• SIU MING (1/5): The worst accommodation at the world - Nothing. Cannot get into room. We noticed the property that we should checkin at 2-3am. When we arrived, the main door password was ok, however, the room key password didn't work so we couldn't take out the key to get into the room. It was 3am and we took 23 hrs flight from Hongkong. It was so fraustrated. We immediately asked for help from booking.com and the CS are so kind to help us changing the other accommodations. The worst thing was the property said that this was our problem. The attitude of the host was so rude, impolite, irresposible. She even said we are treating. We are 3 seniors all aged over 64, one even aged 70. We travelled 23hrs to get to Athens for playing trick to ourself? So non-sense! She argued with me for long and said would complaint me. So unreasonable accusation! We had black listed this accommodation and never recommended this property. Finally we settled at 8am by another very helpful apartment.

We would definitely come back. A place we really liked overall; there was quite a bit of noise coming from the street late at night and early in the morning, but that’s normal given the apartment’s very central location.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, kiváló felszereltség, mindenünk megvolt, ami kellett. A tulaj kedves, segítőkész, gyorsan válaszol, jól kommunikál. Nagy teraszok, kényelmes konyha, nappali, külön étkezősarokkal, 2 háló, kényelmes fürdőszoba. Köszönünk mindent! Minden szuper volt!
• Corinne (9/5): Je recommande cet établissement à 100% - Appartement très très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! Très proche du centre ville, le quartier reste très calme malgré des rues animés à proximité. Le lit double mériterait d’être changé, en effet il grince à chaque mouvement.

We did not use the washer/dryer but is nice for someone who might need it. Some Bar, restaurants, cafes are very close . I cannot say anything negative about this flat!. If we are in Athens again we will surely stay here. thanks ,Natia none,The shower head could be better.

Even with closed windows the street noise is hearing quite loud.

• Penelope (7/5): Great location, nice flat but the odor in the room was a deterrent from staying there again - Great location There was an odor in the room that made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
• Dana (6/5): Quite worn out, but well equipped apartment. - The location was convenient - rather close to Syntagma station (connects to Airport and Piraeus port). The apartment was located close to Plaka (though that area is overrated, much nicer is area north of Plaka and Acropolis hill, which also is not far from the apartment). The apartment was very well equipped (basically all was available what you might need, I do not know however in how good order, as we stayed only overnight). Kitchen was nice and also livingroom seemed nice. The apartment was clean. The apartment interior is quite worn out. It has a feeling and smell of a storage place of an old furniture of which at least some items are not fully functional anymore. For example, the white shelves in a room with twin beds were wobbly as hell. And the double bed was good as long as your only intention there is a deep sleep. Even at thought of something else it will squeek so loud that it will imediatelly wake up your co-travellers in the other room and possibly even alarm bypassers on the street.... The timer of the corridor light outside should be set longer. Otherwise one person has to wave hands while the other person is locking the room and taking the key from lockbox (or putting it away).

• Michele (10/5): Great flat with great accommodations. Could not have asked for better! - The stay was excellent. I didn't realize how big the flat was. Never expected a large kitchen with bottled water and a bottle of white wine in the fridge for us! We did not use the washer/dryer but is a great touch for someone who might need it. The small restaurant on the opposite corner was delightful for breakfast and lunch. I cannot say anything negative about this flat!. If we are in Athens again we will surely stay here. • Valeria (8/5): - The house is very comfortable for 4 people, with spacious kitchen and living room. Perfect location, walking distance from the acropolis. We had no particular connection with the managers, but everything worked smoothly and all information was clear and precise.

Bonus that it is near the metro station and luggage storage. So many places to eat around apartment. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment so wasn’t a major issue but whilst in keeping with the experience the apartment is old as are the fixtures and fittings but all work fine.

• Michelle (10/5): Wish we had spent more time here and less in Paris! - The location was incredible with cafes and tavernas and shopping all so close. The apartment was spacious and quiet. Nice to be able to wash some clothes mid-trip. Shower is small, but perfectly fine.

It had three ACs in different rooms so it was great in summer heat. Also, the place was very clean. Furniture is old but no problem with few day trips! The only downside is that the bed was very old and squeaking every time turned on the bed.

• Jie (8/5): Nice stay in the central of Athens, easy for visiting with family - Well situated near Plaka and close to Acropolis. Nice spacious apartment with all the equipment to cook and relax. Bedding is good and communication with the host was perfect. For our baby, hope there would be a baby bath tub. It's very specific, but our baby doesn't like showering :P

We did not use any public transport as we could walk everywere. Strong air conditioning. Very nice extra - our hosts left us a bottle of lovely greek white wine. Bathroom could be improved slightly - some de-moulding and paint. However, this is fine and should not put you off staying.

• Cfish (8/5): Large, comfortable and right on the fringe of Plaka. - On the fringe of the Plaka tourist area. Great location. Easy to find, clear instructions for the key lock box and a very clean large apartment. Bedrooms were roomy and the beds were ok. There was a large loungeroom and a separate large kitchen which had all you need to cook your own meals if you wanted. It was a relatively quiet and safe area close to eateries and bars. Would recommend leaving the light on in the hallway when leaving the apartment. The corridor (apartment is at the very end) is pitch black at night, The bathroom was very small, difficult to remedy in these inner city apartments.

• Ondřej (9/5): Great even with a toddler - Apartment was very well equipped (kitchen had even a mixer and contact grill, there is washing machine, vacuum cleaner..), clean, very spacious (exceeded expectations, 3 rooms + kitchen), at a good location (directly next to the historical areas, close to metro), AC in three rooms worked well, comfy bed, owner provided a crib for the kid... Overall, quite amazing, I did not expect it to be so good, great value, I would come again. WiFi had a large latency (ping ~500 ms), so I used mobile data instead. Some doors were creaking, which disturbed our sleeping kid. It is not great with a stroller: first two stairs leading into the entry hall are low so can be overcome, but then we had to carry the stroller over 3 more stairs into the entry hall of the building. To get it into the apartment we would need to collapse the stroller to fit into the narrow elevator, so we bought a bike lock and left it locked in the entry hall. There are many small decorations all over the appartment that we had to remove so that our toddler does not destroy them :)

• Colleen (8/5): Cannot beat the location for tourists in Athens! - Turn location cannot repeat if you want to be in the center of it all… The house has two bedrooms one small bathroom I could size living area, a couple of outside decks and a small kitchen. It is definitely an older home, but was very very clean. I would stay again for the location and the space.  They could use some new furniture and an update to the kitchen and appliances… Everything works well, but is very dated
