- JANA (10/5): - Boli sme ubytovaní v apartmáne č. 74. Je to nádherný, čistulinký, novo zariadený komfortný apartmán. V blízkosti, teda hneď vedľa vchodu k apartmánu je stanica metra. Raňajky sa podávali v reštaurácií asi 300-400 m od apartmánu, čo vôbec nebol problém. Výber raňajok, personál pri raňajkách, všetko úplne perfektné. S tak príjemným, ľudským a nápomocným personálom je radosť sa stretnúť. Jedným slovom: perfektné.

The location very good, right next to the clock tower, a few minutes walk from the Bridge Tower and many other historic sites, we even walked to the Prague Castle- about 25 minutes. Also we could leave our baggage at the reception for a later pickup as our flight was late in the evening A bit noisy because near the square full of people in the evenings, but they put the ear plugs for this in each of the night stands

- Martine (8/5): - We verblijven in het appartement. Het was erg groot. De inrichting is een tikje ouderwets. Maar de bedden waren uitstekend. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de ochtend konden we ontbijten in het nabijgelegen hotel. Alle bij elkaar een heel fijn verblijf. De prijs is uitstekend als je ziet wat je ervoor krijgt. Veel ruimte op een super locatie.

WE ARE A FAMILY WITH TWO CHILDREN AND THEY DIDN'T FIND A SOLUTION FOR US!!!! WHEN I TOLD THEM THE NEXT DAY, THEY JUST SAY HOW MUCH THEY WERE SORRY ABOUT IT....AND THAT'S ALL!!!!!! - Petra (8/5): Pokud nejste v Praze za účelem - propařit celou noc - tak sem se ubytovat nechoďte. Byt velký, čistý, snídaně super, al - Ubytování nebylo co vytknout. Velmi prostorný byt hned vedle hotelu u Prince na Staroměstském náměstí. Pohodlné velké postele, čisto. Milá paní na recepci, snídaně velmi dobrá. Lokalita. I přes to, že jsme chtěli centrum, abychom to měly z divadla kousek, tak sem už nikdy. Šílený řev turistů do víc jak čtyř rána i přes zavřená okna. Byl to mazec. Spát se opravdu nedalo. Ráno jsme zjistily, že máme s šuplíku špunty do uší. Škoda, že nás na to personál neupozornil nebo nebyly položené na viditelném místě. Otevřít šuplík nás nenapadlo.

Spacious rooms. Noisy outside till 04.30 am on first night. Second night 2am, third night same. Shower not sufficient pressure. Bathroom needs updating. Kitchen had no basics ie, salt, pepper, etc. Waiter ( breakfast service) unpleasant and untidy looking. Watered down orange juice at breakfast. Not replenished quickly enough. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel. A drink on the nearly empty terrace ( probably the best feature of this hotel) turned into a 15’ wait for service.

- Claudia (8/5): Kurztrip nach Prag - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - direkt in der Altstadt! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück haben wir im Hotel, nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, eingenommen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider ließ sich die Temperatur der Dusche nur schlecht einstellen.

- B. (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti a Praga. Tutto molto bello, città stupenda, pulita e molto ben organizzata. Da visitare sicura - Appartamento molto pulito, caldo e accogliente. Letti molto comodi. Posizione perfetta per gli spostamenti a piedi, praticamente in centro. Colazione in hotel abbondante e varia!

El apartamento es enorme, camas muy cómodas La bañera no tenía cortina ni mamparas lo cual hacía que se mojara todo, El aseo pequeño en comparación con el resto del apartamento

That’s not a problem, but it’s not mentioned on Booking.com. Parking costs an additional €40 per day. The first night there was no heating—they told us to wait, but it still didn’t work, so we kept calling. Later it was fixed and everything was fine. Not all of the reception staff are very friendly
- János (7/5): - Belvárosban, jó helyen van. Pár napos szállásának tökéletesen megfelel. A bejelentkezést jobban le kellene írni. Szólni kellene arról, hogy miképp es hol parkoljanak a vendégek amikor autóval megérkeznek. Mivel ez a belvárosban itt nem egyszerű és nem egyértelmű. Az zavaró volt, hogy kutyás helyként hirdetik magukat, de külön megállapodást kell a helyszínen aláírni, hogy a kutyát nem hagyhatja a vendég a szálláson. Így például a hotelban levő reggelit egy pár vagy kihagyja, vagy külön reggelizik, mivel a kutya be nem vihető és a szálláson sem hagyható.

