- Elena (7/5): - Бяхме трима души за 4 нощувки.Студиото беше симпатично и удобно,достатъчно голямо,оборудвана кухня,която не сме ползвали,просторна тераса с диванче и масичка,и е готино,че има подземен паркинг.Носихме си кафе машина и беше страхотно решение.Хората,които ни посрещнаха бяха мили.До басейна не сме ходили и не мога да дам мнение.На 100-тина метра има спирка.До спирката на метрото има дооста изкачване,може би на около 600м. Чистотата в банята и на терасата може да е на по-високо ниво.В крайна сметка си изкарахме супер,като единствения проблем беше,че като пристигнахме нямаше нито една хавлия за ръце,лице или тяло и чаршафи,завивки и възглавница за третия човек.Резервацията беше за 3-ма души.След като съобщихме за това,ни отговориха,че ще получим на следващия ден.На другия ден получихме 2 хавлии за тяло и 1 за лице и чаршафи,без завивка.След повторно уточняване,получихме още хавлии.Това беше неудобството.

Нареканий нет никаких! Если бы окна выходили на дорогу, не представляю, как там жить - очень загруженная магистраль, сплошные выхлопные газы. В нашем случае повезло:) Расположение отеля, с одной стороны, удобное тем, что можно пешком за 15 мин дойти до причала или до Истикляль плюс минут 7 в другую сторону от Шератона идти до шикарного микрорайона с открытым торговым центром с кучей кафешек и большим Карефуре Гурме с отличным выбором продуктов. Рядом Шератон, напротив него - хорошая местная кафешка с очень вкусной едой. С другой стороны, совсем рядом ничего, кроме перечисленного, нет, сплошные трущобы и машины… пока дойдёшь в крутую гору до Истикляль или до того самого микрорайона с торговым центром, надышишься выхлопными газами и ничего уже не захочешь… В общем впечатления неоднозначные из-за расположения отеля. При заселении оказалось, что о нашем прибытии на ресепшене никто не знал, письмо с инструкциями пришло позже прибытия, пришлось ждать, пока охранник созванивался с владельцем.

- Karimov (4/5): - I booked a room for three days, and unfortunately the stay was disappointing from the very beginning. The hotel uses an online check-in system, but the website works very poorly and constantly fails. Even after completing the check-in, we were informed that the room would be ready only at 7:00 PM instead of the standard 3:00 PM. When we finally received access to the room, the electronic door code did not work. We had to wait again until the staff fixed the issue and provided the correct code. During all three days of our stay, there was no room cleaning at all. The room itself had all the basic amenities, but this does not compensate for the lack of service. On the day of departure, we were promised a late check-out until 2:00 PM. However, when we returned to the room at 1:45 PM after breakfast, our access was already blocked. Once again, we had to waste time resolving the issue while we were rushing to the airport. Constant technical problems, broken promises, and poor organization completely ruined the overall experience. I would not choose this hotel again.

Communication with the owners was very slow — responses to questions could take one to two days, which is inconvenient, especially when dealing with everyday issues. The apartment looks modern in the photos, but in reality the renovation is quite old. In the bathroom, the mirror and furniture are worn out, there was mold present, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. During 8 days of stay, there was no cleaning at all, even though the property is listed as a hotel. Towels were never changed. There were also no cleaning supplies available in the apartment, not even basic ones to clean the toilet. Basic amenities were missing: no hand soap (despite having soap dispensers both in the kitchen and the bathroom), no kitchen towels (neither paper nor cloth), and no salt or pepper. This made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, an airport transfer was arranged by the hotel, but no one met us at the airport. We had to take a taxi on our own. Sound insulation is poor, and the bed was not comfortable. Overall, the condition of the apartment and the level of service do not match the expectations set by the listing and photos.

No tea towels or sponges to do the washing up, no washing up liquid as well. The place was a bit dust and with my allergies was not great. The shower room needs a bit of attention and do a deep clean. Another low point is that the tv only have channels in Turkish, as it is a touristic rental it should cater for other languages speakers too. I stayed in the building other trips and I love it but just need a little more attention to detail.

