• Loiacono (8/5): Fine but not super. - Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathroom was incredibly small. I am an averaged sized woman and I could just fit drying myself. A big guy would probably be banging against the walls! It was a little outside the city center.

• Wood (10/5): Home away from home - Loved how modern it was, beautifully well kept. Everything you need in your room, air conditioning was a bonus! Staff were always very friendly and helpful Nothing!
• Rachael (3/5): - The room smelt like quite strongly of a musty off smell and cigarette smoke, we went to the front desk to ask about being able to open the window. Understandably this wasn’t possibly on level 7, but the staff member just said “sorry” about the bad smell and that was it.

De kamer op zich was acceptabel, maar de schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Het hotel heeft wel een heerlijk terras, waar je met een heater overdekt op de koude avonden fijn kan zitten. Al met al vonden wij de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ondermaats. Maar dit zal ook te maken hebben met het feit dat Dublin vrij duur is qua hotelovernachtingen.

We requested an early check in but instead had a late one which impacted our trip. Particular staff member was unhelpful and unapologetic. Apparently it was my fault for booking the specific room.

• Kellyann (8/5): - We arrive early and lucky to get early check in but the lovely friendly staff. They were very helpful and professional. It its very clean and beautiful on inside and outside . Our room was small but was extremely clean. The shower is spacious. The breakfast is a great variety for all and tastes delicious, I would recommend adding the expensive to your stay as its a great value for money, even though it was busy in the dinning area it was still spacious for all guests to move around and be able to sit in comfort . The bar/cafe area is nice atmosphere. We really would recommend staying here as it is very close to both city centre and the connelly train station. Ideal location also very easy to get a taxi from if going to concert at the 3Arena. The room size for the price was a bit unrealistic but understandable because its a location near city centre. Also wish the room had a fridge. There was confusion as to having availability or access to room service menu as nothing was displayed in the room therefore we didnt get the opportunity to access room service , we all didnt want to bother the staff asking for the menu so we looked online at the website and still could not find a menu to be able to see for room service. It wasnt really a problem for us as we were only staying for 1 night but it would be nice to be able to see our options for room service food/drinks. Matress is a bit stiff for my preference but thats my opinion other might find it perfect . Other than these reasons the hotel was lovely and would stay again

• Laura (10/5): Meraviglioso - Hotel vicinissimo ai principali punti di interesse, reception aperta 24 ore su 24, personale estremamente cortese (menzione d'onore al dolcissimo Kev), camera pulitissima e silenziosa. Colazione ottima! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Le uniche pecche sono state: la mancanza di una finestra che si potesse aprire e di un armadio vero e proprio (c'erano solo degli appendiabiti e due cassetti piccini).

• carmela (10/5): Amore a prima vista! - La struttura è bellissima, accogliente e pulita… Camere completa di tutti i comfort , forniscono anche uno scalda acqua , con bustine di tè e caffè solubili… e anche 2 biscotti … kit da bagno completo e asciugamani… ma la cosa principale è la posizione che è super strategica … a 2 passi dalla stazione di tara Street e a pochi minuti a piedi dal quartiere di temple bar… io e il mio compagno , abbiamo camminato tantissimo , utilizzato la metro solo per andare a Howt e il tram per raggiungere il Phoenix Park. Vicinissimo al trinity e a 2 minuti c’è una fermata per il Dublin express! Sono super felice di aver scelto questo hotel… per tutte le scelte sopra elencate… nn abbiamo incluso la colazione solo perché avevamo già impostato alcuni giorni in cui saremmo scesi molto presto , tipo per andare a vedere le scogliere di moher … ci siamo attrezzati nei vari supermercati nelle vicinanze per una colazione veloce… Lo straconsiglio … il prezzo vale tutto!se dovessi tornare a Dublino sicuramente prenoterei questo hotel! • Fergal (1/5): Very poor - Terrible. Will never stay here again. Stayed in room 230. Lots of noise during the night in the form of pipes but the worst was the truck reversing into the alley way at the side of the hotel at 4:30am. The loading/unloading went on until about 5am but there was more deliveries at about 6:30. I felt like I was awake half the night. Told reception in the morning who apologised but they didn't seem too bothered. I am guessing this happens all the time as nobody on that side of the could get a good nights sleep. If you are a super heavy sleeper it's fine, otherwise it is best avoided.

• Cathlin (9/5): - The staff were pleasant, helpful, and greeted with a smile. Location was great, easy to walk to all the sites, close to the river, lots of restaurants nearby plus a Tesco around the corner. They accommodated an early check in for us around noon at no extra fee, and stored our bags for the day when we checked out and wanted to do a bit more sightseeing and shopping. The rooms were small, however not much can be done about that in Dublin City centre. Twin room had 2 beds but no separation between them.

Rooms are well equipped and modern with decent beds The TV didn't work well in one room and not at all in the other room. We stayed a few days and although we reported it, it wasn't fixed.

• Dana (8/5): - Location is a few minutes walk from the Convention Center so quite convenient for events participation. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant is a nice solution if you want to stay in. The bathroom is extremely small.
• David (9/5): Wonderful! - The location was exceptional and next door to a market, lots of wonderful Cafes, shopping, and lots attractions were a short walk away. Quiet street also. There was always a space available to load and unload in front of the hotel which was very helpful when we arrived and left the hotel. The staff was amazing. KEN specifically was so friendly and helpful and gave us the best tip for a great bakery. He literally walked outside the building with us to point us in the right direction. The lobby was so comfortable and beautiful. I was able to visit with a cousin there in nice big comfy chairs and it was so nice. The restaurant inside is a nice convenience. Public parking was a bit of a walk but not their fault. The main reason why I gave 9 and not 10 was because the room was very tight and we had a hard time finding a place to open our suitcases, and besides the beds there was no space or chair to sit on.
