Ayrıca en rahatsız edici şey dairede ve özellikle üst kat odada çok rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Sanırım havalandırmadan geliyordu. Havalandırma kapalı olduğu durumda da koku geliyordu. Kanalizasyon benzeri bir koku.

Also, housekeeping staff forgot to refill many of the amenities like soap, toilet paper which we had to purchase at our expense
• Stan (9/5): Espectacular piso en zona inmejorable - Lo que más me gusto a parte del piso que era genial, fue la ubicación realmente fantástica. El piso super cómodo, vistas fantásticas. La presión del agua en las duchas es demasiada baja y me hubiera gustado tener aceite sal y vinagre para poder cocinar algo si necesidad de comprar ya que luego tienes que dejarlo allí.

• Gavino Salvatore (10/5): Appartamento moderno, estremamente curato nei dettagli, con spazi ben progettati. perfetto! - L’appartamento è un bel esercizio contemporaneo ben risolto, dove ogni scelta architettonica rispondeva a una logica di sottrazione consapevole e precisione compositiva. La pianta aperta organizzava lo spazio come un unico campo fluido, in cui living, cucina e zona pranzo si integravano senza discontinuità visive. curioso il monoblocco che da accesso al piano sottostante con la scala interna che svela un bel bagno con la seconda camera da letto che si affaccia su Southwark street. Le superfici continue, le linee pulite e gli arredi semplici definivano un linguaggio essenziale ma tutt’altro che anonimo. Al contrario, la personalità emergeva dalla qualità delle proporzioni, dalla cura dei dettagli e dalla coerenza materica: toni neutri, legni chiari, metalli e contrasti calibrati fanno della casa un equilibrio raffinato. La luce naturale, filtrata da ampie aperture, modella lo spazio con eleganza, mentre l’illuminazione artificiale lo ridisegnava la sera in chiave intima e sofisticata. Tutto risulta misurato. Era un interno tipicamente londinese nella sua attitudine: moderno, stiloso, essenziale, ma attraversato da una precisa identità progettuale.

Accessibility is really good o - The location, the space, the cleanliness The bathroom on the main floor did not have a walk in shower, which made the shower impossible to use for our disabled member of the party. The walk in shower was up a steep flight of stairs which made it inaccessible. A little more generosity with dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and some washing up liquid would have been good.

• Mercedes (9/5): Luz, comodidad y ubicación perfecta - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Está en una zona muy bien comunicada y con muchos servicios cerca. Las vistas eran preciosas y los ventanales grandes daban muchísima luz al apartamento. Además, el piso era moderno, cómodo y muy bien equipado. También había restaurantes y tiendas alrededor, lo que hizo la estancia todavía más práctica y agradable. Aunque daba a la calle, era bastante silencioso, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, una opción muy práctica para alojarse en Londres. No hubo nada especialmente negativo durante la estancia. Como detalle, el apartamento estaba en un segundo piso, por lo que imaginamos que desde plantas más altas las vistas deben de ser todavía más espectaculares. Nos quedamos con ganas de disfrutar de esa perspectiva. El único pequeño inconveniente fue que el correo con el cambio de código de entrada nos llegó a la carpeta de spam, por lo que al principio hubo un poco de confusión hasta que pudimos contactar y resolverlo. En cualquier caso, se solucionó rápidamente.

Literie de luxe. Très bien situé à 10 mn du métro Appart loué à l’année. Donc classiquement un peu impersonnel.

Quiet, even close to street. Under beds were very dirty. Bed slats kept falling off at night. Water pressure sucked. Kitchen faucet was aggressive and sprayed.

• Morlacchi (9/5): Super residence per soggiornare nella splendida Londra - Abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone L’Appartamento assegnato era spazioso su due livelli, con tre camere da letto e due bagni dei quali uno enorme e vista su The Shard. Arredato con gusto, funzionale e con tutti i servizi (bollitore, phone, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, microonde). Posizionato in una palazzina in quartiere servitissimo sul Bankside (ottimo supermercato M&S davanti a casa), fermata del bus sotto casa e metro a pochi minuti a piedi o raggiungibile con bus. Tate Modern, Saint Paul e The Globe praticamente dietro l’angolo. Pulizia e manutenzione non sono all’altezza della bellezza degli appartamenti

Stairs to master bedroom quite steep and narrow (difficult if you have heavy luggage). Curtains need repairing, as many of them don’t pull closed easily. A Nespresso rather than a Nescafé machine (Nescafé pods are impossible to find).

• Kathy (8/5): Room for a family of 6 - We really liked having the space for 6 in the city. The property felt like a rental without the comfort of a home. Dish soap in the kitchen would have gone so far in helping us on a rushed visit. But also some extra blankets, a more standard coffee pot (you didn’t provide enough specialized pods for our stay & had I bought more I couldn’t use it after). We also couldn’t find a pan for the oven to warm our Tesco purchased pizzas. All minor items but we were coming off of a rental where the owners included the above & a welcome basket of quick foods. Not necessary but definitely a difference maker in terms of referrals.

Walking distance from the Borough market and relatively close to other great areas in London. We had a bathroom sink that was clogged and kind of unusable, I messaged for service and got a response that it would be fixed. It never was, and we ended up buying drain cleaner to clear the clog ourselves. However, this was a few days before Christmas and not something that would prevent me from staying there again.

