O hotel conta com muitas comodidades, tais como chaleira e cafeteira no quarto, mas a principal e a que mais usamos é o bebedouro disponível no corredor para os hospedes encherem garrafas. A localização é ótima, vizinhança segura, tem um pequeno mercado na rua que facilita bem e também um ótimo café "Queens Head" onde tomamos café da manhã todos os dias!

No aircon which could have been an issue had it been mid summer. No lift, so the stairs could be an issue for some people

Il bar sotto casa per fare la colazione (purtroppo chiuso la domenica ) comodo il check in il non poter lasciare i bagagli né prima né dopo ti condiziona la visita della città , non c’era un deposito nelle vicinanze e la metro non era vicina

Kein früherer Check-in möglich nur gegen Aufpreis in der App. Keine Möglichkeit seine Koffer abzustellen. 10 Minuten weg in einem Restaurant kann man gegen Geld sein Gepäck dort lassen…

• Laura (8/5): Schöne moderne Unterkunft - Großes Badezimmer mit viel Abkagefläche. Gut gelegen mit schnellem Zugang zur Metro. Bügeleisen und -Brett auf jedem Zimmer. Gratis Wasserspender im Treppenhaus und Zugang zu mehr Kaffee/Tee. Der Zugang via Türcodes war praktisch, da man keinen Schlüssel braucht und unabhängig voneinander zurückkehren kann. Die Flaschen, welche am Wasserspender bereit standen rochen sehr schlecht. Sie werden scheinbar nicht gereinigt.

• Lisa (9/5): - Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wir waren im dritten Stock und es war sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist super groß, die Dusche ein Traum und es stehen Shampoo, Conditioner & Duschgel bereit. Das Bad verfügt neben einem Fenster auch über eine sehr starke Lüftung. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und es war insgesamt sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war super groß für Londoner Verhältnisse. Der Zugang per Code hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Skyline von London. Es gab Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer. Man ist sofort an der Themse und kann schön zum Big Ben etc spazieren. Gute Bus und Ubahn Anbindung. Da wir im Oktober für ein längeres Wochenende hier waren war es angenehm kühl im Zimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster. Allerdings würde ich die Unterkunft nicht in den besonders heißen Sommermonaten empfehlen da man die Fenster nur einen Spalt breit öffnen kann - andererseits wo ist es im Sommer nicht unerträglich warm? Dennoch eine klare Empfehlung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden ☺️

• Paula (9/5): Perfecta ubicación: barrio céntrico y tranquilo - El alojamiento está super bien situado para ir andando al centro o ir a una estación de metro. Se ubica en un barrio muy tranquilo. La habitación estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario: útiles de aseo, plancha de ropa, secador de pelo, cafetera, toallas, buena iluminación… Me parece imprescindible la fuente de agua y más en lugares donde no se bebe del grifo. Un detalle que no se encuentra fácilmente. A pesar de ofrecer toallas extra en caso de necesitar, subimos al armario y era lo único que no había. Por el contrario había papel higiénico, útiles de aseo y café.

Booking process was absolutely horrendous and fraught with problems, issues and disasters. Do not recommend The property itself is remotely managed and this means there is zero onsite support from management. The cleaners were absolutely brilliant in their efforts to help.

Badezimmer auch sehr modern. Unglaubliche Hitze im Zimmer, zudem kann man die Fenster nur begrenzt öffnen. Außerdem unangenehme Geräuschkulisse bis spät in der Nacht durch das angrenzende Pub. Fenster dichten wenig bis gar nicht ab, sodass man glaubt man schläft dirket im Pun.

Sin aire acondicionado. Solo un ventilador, que no era suficiente para mantener fría la habitación, Incluso con el encendido toda la noche, no se aguantaba del calor. No hay ascensor, nos toco un 2º. Hay un bar con terraza debajo, vas a tener ruido hasta las 23:00 que cierra el bar

La chambre est à côté d’un local technique faisant un bruit permanent et dégageant une grande chaleur. Les murs sont chauds au toucher, en période de grande chaleur et associé au fait que le logement ne dispose pas de système de climatisation, cela rend la chambre simplement invivable.

