- marnette (4/5): Not a great experience - find another place - We told them we were arriving a little early and if we could get access to the room, they said it had not been cleaned yet but that was not true. They made us stand on the street until exactly 3 pm until the code let us in the courtyard. That ruined the whole stay. Their lock to get in the door is terrible too and they have cameras watching you come and go. They don’t read their emails, I sent one at 9 am and told them we checked out early, they sent us a message at 2 stating we are overdue in checking out. They need to get communicate better. They had a camera, they saw when we left with our suitcases too. The beds were hard and the TV was small and had no apps on it so we could watch TV in another language then Italian. The first bathroom smelled like mildew. I’m sure it was from their washing machine and they purposely did not have batteries in their heater thermostat so you would not use their heat. I would not recommend.
- Demi (6/5): - It was a spacious room. However, only 2 people can shower at a time and then the hot water runs out. Our room didn’t have laundry and the other rooms did. It was decently clean and had a kitchen which was nice. I wish the communication was better but it was all through WhatsApp or their own app. It’s a true 3 star hotel and the location was nice because it’s next to Milan Centrale.

- Gemma (10/5): Fabulous central apartment - The whole apartment was fabulous. 2 bedrooms and 1 living room all with air con. Plenty of space for 6 people. There is a full bathroom and a separate toilet. We heard absolutely no noise from outside despite it being on a busy street. The beds were really comfy, just needed extra pillows. There were bottles of water, tea, coffee and small milks left for us. Wine glasses and more bowls would have been nice. Milano Centrale station is less than 5 minutes. Check in really easy with a code and lift is perfect. Wifi worked great. There is an iron and ironing board. There were towels and some toilet paper on arrival. There is a small supermarket 1 minute walk and an Aldi a bit further. We used the Lima metro to get to the centre. The man at the bottom sells tickets to ensure you get the right ones. The sushi shop a few doors down is delicious and the portions very generous. The kebab shop served good pizzas, chips and kebabs. The neighbourhood is not the best but wouldnt put me off. When you come through the main wooden door its like a different world.

- TOLEDO (10/5): - Had a great stay at this property. Check in was smooth, you get an email with a passcode for both the gate and the room door. Very modern and has plenty of room for a family of six. A couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale which is why we chose it. A few grocery stores around the block, plenty of dining options and shopping options just a few blocks away. Just a couple of things needed attention. I'm pretty sure they're just wear and tear. On our last night the A/C in the main bedroom broke. Small water leaks out the shower when using it. Pull out bed probably needs to be changed out, it is falling apart. Like I said this is minor things that the property can easily fix and did not really bother us that much. I highly recommend this property especially for a big family like mine and I would definitely stay here again. Ciao!

Apartment is on a very busy street, near a junction with trams and street cleaners working late into the night, but I actually enjoyed being above the hustle and bustle, being able to see all that was going on.

- Kate (10/5): Lovely apartment hotel - Awesome, easy, great accommodations near Centrale station. This had everything we needed for our family. One room had a king bed the other two twins— which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and quiet and very easy to find and access. We loved the natural light and bug windows.

The doorknobs were difficult/unfamilar to use as an Australian. It took just under 30 minutes to get an answer when we reached out for help for the doorknob before we were able to access the room. The checkout process was very seamless. Very helpful that they had a washing/dryer combination machine. Gorgeous rooms and we really appreciated the space our apartment offered after staying in much smaller hotel rooms.

We were able to wash laundry and dry a load on the towel heater in the bathroom. However, the apartment was located adjacent to Milano Cental train station (which we needed) that lends itself to many homeless people. Maybe not the safest situation for families with small children.

- Daehoon (6/5): Good room condition, but front desk not exist - The room was clean and comfortable, but check-in was very difficult. It was a completely digital system with no front desk, and if you had a request, you had to first convey your opinion through a chatbot and wait. The elevator was broken, but I was assigned the 4th floor, so it was difficult during the long business schedule. A receipt was not issued even after check-out, so I had to request it again through the chatbot several times, and the only staff member who did connect me was to tell me to wait. I will not use it again for a business trip.
- max (6/5): - Very inconvenient to gain access to the property. It took us a long time to get in and we was on a time limit eventually when we got to speak to somebody it was a robot and took us awhile to get through to a human to resolve our problem, but then we were stuck in the middle of the street outside the door taking photos of of our identification for each of the guests. This caused a lot of stress.

Apartment is good, no breakfast included but lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, also supermarket for your own groceries and meals. Comfortable bed, washing machine and all appliances available. It was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean, and had a washing machine so it fit my family needs. The only headache that we faced was a constant machine noise from the unit above. It sounded like they were perpetually using their washing machine.