- Soroush (1/5): Rude and Disrespectful Customer Service – Do Yourself a Favour and Stay Away! - I guess only it takes 15 min walk to Taksim Square. But i should mention that it’s not a easy walk. It’s climbing the Hill I contacted the customer service three times in the week before my reservation to request the online check-in link. They never sent it. As a result, we had to wait for one hour in the lobby until the guard called them four times before they finally answered the phone. When we eventually got the apartment, it was only half-clean. I had booked it 2–3 weeks in advance, yet they couldn’t even arrange proper cleaning before our arrival. In the apartment, which was booked for four people, there were only two shower towels. The description on Booking.com mentioned a hairdryer – but there was none. The bathroom had cockroaches, and the glass door of the shower area was missing, so water flowed directly into the toilet area. There were also no disposable flip-flops, which are inexpensive but essential. And even worse: When I reported these issues and asked them to provide the items promised on the website, they never even replied to my message. This was our experience with the first reservation for four people. On the check-out day, we had another reservation for two people, in another apartment type. At first, they refused to give us the new apartment and insisted we stay in the same awful one. Only after arguing and insisting that they provide the exact apartment we had booked did they finally give us the right one. In one sentence: This was the worst service my family and I have ever experienced in any hotel or accommodation. Rudeness, disrespect, ignorance, and broken promises – it was a complete disaster. Honestly, even one star is too much for them.

Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, dazu noch ein Stromausfall. Die Wohnung war komplett verdreckt: Nägel lagen auf dem Boden, es wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Bettwäsche verschmutzt. Versprochene Reinigung oder Unterstützung? Fehlanzeige! Der Service war ein einziges Desaster – nie wieder!

When we first checked in, the apartment looked nice at a glance, but on closer inspection we noticed dirty towels left in the laundry cupboard, stains on the sofa, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. We raised this via WhatsApp (their main form of communication), and to their credit, they responded immediately. A cleaner came the very next day, was extremely kind, and cleaned the apartment thoroughly from top to bottom. After that, we felt much more comfortable and relaxed. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with an open-plan kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and clothes airer. We had two bedrooms, one with a double bed (felt more like a double than a king) and another with two single beds for the kids. Our youngest slept with us, and there were two bathrooms with showers, which was very convenient. The living room and master bedroom both have air conditioning, while the kids’ room has a ceiling fan and a balcony door that can be opened for fresh air. Towels and slippers were provided, but we did have to replenish items like toilet paper, tea bags, laundry detergent, and kitchen roll ourselves. Luckily, there’s a very handy shop on the ground floor that sells all essentials. The residence also has excellent facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and steam room. We spent nearly every day at the pool, which our kids especially loved.

No one sent the code of the door then I asked them 2:30 PM ( the check in is 3 PM, and I already reached Istanbul from 11:30 AM and requested early check in but they refused. At 2:45 they replied ooh sorry send us a cancellation request the room is unavailable! Very narrowed time and it is unprofessional then after a discussion they said ok we have room wait 2 hours ! I said no it is too much will send a cancellation request but they refused it ! Forced me to wait this extra 2 hours ! After the 2 hours I texted them they said another half an hour after that texted them they said another half an hour ! After that no reply ! And not picking the call for half an hour and all that time I’m waiting in the parking lot ! After that finally replied by the code of the room and when I reached the room they are still cleaning it ! And after this all time still the apartment is not clean ! And we found the trash of the previous people ! And it has a lot of dust under the couches ! It is really one of worst experience!

There is also everything around.. little shops, Carrfour and anything you need. If you are coming for holidays- it is amazing. Very sunny cute balcony!!! The walls are really thin… I slept in the living room because I wanted to watch Netflix and the bedroom TV didn’t work, had to sleep with earplugs as I can hear the neighbours talking all night. That’s poor building quality .. not really for this specific apartment. Also - I think for serviced apartments is quite nice to have dishes liquid, soap, 1-2 laundry liquid or dishwasher. We had to buy everything

So you need to fend for yourself. How uncomfortable and stressful! 2. Basics like dish washing soap, luggage hold facility, tissues were absent. How can an accommodation not have these basics!! 3. The bathroom had a foul smell constantly 4. The balcony could be cleaner 5. Location could be must be better. Still far from taksim. If staying with a child / this one is avoidable

I'm really confused about what they meant by "cleaning products included."
- Ekaterina (8/5): Modern apartment in a diverse part of Istanbul. - Spacious and quiet apartment with nice balcony. Had all needed utensils for comfortable stay. The beds were very comforting for a nice sleep. The place had underground parking which was a big plus for us. The location was not the easiest for a complete foreigner to navigate comfortably around. We used a lot of taxis to take us to metro stops or other landmarks.

- My (10/5): Other then the 2 minor issues, everything else was perfect and staff was great. - The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Any request or help needed was dealt with very quickly. Great spacious apartment for my family. Lovely pool which is great, as open till late we can use even after being out all day. Everything was perfect about the apartment apart from the toilet had an unpleasant smell from the 1st day. We did get toilet freshener but that didn't seem to help. Also the room next door was constantly blow drying their hair and sliding the room dividers at around 1.45am - 2am for 3 nights running. Even though we were told quite time was during certain times, not everyone was following the rules and we had to put up with no proper sleep for 3 nights. (Not the fault of the staff)