La ubicación es maravillosa cerca del metro de Vauxhall y Kennington y de una estación de alquiler de bicicletas Santander. Cerca de cafeterías y un pub agradable. Además la cama súper cómoda. Nos alojamos en la primera planta La única pega es que hay que hacer el Check out demasiado pronto, a las 11.

Propreté plus qu'approximative, pas d'eau chaude, douche en alternance froide puis brûlante (avec un bébé c'était délicat). Chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas. Odeur d'égouts dans la chambre. Prévu un lit parapluie que nous n'avons jamais eu et une arrivée anticipée non prise en compte. Joints de douche décollés et sales. Pas pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit, et surtout pas en famille.
• daniel (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht Big Ben , Westminster und das London Eye mit einem kurzen Spaziergang. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer und das Bad groß und sauber und obwohl es über einem Pub liegt ist es doch recht ruhig. Wer typisch englisch frühstücken möchte, findet in der direkten Nachbarschaft leckere Möglichkeiten. Leider waren fast alle Spender im Bad leer. Man kann sich anscheinend im 3. Stock neue holen, aber die Öffnungszeiten sind leider mitten am Tag, sodass wir zu der angegebenen Zeit nicht da waren. Störend war es nicht, da wir eigenes Duschgel hatten, aber bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse darf dass eig nicht passieren.

Spend that bit more money and stay somewhere with a reception desk. We left after one night waiting for a refund. There was mould on the roof, we got threatened by gangs outside. • Christian (1/5): Una experiencia de infarto (cuanto menos). Huid vosotros que podéis. - Absolutamente nada. Lo que no me gustó fue todo. Ni se os ocurra ir. Nos han amargado las vacaciones. Huele horrible y hace un calor espantoso. El personal no está físicamente en el hotel nunca y los problemas deben solucionarse a través de un chat que tardan en contestar. Nos han tenido que cambiar 3 veces de habitación y cada cual peor. Abajo hay un pub, imagínense. Si quieren no sudar como pollos y no morir ahogados de calor, asfixia y olor a pies, no vayan ni que os lo regalen. Además, os va a temblar la habitación cada vez que un nuevo huésped empiece a gritar porque en su habitación hay otro huésped y lo dejen colgado o temblareis aún más cuando los huéspedes, con ira, tiren sus maletas por las escaleras como si de toboganes se trataran. Confort y descanso no tendréis, pero show y desespero si.

• maud (6/5): Prima - De locatie van het hotel was erg fijn. De hotelkamer had alles wat je nodig had. Ondanks dat er geen personeel in het hotel is waren ze wel goed behulpzaam online. In het weekend wel wat last gehad van geluidsoverlast van de café beneden. Je moet je raam ook open hebben want anders wordt het heel erg heet en benauwd binnen want er is geen airco. De matrassen van de bedden liepen schuin af en waren heel hard.
• Elisa (6/5): Schöne Ausstattung, aber unerträglich warm. - Super Lage. Themse ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Guter Anschluss an Flughafen Gatwick. Für London schöne Zimmerausstattung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Man merkt, dass versucht wird, auf Kritik einzugehen. So gibt es im Zimmer Ohrenstöpsel, eine White-Noise-Machine und einen Ventilator. Bei Ankunft roch das Zimmer extrem nach Chlor. Man gewöhnt sich dran, aber es hat über 24h gedauert, bis der Geruch verflogen war. Schlimmer waren die Temperaturen. Wir waren im August, und obwohl es draußen nicht so warm war, war das Zimmer eine einzige Sauna. Da hilft auch der Ventilator nichts. Die Fenster lassen sich nur einen Spalt öffnen. Erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich. Wer empfindlich ist, stört sich wahrscheinlich auch am Pub im selben Gebäude. Aber Mitternacht ist dort Schluss.

