- Beatrice Munteanu (10/5): Very spacious accommodation close to the city center, I recommend it - - location near by the mall (Brickell City Centre) - 10 mins walk - very spacious apartment - 2 bathrooms - 2 TVs - kitchen - but we didn't use it - great view, especially in the night - all you need - poor breakfast - to receive the invoice I had to talk with a lot of persons, from hotel reception and also from Booking and after some calls I received it via email from hotel, but it wasn't ok, there was missed information/ comunication

Petit plus: la piscine en rooftop très agréable après une journée de visite. Prix un peu élevé mais sûrement dû à l’emplacement.
- EZGI EKIN (9/5): Excellent location with spacious rooms and a beautiful Miami view - Location is perfect. Only 2 min walking distance to metromover station and 5 min walk to main spots in Brickell. The room size and the balcony with a nice view of Miami were the standout features. The breakfast had limited options but it included all the essentials. Everything was delicious and we didn’t get bored during our 4-day stay since they added at least one new option each day. There can be some basic utensils in the kitchen. And a small table would be great in balcony.

A internet wifi poderia ser um pouco melhor. Somente isso. É um excelente hotel.

- Gregor (8/5): Good location, good room - Spaces apartment, amazing location (f1 event ready) Breakfast was okeish. Our room was at first sight moved to another hotel as they apparently didn’t received our booking through booking.com. (3 star instead of 4 and 30min further) After taking to the supervisor they were able to find the booking but it was apparently not paid and only for 1 night. (We booked for 4 nights) after talking to the supervisor he was able (his words) hack the booking system and everything was fine afterwards. So from the beginning we’ve got a lot of stress. Definitely if you hear that the hotel is full and that they can’t do anything for you.. Good that we kept pushing and it all turned out well for us. There were other guests that had the same issue… I don’t want to call it a scam but it felt like it. My best guess is that they could rent the room for much higher price as it was f1 weekend and I’ve booking December last year for relative good price.

- Christine (10/5): Great choice that checked all the boxes for mom travelling with 3 teenagers - Breakfast was GREAT! definitely added to the value of our stay. We arrived well before check in (given an early morning flight), but they were gracious and kind, keeping our luggage safely stored while allowing us to enjoy the rooftop pool, where bathroom and towels were available. It was perfect for us to enjoy the day prior to leaving for our cruise the next day. Grocery store and pharmacy, etc. all within walking distance and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a great choice for us.

They were confused with all the bookings, cancelled the booking from one of my family members, double-charged another one, messed up with the length of my stay. Also, the breakfast is extremely poor. - teresa (3/5): Chaotic organisation and bad resolutions. - Good location Bad experience with check in; we had a reservation (payed in advance) of 2 bedrooms under the same booking. When we arrived they had just logged in the system 1 bedroom and they hadn’t done the reservation of the second bedroom. We had to wait for 20 mins after 10 hours flight for the booking to be created directly by the hotel. They took my card as a guarantee and now I have pending transactions for the whole cost of the booking ( as they were intending to charge it again) even though the reservation had been payed fully in advance.

- Jahron (1/5): This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Very unprofessional - Nothing The hotel cancelled my booking without notifying me, I wasn’t told until I called them. They arranged for me to stay in a sister hotel which was not at the standard I was expecting. The sister hotel aloft Marriott coral gables has charged my card twice for staying at the hotel even though the staff at atwell suites told me they would cover the cost of my stay at aloft Marriott coral gables.
- Joe (7/5): Good overall but some improvements needed - The breakfast was basic but sufficient for our needs. The room was spacious for our small family of 3. The balcony had a lovely view of the high rise buildings of Miami. The sink and fridge was useful for us as we were travelling with an infant. The location was good and allowed us to easily access the public transportation system. There wasn't any kitchen supplies. There was no dish soap, cutlery or plates for example. The balcony didn't have a table or chairs, so we couldn't sit outside. The beverage station was closed in the evening during our stay so was not 24/7 as advertised. Some of the breakfast items ran out before breakfast time had ended which was disappointing.

- Ibán (3/5): Disorganised - I had to wait almost one hour because they didn’t find my reservation. I was charged twice, one by booking.com and another by the hotel, event though I showed my reservation clearly stating that it was already payed… I still haven’t had my money back.

