hilton graciously cancel our booking as a gesture. Very appreciated!! The check-in is slow and the breakfast is a bit expensive. Swimming pool is very nice but cold.

It doesn't say that walking is not possible from terminal 4, since you pass through jungle with wild animals. Normally they have shuttle service for free but at lste hours no one responds

• Betty (8/5): Great hotel inside the Cancun airport. - Location inside the airport and free shuttle to terminals. We suggested to the hotel that part of the cleaning ladies chores are preparing a room for the next guest that they turn off the alarm. We were unexpectedly woken up at 5am.

Er is geen contact te krijgen met het hotel via de Booking.com app. Zo informeerden we over een shuttle naar de luchthaven en kregen geen antwoord. Heel sporadisch stuurden ze antwoorden knip en plakwerk. Hilton onwaardig.

• christoph (7/5): für eine nacht vollkommen ok aber das restaurant meiden - die lage war für eine nacht echt gut, das zimmer war gut die betten bequem und das badezimmer war schön der service vom personal an der bar war nicht gut und das essen im hotelrestaurant war sehr schlecht. ich habe mein essen, chicken nuggets, nicht gegessen, es war eine frechheit so etwas in einem hotel wie dem hilton zu servieren und zudem noch vollkommen überteuert. ich habe mit viel diskusionen mein essen nicht bezahlen müssen.

• James (1/5): Poor experience exacerbated by inability to resolve or even offer other options - If you want to stay at the airport it’s the best location. Booked a suite with a king size and sofa bed for family of four. Sofa bed was ancient & the mattress even older. Not only could you feel the individual springs through the mattress you could literally see them. The frame was so old and rickety that any sort of movement resulted in a cacophony of creaking waking up all occupants of the suite. Impossible to move rooms as only staying one night and once we’d realised this at bedtime my girls were so tired we couldn’t move them. Complained in the morning and was told by Karen at reception that it would be resolved at checkout. Not mentioned at all at checkout and again impossible to take further as we had to board the shuttle bus to get to the airport. Poor quality room and poor quality service in resolution.

• Elke & Daniel (4/5): Sieht nett aus, ist aber inakzeptabel laut - Der Pool war schön und die Zimmer geräumig. Es ist so hellhörig, das an schlafen nicht mal zu denken ist. Wir wollten ausgeruht nach Hause fliegen und das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Die Decke hat nicht mal einen richtigen geschlossenen Bezug nur ein Bettlacken darüber, die Kissen sind zu hart. Das schlimmste ist, dass man jedes kleinste Geräusch hört im Zimmer. Furchtbar!