• Mensa (2/5): I don’t recommend to go to this hotel - The building This hotel is not for me. I spent one hour in a bar waiting for the number code to get in to the hotel and then to the room. The bartender helped me more than the staff hotel. There is anybody in the hotel. It was hot and I could not open the windows.
• roxit (1/5): Londres en el Hotel Fantasma - Nada. Me alojé tres noches e hice dos reservaciones por separado. Avise alojé hotel para que las juntaran y no tuviese que hacer check in y check out el mismo día y me dijeron que me quede tranquila. Cuando volví al hotel no podía entrar en mi habitación porque como no hay personal te envían un código por Mail. En mi habitación estaban todas mis pertenencias. Estuvimos una hora tratando de comunicarnos con alguien para solucionar este problema, perdimos las entradas al teatro por esta demora y pretendían que por un día nos cambiásemos de habitación. Como no hay personal seguramente nadie registró este aviso y tampoco sabían cómo solucionar el tema por eso la demora. Si no hablas inglés estás muerto porque en el chat no te dan soluciones. No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel, el mal momento que pasamos con dos niños fue terrible y lo peor nadie se hace cargo! Me alojé en Londres en mi segundo tramo en este hotel que no recomiendo en lo más mínimo! La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. No realizan limpieza en las habitaciones. No tiene ascensor. Y lo peor es que no hay personal.
• Donnalee (1/5): So bad we could not stay. The photos completely misrepresented what we got. The photos showed floor to ceiling windows a - Nothing. We checked out after one day. Have requested a refund. Everything. Pictures and reviews are completely misleading. We booked 2 apartments that were on the top floor. 7 flights of stairs. Entry down that back on an alley way with a PIN code only. Smelled of urine with empty kegs from businesses surrounding it. A sign for local government that the area was up for redevelopment. Very small windows that you could only crack slightly - we had to close due to the rats running alongside the windows. A desk fan - it was so hot we slept on top of the beds. The 7 flights of stairs nearly killed my partner (almost 60) and broke the handle on his suitcase. Pictures only showed 2 flights of stairs and didn’t mention any more. Google reviews show a very different picture.

Text service was available. Took us three attempts with different codes to access our room. Over half an hour of back and forth with texts before we could gain entry to the room.

• Thore (3/5): Laut und stickig - Die Lage insgesamt in London ist sehr gut, Westminster fußläufig. Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer lagen direkt über einem Pub. Der Pub hat lange offen, Gäste direkt unter unserem Fenster, am Samstag abend laute Musik. Gleichzeitig keine Klima-Anlage, daher sehr warm im Zimmer (im Sommer). Fenster geht kaum auf und dann noch lauter. Wir konnten nur schwer einschlafen. Nur was für Leute, die spät ins Bett gehen wollen. Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass es ein Hotel ohne aktives Service-Personal ist, man kommt mit Code rein.
• Hannelore (1/5): Geen aanrader - Slechte communicatie, warme kamer en enorm veel lawaai - De oppervlakte van de kamer. Je kan je bagage niet stockeren voor inchecktijd. Indien je vroeger zou willen inchecken betaal je een hoge fee. Je bent dus aangewezen om diensten als Stasher te gebruiken en die zijn niet heel goed bewaakt en nog wel een eindje wandelen van het hotel. Er is geen balie in het "hotel" aanwezig, waardoor je ook geen aanspreekpunt hebt. De eerste nacht, een zaterdag, was er in de pub onder onze kamer een feestje aan de gang. Het lawaai was enorm. Bovendien konden onze ramen niet sluiten want ze blokkeerden. Het was ook bijzonder warm in de kamer en er was enkel een ventilator aanwezig. Wanneer we dit aankaartte per chat met het "hotel" beloofden ze ons een oplossing, maar die oplossing kwam er niet. Ze hebben meer pro-actief gestuurd of gebeld. Het eindigde in een radiostilte gedurende onze twee volgende nachten, uiteindelijk zonder oplossing. Dit hotel kan je geen hotel noemen...

