• veronica (7/5): Stay at cove - The high floor chill room with the pool table, the balcony in the room, the kitchen.the bedroom The bathroom had no non slip mat for the shower, my fiance is disabled and said it was rather slippy in there when wet, the lady behind the on site cafe didnt even smile or or make you feel welcoming. I had to ask for my drink twice, this took 20min to make an apple juice, I think everyone ordered the same breakfast at that time because when I went up the 2nd time to ask for my drink I saw the same sourdough bread, egg and salmon numerous times on the side and when she brought the food over it was cold. I think she waited till they were all cooked to bring them out to everyone instead of when they were individually cooked at that time. When I asked for my drink the 2nd time she said she would bring it out with my food but I was Thirsty!! The air con was on all night, and it wouldn't turn off no matter what I did, hot air/cold air.. when I mentioned this to the receptionist she said there is a way to turn it off u just need to go to a different part of the apartment to do it, this should have been made clear in the room somewhere on where it was and how and that it was not on the actual monitor. This property was very difficult to find, we got directions from canary wharf train station, this took us the long way round and when we finally located it, it still wasnt the right side of the building, the reception we went in was only for residents and the man said we needed to walk to the opposite side as that was for guests only. Very confusing

L’attente de 2h pour ouvrir un coffre qui disfonctionnait et le matelas qu’il faudrait remplacer au lieu de mettre un sur- matelas.il manque un micro onde. Une ou deux tablettes pour le lave linge et le lave-vaisselle serait très utile et appréciable.

I stayed here 8 years ago and Still the sofa is same very very uncomfortable The bed mattresses also need a change they have lost the durability. Bathroom drain was clogging water as well Rest all ok but the main comforts are sleeping and sitting on a short stay which were very bad No parking facilities available so did not get any worth for the price i paid there are now much better options available in london than this property

• Arkadiusz (8/5): Comfortable, especially for a longer stay - A very comfortable hotel, conveniently located in the business district, so it’s surrounded by skyscrapers. There’s also some older architecture nearby, consisting of low, single-storey buildings. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful; I asked to change rooms because the air conditioning was broken. I was given a smaller room on one of the top floors, so along with the stunning view, I got the sound of the wind as part of the package (it is the Isle of Dogs, after all). The air conditioning broke down in my first room, but that’s just one of those things – nobody’s fault. They moved me to another room without any hassle.

Super friendly reception staff - one girl in particular who was also working breakfast the next day was really lovely, smiley and helpful. Got me a bag and disposable knives and forks so I could take my breakfast away with me. Nothing seemed any trouble. No dressing gowns or slippers in the room which I would have expected for the price. Also row of lights nearest the kitchenette didn’t work so visibility not great for preparing food.

• David (10/5): Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a few days stay - Excellent location close to 3 Tube stations. Plenty of restaurants and a major shopping centre nearby. Great for access to the O2. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. Plenty of storage in sliding wardrobe with hangers and drawers TV was easy to set up for streaming apps via Casting from phone and Youtube. Great views over London and the Thames Extractor fan in bathroom was very noisy. Window did not open far enough for ventilation and was difficult to close. No instructions for setting the combination to the safe, which needed 6 digits rather than the usual 4 in most hotels.

Second time staying here, someone came into our room with a keycard. This person was not one of the workers nor the maintenance crew like we were told. This was quite disturbing because it made me and my boyfriend feel unsafe and left us wondering how this person even got access to the building let alone our room specifically. Brought up this issue with one the workers and I feel like the situation could’ve been handled more professionally. To me, this is a question about the guests safety.

I booked the room because of the great balcony and views, however on arrival one of the balcony doors was broken and they don't actually open properly.

• hansdeep (3/5): - I stayed for three nights. Location was convenient for my purpose; the view was good; there is a (small) gym; the room was decent sized. The room was clean. There was a strong stench in the bathroom (the receptionist used some strong chemical which made it go away eventually). There were also some noise in the bathroom, especially in the night. The worse part was the toilet which got blocked on the last day of my stay when I flushed it, with water almost to the brim of the toilet. For the record, I had not put any unwanted material in there (the usual toilet paper only).

• Sabine (8/5): Wundervolles Aparthotel mit Bettgrößemakel - Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Apartment sehr sauber und geräumig. Tesco Express ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt diverse Bus- und U-Bahnlinien sowie die DLR in un mittelbarer Laufnähe. Auch Restaurants, Bars und Shoppingcenter sind direkt vor Ort. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimalistisch, mehr als 2 Stück von jedem Teil (Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Besteck) wären hilfreich. Leider ist das Bett sehr klein, was bei der Größe des Raums völlig unverständlich ist. Es ist sehr komfortabel für 1 Person, aber für 2 Personen m.E. viel zu klein, da kommt man sich dauernd in die Quere.

• Celine (9/5): It was great - It was nice feeling like you really have your own space. It is way better for longer stays than a hotel room, as you can just spend time in the living room and kitchen and even cook yourself. The view was also quite good and I liked sitting on the indoor balcony for breakfast. Nothing super bad but there was a problem with the shower drain. It stank unbelievably. They did send up someone rather quickly, but it wasn't fixed and we had to ask them to come back. They did end up fixing it and we were also offered a different room in case it wasn't fixable. We also unfortunately had a power outage during our stay, but that wasn't too bad, as we were out all day anyways.