I thought that I had booked a 1 bedroom apt and was a little worried cos we have 5 people but turns out there were two bedrooms and a sofa bed which fits 5 of us very nicely. It's not too big and not that small, just the right size to make me feel cozy enough. It's close to Milano Centrale too. Too bad it was our last night so we only stayed there for less than 8 hours, can't comment much on the surrounding etc. Price is very fair as well, will recommend! Thanks!

The worst part was that there was absolutely no hot water at all the entire time and when I reached out, they said that I didn’t reach out to them about it. I didn’t know I had to tell them that they needed to have HOT water in an apartment for people to live in. Barely any places to eat and the door was so hard to open.

We stayed in four different cities in Italy and the beds and bedding in this apartment are beyond fabulous. It’s better bedding than the finest American hotels. The floor wasn’t cleaned, as after shower you’ve got black feet when walking around. The shower got no water pressure at all. It’s more like a light rain … Also the hot and cold water was almost impossible to control. Either skin burn or heart attack cold. Maybe your can advertise it as Leary alternating shower for rejuvenating shower. aircondition worked well, but generated low frequency bass noise by the generator being mounted into a hollow compartment. Which is annoying to fall asleep. A bottle of complimentary water, beer and soft drink as well some coffee capsules were provided. Parking is along the street side or elsewhere, wherever you’re lucky! Enjoy your stay, I may think about it to stay again or not. I feel overpriced and not fair.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great but no AC. - Good: Close to train station, LIN airport and walking to city center. Bad: No working AC. Which might not be a problem apart from its 35c or 92f. Would come and fix it but only when we were out or the day we left. Neither option was great.
- Erica (10/5): - Great location close to train station. Fit 6 people comfortably. Great hair products. water and snacks on arrival was a nice touch. Clean. Recommended.
- Shahfii (10/5): Convenience, Close to Milano Centrale - We got ourselves a 2 room apartment. Great amenities, ample space for luggages and a kitchenette good enough for simple cooking. Convenience stores, halal eateries were all within 20-20-30 metres proximity. Best of all, Milano Centrale is a mere 10 mins walk. Metro to city centre is a breeze taken from Lima station, Trams from Via Vitruvio to various parts of Milan are also just within the apartment’s reach. Don’t forget the Terra Gelato which is a traffic light away. Best gelato ever.

- Odette (10/5): - Very nice and spacious apartment near milano train station. Loved the attention to details and the availability of hotel-like amenities.
- James (10/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The small kitchen was very adequate for our needs.
- January (10/5): - I liked how clean, spacious, and comfortable the place was. Our room was facing the courtyard and could not hear outside traffic except for some sirens. Soaps and detergent were provided for dishwasher and laundry. Instructions were communicated in operating laundry and when cooking to open windows to avoid false alarms on smoke detector. I also love the espresso machine capsule they use, since the pods are compostable. Close to the Central and Lima stations. There were also a couple of mini grocery stores nearby. A bakery called Pave Milano is about an eight minute walk- a must visit. Overall, very pleased with our stay. Will stay again, if ever in Milan!
- Joseph (10/5): - This is great place to stay. About 3 blocks away from Central Station. Very convenient check in and check out. The place is very clean. Furniture modern, Kitchen and bathroom both upgraded. Shower pressure perfect, liquid soap readily available and organized, wifi great, sheets clean and soft luxury feel, towels provided soft and comfy, bed comfortable, things in apartment has instructions how to use in english and italian, lastly, some free extras like snacks, beer and fritz beverage in fridge as well. Very easy to communicate with team and instant reply. I am not easily impress but had pleasant stay here with wife and two kids. Overall, I will give 9 /10 great value.

- BrianL5454 (10/5): Great apartment - Very nice, and clean apartment. Close to the train station, Hop on hop off bus station, hopping street, restaurants, metro and grossery stores. We will definitely stay at the Numa apartments in Europe.
- Alexei_K (10/5): Street noise is the only disadvantage - The apartments themselves are very good. Newly renovated, high quality finishes, plenty of space. I really liked the automatic check-in and check-out system. Small and quiet courtyard. That is, there are no complaints about the quality of housing. Nearby there are 2 shops and a cafe where breakfast is organized. Breakfast is not specifically for apartments. This is a city cafe with which the owners agreed. You can also come there to buy a croissant and coffee without prior reservation. But the house itself is not far from the train station, not in the most pleasant place. In addition, the windows overlook the street where it is very noisy both at night and during the day. If you do not sleep well, you should ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard. There is a city parking nearby, but pay attention to the signs - on the days of the fair, all cars are evacuated. Overall a decent place to recommend.