• Casey (10/5): Comfortable, clean, close to sights - Very clean, if you enjoy walking it’s a nice distance to Big Ben, Parliament square, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace. Couple cafes and coffee shops right outside. Bar beneath, though was quiet and never caused any disturbance. Nothing. Staff and hotel were great.
• Kathy (4/5): Definitely worth the money but could do with a small air con unit - The room was a good size, very clean but a little bit unnerving getting to the main front door after dark as it’s right next to the pub The room was so hot, felt like the mattress was heated and the fan that was in there did very little to help the temperature so a very uncomfortable sleep

• Sue (7/5): We were very pleased with everything else to do with the property apart from the code access problems we encountered - It was in a great location, and only a 7 min walk to the hop on hop off bus. We had difficulties getting the code to enter the property. The system would not accept my email, which is strange as I had used this same email for every thing else. I had to send a three emails and eventually got the Sonder app and managed to access the code 6 hours before we arrived in London. Rather stressful, and unfortunately I would think twice before staying at accommodation without a traditional reception.
• Stefanie (8/5): - prima locatie en incheck verliep vlot. Nette kamer, goed bed. Koffiemachine beschikbaar en cups. Er was wat rumoer van het restaurant/bar beneden, maar dat viel op zich na een bepaald uur wel stil. Het was alleen erg warm op de kamer en er was enkel een ventilator beschikbaar.
• Thomas (2/5): Extreme Hitze im Zimmer - Sauber Extrem heiss (40 Grad Celsius). Fenster nur ein Spaltbreit zu öffnen. Kein Kühlschrank. Lärm von der Strasse.
• Vanessa (6/5): No air conditioning, but a clean room. - Clean, had coffee facilities, easy check in/check out but no contact with a human. No air conditioning, it was sweltering which made it feel too expensive for what we got. Lots of stairs to get to room which was difficult with luggage.
• Marco (9/5): - Ho soggiornato in un periodo di caldo davvero insopportabile. La camera al terzo piano si trova sotto il tetto, senza aria condizionata, la prima notte è stato impossibile dormire. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e il giorno dopo hanno fatto trovare in camera un condizionatore portatile. Servizio clienti eccellente. Le camere al terzo piano, sotto il tetto, devono essere isolate dal caldo (e dal freddo), in un albergo ci si aspetta un confort adeguato.

• Claudia (5/5): - die Lage ist gut, solides Zimmer Klospülung funktionierte nur manchmal. Der Spülkasten füllte sich nie auf, weswegen nur selten Wasser kam. Es war sehr staubig & die Dusche ungeputzt. die Fenster hatten viele Spinnenweben & in den Dachrinnen vor den Fenstern lag Müll (ein Glas, eine Tupperbox, sonstiges). Es war wirklich sehr sehr heiß und stickig. Die Fenster können nur einen 10cm Spalt geöffnet werden & der kleine Tischventilator kann dazu auch nicht viel beitragen. Was wirklich blöd war, war dass die Spinde wo man das Gepäck verstauen konnte, bevor oder nachdem man das Zimmer bezogen hatte, gerade nicht da waren. Uns wurde gesagt, in ein paar Wochen gäbe es wieder welche - ungünstig, weil so lang waren wir nicht da, um das mitzubekommen.

Eravamo liberi di entrare e uscire senza dare conto a nessuno All'inizio abbiamo avuto difficoltà con l'uso dello scarico in bagno che perdeva acqua. Poi abbiamo capito come usarlo e non abbiamo avuto altri intoppi
• Alexa (4/5): Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben - Gute Lage und einigermaßen sauber Ich hatte 2 Zimmer gebucht, konnte aber nur die Zugangsdaten für eines erhalten. Nach ewigem hin und her habe ich endlich den zweiten ebenfalls erhalten. Im Zimmer hatte es gefühlt 100Grad, was auch nicht über Nacht abgekühlt ist. Es war lediglich ein Ventilator vor Ort. Das Fenster konnte maximal einen Spalt aufgemacht werden so ist auch keine Luft ins Zimmer gekommen. Die Temperatur der Dusche konnte nicht verstellt werden, da die Armatur kaputt war. Zum Glück war diese bereit kühl eingestellt. Leider hat die Spülung der Toilette nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Da es keine Rezeption im Hotel gab, konnte man das Gepäck nicht vor Ort lassen. Wir mussten uns für 30 Pfund wieder irgendwo einbuchen. Das Zimmer ist komplett überteuert für den Service bzw. Standard den es bietet.

