- Konstantinos (4/5): - Locatie was centraal, dichtbij toeristische trekpleisters In de beschrijving staat dagelijkse schoonmaak, echter tijdens 5 daagse verblijf nooit schoon gemaakt en geen handdoeken wissel. Een van de slaapkamers kon je de deur niet sluiten, dicht doen. Deed je dit wel, dan was deze vanuit de slaapkamer met geen mogelijkheid meer te openen. In een van de badkamers was de afvoer dusdanig slecht dat tijdens het douchen telkens alles onder water liep.

It is not safe - Location seemed great at first until we learned that tourists are a target for crime in this area of town and the owner did not care at all the inconvenience when the door was kicked in and our possessions worth thousands of dollars in value and a passport were stolen. The Greek police told us not to stay in Air BnB’s in Athens. He told us to only stay in hotels. The host’s poor response to the theft that occurred while we were there was reprehensible. He showed no care for us whatsoever. The door was kicked in and many of our possessions were stolen. Our belongings were thrown around the room and much was stolen. The door was kicked in as soon as we left for dinner. The police did nothing to help us retrieve the property that was stolen even though we could see it on Find My Apple device.

Vous avez plein de bons petits restaurants à proximité et vous êtes à quelques pas de Plaka et du centre animé d’Athènes tout en étant au calme. Le logement est moderne et très bien climatisé, et le plus une terrasse sublime avec un jacuzzi et la plus belle vue sur l’acropole…🤩 Un grand merci à Yannis qui nous a permis de partir un peu plus tard de l’appartement ! Au plaisir de revenir…🤗

- Aine (3/5): Would not go back here again - I was given a code and our keys were sticking in the lock in the doorway. All of the showers flooded in all 3 of the bathrooms, draining was terrible in the bathrooms, very small but were clean. The whole apartment was spacious and airy and light, that was not the issue, the kitchen had a broken doorway into a tiny outdoor space / alley way, the door from the washing machine was loose and scraping on the floor when we opened it. The place was modern but tiny bathrooms with terrible drainage. The biggest issue was the roof terrace, I booked based on those pictures and never realized when I booked that the terrace was not a common area for the whole building but for only the tenants on the top floor. The kids were terribly disappointed and I booked this place in particular for the outdoor space. Very disappointed to wake up to horrible messages from the host instead of a phone call to talk it through. I believe this is false advertising, I never realized when I booked that the pics of the roof top had disappeared, this was not very clear upon booking and should be put right for other guests, I doubt this is the first time this has happened for this place. Explaining on booking that roof top terrace is for only 1 top floor apt and not for the whole building to use.

If you want to be in the centre of Athens not by the sea, it is perfect choice. Hot tub on the roof is fine, but you have to understand that it is shared with other apartments. I like that acoomodation much. Thank to host for great welcoming.

The private hot spring bath was a wonderful bonus — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended!

Great property, you do have to keep quiet in the evenings as the locals will let you know, plenty of shopping and food to walk to. Thank you for having the home spotless, wonderful quality, and beautiful. Only complaint was the hot tub was terribly dirty, with gunk and dead skin making it unusable. We messaged the host and nothing was ever solved. This was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons we booked here to enjoy this amenity. Everyone makes mistakes so things happen, but it was more so the lack of concern. It would of been nice to have a small gesture from the management for this inconvenience, a discount, a fruit basket, we would of been happy with anything really lol. The absence of any attempt to make it right is why I am here writing this review. Instead we got no resolve, no ammends, and no hot tub to use that we paid for. Outside of hot tub negligence it would have 5 stars.

Loved the hot tub. A little sterile in the decor, but you should be out exploring Athens instead of sitting in the apartment! The third bedroom is very small for 2 adults, but okay for kids.

- William (10/5): Newly remodeled 3 bedroom apartment in a guiet location walkable to most attractions. - Remodeled beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony, a private rooftop patio and hot tub with a view of the Parthenon. Fully furnished with washer and all amenities, except a microwave. In a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, and the busy Plaka area. It helps to be in shape as it is on a steep hill and has a tight winding staircase. Supermarket and a good restaurant, El Greco, is a 10 minute walk, as is the Hop-on, Hop-off Acropolis Museum stop. My wife and I enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to return. It is a steep walk up a hill and the apartment had no microwave. The hot tub is wonderful, except it heats only when a button is pushed inside the apartment and only for an hour. If you're in the hot tub longer, to add heat, you have to get out of the hot tub, walk down winding stairs into the apartment and push the button again. Also, the hot tub area is very slick with not mats, so easy to slip.

The bedrooms were exceptionally spacious, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The modern amenities made our stay even more enjoyable, with everything we needed at our fingertips. But the highlight was definitely the breathtaking views of the Acropolis, especially at sunset. This place is a true gem in the heart of Athens – highly recommend!

A second set of keys would be helpful. Having only one set of keys makes logistics a challenge. A second set of keys would have saved us a few trips back and forth to the property.

The hot tub is 5 stars with beautiful view esp at night I didn't like that the shower didn't have hot water. we later figured out we had to turn on a button which we weren't told before. But after 15 mins the water was barely warm

It is an updated modern decor. There were issues with the water heater and we most often took cold showers. Also, there could be more towels and blankets for those larger parties using the couch. We also did not see mention of the large hill to the entrance which would be helpful with luggage choices. All in all, it is a lovely property and we would stay here again.

Such a great location to everything, hot tub, rooftop patio, awesome place, and ease of everything! Top notch and no worries while in Athens about anything for this place to stay!

The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop is amazing. George answered all our questions and arranged taxis to the airport. We can highly recommend Strofi Athenian restaurant which is a short walk from the apartment. Food was excellent and views of the Acropolis stunning. Cannot think of anything

George our host was very helpful and welcoming. responded to texts quickly and happy to make recommendations for eating out.

- Claire (10/5): A fantastic find - Great size for 6 adults 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms large livingroom and of course the hottub and balcony with the amazing views of the Acropolis. Hot water for all big bonus. Location is fantastic as just walk 5 mins and your on the Acropolis path that takes you down to the centre or down the streets with cafe and bakery.. Boiler needed to be put on manually and only stayed on 40 mins. So someone needs to be up early to switch it on. But if that is my only fault then I would just accept it on a future visit as the accommodation is great and I understand that tourist would forget to switch it off

- Julie (10/5): Very pleasant and convenient. - Very modern and clean. Compact but well laid out with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms. Close to the Acropolis Museum. Good communication with the host who organised a pick up from the port and transport to the airport the following day. The host kindly allowed a late checkout to suit our flight time.

- Lisa (10/5): Superb Stay - The home exceeded my expectations. Except for being on a hill and we were worn out from our walks around the city. Overall I highly recommend this location. I will stay here again. The hills to climb to get to the property but that's no one fault. If you have disabilities with walking this may not be the property for you.

- M (9/5): Fantastic location, new build apartment, impeccable view. - Hosts were immediately responsive and helpful. Apartment had a beautiful view and we could walk everywhere in 10-20 minutes easily. Bedrooms were huge, yet rather stark. Bathrooms were a little crammed and could use another shelf or two for toiletry bags. The showers looked nice but didn't really work well - water went everywhere. I'd recommend a set of reusable plastic cups for the roof deck.
- Colette (10/5): - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious in a great area of Athens at the foot of the Acropolis and in walking distance of the Plaka neighborhood for shops & restaurants. Our contact George was very responsive in answering questions and accommodating our arrival/departure times. We would definitely stay here again!