The living area is cozy and bright, the furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and relaxing. I honestly enjoyed everything. There was nothing that affected my stay in a negative way — the experience was very pleasant overall.

• Le Stage (10/5): Excellent Property beautiful views - We loved this propert. I exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located. A M&S across the street and coffe shops nearby made this very easy to stock our kitchen easily. The decor, cleanliness and comfortable beds were all exceptional. The master bedroom's ensuite had the most spectacular view of the shard! We would stay again in a heartbeat. We requested a bag drop or early check in and were not able to have this arranged. Totally understandable. What would have been very helpful would have been o let us know there was a hotel just behind the apartment we could sit at with our luggage and enjoy a meal and drink until our check in time. The hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. The day we left they called us a taxi which gave us a rate 30 punds less than uber to the airport. Highly recommend that this become part of the tips for people staying at this apartment.

• Niamh (7/5): A lovely apartment with great location, a few small tweaks would make it an excellent apartment - Location, close to restaurants, shops, tube Access to 24/7 guest care was great however response time was poor eg there was a strong toilet smell on arrival and while staff were available to address issue we had to wait until following day. Heating system didn’t work as advised, had to also adjust thermostat a lot to get heating to kick in, was a bit too fiddly, was left short towels on arrival, could have provided additional things like spare toilet roll given apartment sleeps 6, kettle top was loose and dangerous, racks missing from oven made cooking very challenging, could do with few more kitchen utensils for cooking, a lot of damage re curtains…could do with being rehung.
• Darla (10/5): ended up great - THE VIEW was amazing and perfect location- loved the modern decor and the bathrooms were so nice The hot water was on a timer and it was not on so I was not able to take a bath the first night and had to spend 1 1/2 hour back and forth with support to adjust timer- and taking a bath is my favorite thing after a busy day of sight seeing so that was disappointing

Curtains were hanging loose in small bedroom and didn’t shut properly
• Lai (10/5): Great experience with minor hiccups which were attended to promptly by the management. - excellent location and a great view of skyline from 10th Floor Bed is a bit too soft especially if you need to stay more than a few days. Disconnect between properties both managed by same management as there is no provision for late check out/ early check between properties for a duration of 5 hours (checkout at 11 am and check in at 4pm). It would have been perfect for us to leave our luggage at either property while waiting for the check in.

• ELENI (8/5): Good but if you are travelling with many luggages for sure no! - Nice decorated and clean. Very nice place! The bad thing about this apartment was that they never picked up the calls when we needed something. You speak all the time with a robot machine in WhatsApp and email. Also it was inappropriate that i wanted to make a late check out and i i couldn’t organized it the previous day they didn’t respond they wrote with a “robot message” that we had to call the same day to ask if it is possible and they never responded to any calls and i couldn’t know what to do until last minute with my luggages i was searching for places to go and all were fully booked, they couldn’t help or keep my luggages and its was fully irresponsible! Such a nice place and such a bad carelessness for the customer !! Really disappointed..

The house was difficult to find because one of the house numbers was missing and it was misleading. If the house number had been there, it would have been very easy to find and the location is perfect.

• Stefanie (9/5): - Das Appartement war im 12. Stock über 3 Stockwerke verteilt - super Aussicht von allen Zimmern. Es war sauber und sehr zentral. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, kleiner Shop genau gegenüber, sowie ein paar Bistros. Ubahnstation ca. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Basebadezimmer hat der Wasserhahn nicht funktioniert. Kaffekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren zu wenig. Nur 2 Stk. für 5 Personen für 3 Nächte. Ein Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden - war kaputt und immer einen Spalt offen.

Promised I’d get an email back to tell me where keys were but never did. Real shame as I booked this apt partly for its balconies and the weather was lovely.

Bien équipé, et très bien situé pour visiter la ville et les principales attractions La robinetterie est très bas de gamme et défectueuse. Et la machine a café ne fonctionnait plus.
• Angelika (7/5): Grundsätzlich tolle Wohnung, aber sehr schlecht gepflegt - Lage, Ausstattung war super. Aber sehr schlecht gepflegt. Wohnung braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung. Das Sofa, die Pölster, der Teppich, die Vorhänge und die stoffbezogenen Sessel waren vielfach mit Flecken übersäht. Darüber hinaus gab es Schimmelflecken bei der Badewanne. Den Eingang des Gebäudes konnten wir bei der Ankunft nicht finden, da ein Teil der Hausnummer runtergefallen ist.

• Chris (5/5): Whilst a good size, handy location - the property has been badly maintained & lacks any cleanliness, with the cheap - Size. Unit not clean. Any all chairs/lounges horribly stained. The beds small & uncomfortable. Taps hardly work & plumbing makes noises during night that you can only assume is from the bathrooms above. Air Conditioning was impossible to use. People attempting to enter our unit twice during stay. Little/no communication.

Beautiful apartment. - I highly recommend this property as it is close to the Borough Markets and walking distance to the train stations. Beautiful amenities and location. Staff were helpful and we did have a hiccup at the start but they were consoling and I hope the next time it won’t happen again. We just arrived in the apartment and a female walked into the apartment same time as us. No introduction very intrusive and started taking photos of the place. Apparently she’s the cleaning manager and she wanted to take photos. We’re just 10mins after our arrival time. She didn’t introduce herself and was annoyed we asked who she was and showed us her jacket to say she works for the company. They did apologise after my lengthy message. But I was shocked when it did happen. I couldn’t believe she was also a manager.