- Nayla (10/5): Un buen hotel en brickell - La atención al cliente y la preocupación del personal por garantizar una buena experiencia. Unas instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones amplias. La habitación que habíamos reservado estaba en mantenimiento y el personal de recepción estaba muy preocupado porque no era lo que habíamos reservado y nos hicieron un upgrade. El desayuno puede mejorar y la atención por parte de las personas del restaurante puede ser mejor, especialmente había una señora muy grosera de las que atendía

- Ana Maria Ioana (8/5): O optiune ok - Locație buna, aproape de restaurante si zona centrala. Desi nu am avut nevoie este si parcare la hotel. Camera foarte mare si bine dotata. Micul dejun desi existent este destul de puțin ofertant. Desi curat per total, erau pătate unele prosoape si o față de pernă.

- Larissa (5/5): - Sofá cama péssimo, fazia barulho diante de qualquer movimento. Nunca colocavam o número de toalhas suficientes para o número de hóspedes. Café da manhã limitado, sem lugar para os hóspedes sentarem
- Ciavon (1/5): Catfish hotel with dismissive staff who will hang up the phone on you, unfortunately. - Location. Staff were dismissive and property was very dirty. Changed rooms twice and almost changed rooms a third time due to the tv not working. Floor boards dirty, shower dirty, hallways dirty, smelled like mold. Those pictures are absolutely catfish. Very disappointed on my birthday week. Even after being charged an extra $134 with no explanation, the staff continued to dismiss my request of receiving a receipt and continued to blame it on Booking.com, which it was not them. Do not stay here.
- Dammy (7/5): Good for a Miami budget hotel - Though I booked a room with balcony, my room had no balcony but it was big so I did not lodge a complaint. Breakfast was ok, location was great and quiet Front desk (Walter) had me fill my personal card information (including security code) just because their card reader was not working for them to charge the security deposit and did not check me in without this. Totally unacceptable for a hotel to do such a thing. Wi-Fi was horrible, barely got signals in the room and the AC was centrally regulated as it worked only during the day.

- Ivana (10/5): Muy agusto, cerca a todo lo que quería visitar. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. - Me encanto la ubicación, el personal super amable y todo super bonito y limpio. Me gustó que incluía el desayuno muy rico. Nada, todo excelente.
- Marta (6/5): - Lokalizacja dobra, blisko komunikacji. Śniadania bardzo słabe, mały wybór, brak warzyw. Pod kątem małych dzieci 0 wybór, nie było właściwie NIC czym mogłabym nakarmić swojego niemowlaka.

We recommend this property. - Great location in Miami downtown Brickell area, easy access to public transportation (free trolley, free metro mover, Metrorail) Room is big with a lil living and a lil dining areas. Room has a view of the city. 10 minute walk to Brickell City Centre(shopping mall). None that I know of .

- Sabrina (7/5): Buena estadía - Excelente ubicación, suite moderna, buena ambientación La suite tiene una pequeña cocina con microondas, pero No había ningún utensillo, como ser tenedores, cuchillos, platos. Solo había vasos de plástico, estaría genial contar con eso, haría más eficaz la estadía. Las puertas que conectan con el baño ambas (eran dos habitaciones) no generan ningún tipo de privacidad con el baño. Están puestas fuera del hueco de la puerta por lo que no queda bien cerrado y se ve y se escucha para dentro del baño. Para nosotros que éramos dos parejas fue muy incómodo.

- PHCYC2023 (9/5): Hotel close to everything with all needed amenities nearby, great for family vacation! - Close to everything while still providing a bit of calmness as it's not too downtown. Grocery, restaurants, public transportation are all nearby. Love the 24th floor bar area where one can pick up a drink or free cappucchino throughout the day. Pool and gym was readily accessible and our family enjoyed a lot. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the 'whole' building of 24 floors. Even though appreciate that it is 'free' however, getting a chance of using the washing machine or the dryer machine is almost impossible.
- Karine (6/5): Hôtel moyen juste pour 1 nuit d’étape - L’emplacement. Le personnel pas spécialement agréable, le petit déjeuner pas du tout digne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, le canapé lit dans la suite qui n’était pas fait à notre arrivée et la porte coulissante de la salle de bain/ wc impossible à fermer.