• Amanda (4/5): Verblijf viel tegen, erg warm, wel schoon en locatie is centraal. - Het was schoon en de locatie was prima. Het appartement heeft geen airconditioning. Met 30 graden buiten was het ook 30 graden binnen. Als oplossing hadden we een krakkemikkige ventilator die enorm veel herrie maakte. Daarnaast merk je dat dingen oud of niet goed onderhouden zijn zoals de ramen die niet goed open en dicht gingen. Ook de douche kon geen constante temperatuur houden. Een aantal keren was het na 4 minuten ineens koud en werd het niet meer warm. Gezien de prijs die we betalen voor het appartement, vind ik de kwaliteit tegenvallen.

• Roland (3/5): Kindly be informed that it was a bad experience! - Sauberkeit In case of any problems, you can only contact them by SMS. Nobody will reply by phone. The toilet water flush was defect during my 10 days stay! The assigned room was extremely hot, and the provided ventilation fan was extremely noisy! The access to the essential store was also blocked for many days. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
• CAROLINA (10/5): - La limpieza excepcional, la ubicación genial, con un bus en la puerta que te lleva al centro en pocos minutos,un supermercado al lado para comprar cosas, y un restaurante para desayunar genial. La estancia muy buena, repetiremos. Esta semana ha hecho mucho calor en Londres y no habia aire acondicionado, pero con el ventilador nos hemos apañado. Teniamos tetera, cafetera, nos han dejado cápsulas, te, leche, muy muy bien,una pequeña neverita no vendria mal. Teniamos el vuelo por la tarde y no teníamos un sitio para dejar las maletas. Y nos habian dicho el dia de antes que si las podríamos dejar.
• Ali (4/5): - You can rich Thames and a bus stop by walk in 10 minutes. There are bar and coffee shop near the building. There was no suitcase locker but staff let us leave our luggage in the room before 4:00 pm. It's not hotel. It's a rental room. We went on June. The room air was extremely hot and there was only a fan. The windows even could not be fully opened. There was no air circulation in the room.
• Philipp (7/5): Gute Lage, sauber, aber zu heiß im Dachgeschoss - Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war super. Nur 3 Min. zur Themse und ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zum Big Ben oder auch zur nächsten U Bahn Station. Die Unterkunft war an sich gut. Wir waren im Dachgeschoss und bei Temperaturen um die 27 Grad heizte sich das Zimmer extrem auf. Es wird zwar erwähnt das es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber man sollte im Sommer lieber ein klimatisiertes Zimmer buchen. Wir haben die Hitze nicht aus dem Zimmer bekommen, trotz Ventilator.

• Sandra (6/5): A bit expensive for the room and service quality - The area is quiet, there were no parties in the pub downstairs at the time I was there. It’s a 15-20 min walk to Westminster Abbey, so it’s pretty central. The self check-in and check-out is very easy and clear. The room had a smell, it was probably from the sewage system in the bathroom. The bathroom was not the cleanest, there was some hair in the sink and the shower. The bed is also not the most comfortable.
• ileana (1/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación Que no me pasaron los códigos como correspondían y me perdí un tour contratado por no poder ingresar y dejar la valijas, nos quedamos a- días y al siguiente el código era el mismo pero no fue así, por lo cual estuve afuera rato. Otra cosa que la habitación en el piso 4 no podes estar ni dormir del calor y subir con valijas la escalera hasta ese piso es complicado
