This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Sue (1/5): Became very fit due to amount stairs, Used laundry basket to create table. Could not wait to leave. - After putting my hand in the letter box there is a note up on the top floor advising not to do so due to location near a drug/Alchol/homeless rehabilitation center. Homeless sleeping in the door way. No table to sit at. Apartment not swept through. Dust on the window sills, Kitchen blind filthy. When we booked the apartment it showed that it had a washing machine. this was untrue had to climb 2 flights of extra stairs to the roof to use communial one which I had to clean out every time. No mention in the details that there were flights of stairs which is no fun when having heavy suit cases. Had to place a towel at the bottom of the door to stop the smell of drugs coming in. No welcome pack and had to purchase pegs and tin opener.

Gajeong (5/5): If you’re rich enough go for this one - Well.. the facility was decent. Too expensive for the value. I think the cleaning fee I was charged was unnecessarily too expensive. No dining table, no shower booth.. water splashes everywhere. Didn’t like the noisy neighbourhood….