- Duniana (7/5): Nettes Apartment mit Abstrichen bei Ruhe und Komfort. - Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Rathaus, sodass man die schöne Stadt schnell erkunden kann. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Dachterrasse! Das Apartment mit nostalgischem Charme bietet Platz für bis zu fünf Personen, zudem sind Bad und Toilette getrennt, was praktisch ist. Das Frühstück ist gut. In der Straße unterhalb der Fenster befindet sich ein Irish Pub – entsprechend laut kann es werden. Positiv: Das Hotel stellt ungefragt Ohrenstöpsel zur Verfügung. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche wechselt zwischen heiß und kalt. Zu berücksichtigen ist: Das Apartment im 2. Stock neben dem Hotel ist ausschließlich über eine Treppe erreichbar. Parken direkt am Hotel nicht möglich. Bei Autoanreise zusätzliche Kosten durch Parkhaus/ Valet parking.
- Теменужка (8/5): Красив апартамент, но закуската и обслужването трябва да се подобрят - Местопожението на апартамента. Беше на близко разстояние от основния хотел, но същевременно на по-тихо място от часовниковата кула където всъщност е хотела. Първото ми впечатление беше негативно тъй като от рецепция при настаняването се опитаха да ми вземат по-висока цена от обявената в booking с обяснението, че това е recommended tips още преди дори да сме се настанили. Обикновено бакшиши се дават когато си доволен от обслужването а не просто за добър ден. Почувствах се все едно някой се опитва да ме излъже и заблуди. Другото нещо което не ми хареса е че на закуска когато свърши нещо не се допълва. Така тези който са поспали и отиват на закуска в 8.00ч ще закусят това което е останала вместо като тези в 7.00ч. Тъй като част от продуктите са свършили и от хотела не са ги допълнили. Стаята за закуска е много малка разполага с шест единични маси. Т.е две семейства могат да се съберат. В нашия апартамент душа беше с развалено копче и работеше само ръчния душ и сифона беше леко запушен.

- José Mª (9/5): Sorprende antes y después!! - El apartamento como tal es perfecto, amplio, grande, con todos los servicios. Habitaciones amplias con muchos detalles, amplios armarios, cocina completamente equipada, baño amplio y completo. Se nota que esta remodelado por ciertos muebles y complementos (cortinas motorizadas) en ambas habitaciones TV de 50", buena conexión a internet, salon comedor amplio y cocina con barra americana amplia. Amplio recibidor. La sorpresa de este apartamento es el acceso al mismo, con un portal desvencijado, poco cuidado que no augura la sorpresa del primer piso,
- José Mª (8/5): Amplio , agradable y muy cecano al centro!! - El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación, a 3 minutos de la plaza y el reloj. Es amplio y con todos los servicios. Esta bien equipado, camas grandes y cómodas, buena temperatura en el interior, muy ilumidado con ventanas y balcones. el acceso al mismo muy bueno y el edificio dispone de ascensor. Los desayunos los realizamos en el Hotel U prince ubicado en la misma plaza del reloj, muy bueno y completo. En la reserva a traves de Booking, dan información confusa, ya que aparentemente informan que tienen vistas a la plaza y resulta que no es correcto, el que esta en la plaza es el propio Hotel U prince que es quien gestiona diversos apartamentos en los alrededores, no por ello estos tienen las caracteristicas descritas, las fotos que se proporcionan no siempre coinciden con el apartmento asignado. Atención especial si viajan varias familias con resesvas de varios apartamentos, es muy probable que los mismos no coincidan en el mismo edificio y ubicación.
- Denise16 (9/5): Foi ótima, mas não tinha elevador para o apartamento. - O hotel é excelente e fica numa área incrível. Eu reservei um apartamento inteiro, mas não avisava que não tinha elevador, então nos vemos obrigados a mudar do apartamento para um quarto no hotel que era mais caro e precisamos pagar a diferença pois como viajamos com minha mãe idosa, não tinha como ela subir 70 degraus ( foi essa a quantidade de degraus que o rapaz da recepção falou que era). Então, apesar de o quarto ter sido muito bom, esse contratempo foi bem ruim, principalmente se não tivéssemos como pagar o valor excedente ao hotel.

- Dirk_P (7/5): - Sehr zentral direkt an der Metrostation gelegen. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt, abgeblätterte Farbe an den Türen, aufgequollener Bandschrank unter dem Waschbecken. Ca. 400m vom Hotel U Prince entfernt, wo man einchecken und auch leider den Schlüssel wieder abgeben muss. Ist etwas umständlich, wenn man mit der Metro direkt abreisen will. Frühstück auch im Hotel 400m entfernt.

Snidane v hotelu U Prince byly luxusni, tem neni co vytknout. Strasna zima, topeni 6.3. netopilo a opravdu jsme mrzli. Na pristylce se nedalo spat, protoze chybelo kolecko a cela se hroutila k zemi. Jinak bylo vse v poradku.

The apartment was on the third floor, there was no elevator. Also, there was noise from the streets at night. We were not bothered by this, but just in case you are bothered by climbing stairs or noise😊

- Burak Ali (10/5): Felt like a royal - This is an apartment operated by Hotel U Prince, which offers a very extensive and delicious breakfast at the hotel. It is a spacious apartment located just a 5-minute walk from the main square and accessible by only a few stairs. The unit features high ceilings, tasteful furnishings, an extremely comfortable bed, and a clean, renovated bathroom. The kitchen is modern and includes all the facilities you may need. They provided a cake for my wife’s birthday and I prepaid it, they also provided a car for a fee to the airport which made our day. • Noise Issues: The main drawback is the noise. Unfortunately, the walls between apartments are not soundproof, making it difficult to sleep if you have noisy neighbors. For this reason, the management has provided earplugs in the room. • Security & Doors: Both the apartment and the main building entrance have wooden doors. When someone rings the doorbell from outside, it’s impossible to tell who it is. While Prague is a very safe city, the doors and locks do not feel particularly secure or sturdy. We loved our stay so these issues are not important for us
