- El (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was delightful! It served as a perfect home base for exploring Athens. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. I look forward to returning in the future!
- Έλενα (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The location is perfect — central, safe, and within walking distance to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless and very well-equipped with everything a guest could need for a comfortable stay.
The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The check-in was easy, and the communication was excellent from beginning to end.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would happily stay here again!
Thank you for a lovely stay!

- Η (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean . The host was very helpful and welcoming.
- Stamatis (3/5): Poor -
- Lilia (8/5): Very good - The property was clean, big and very comfortable. It has everything that you need for your stay. Acropolis was 10min walking from the apartment. The area wasn't safe at all.
- Brikena (1/5): Bad -
- Olena (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is top notch. Despite the fact that check-in is until 23:30, I was checked in without problems at 00:30... professional communication and attitude towards tenants... and also I forgot my thing, it was given to my friend without any problems
- Verified traveler (4/5): Check Process Was Terrible - The check in process was terrible, had to call nine times before anyone picked up. Gave no check in instructions before hand. When someone finally did pick up, they sent a cab to hand off the keys. The cab was thirty minutes late.
- Caroline (4/5): had to wait 40 minutes for the key out in the worst street of Athens… - The contact person was very sweet and she really tried to be helpful. I was traveling solo and as a woman I would not recommend this neighborhood on your own. I am very familiar in Athens and thought it would be fine, but I had to wait for 40 minutes with two suitcases in a street filled with drug users and homeless people. The key would get to me in a taxi, I was very on time with telling what time I would be there and still had to wait 40 minutes out on the street. It felt so dangerous and I felt super unsafe. Then inside the building didn’t feel safe aswell as one on the neighbors door was completely broken into and inside had mattresses on the floor and honestly looked like a drughouse.
I will say the apartment itself was super clean, spacious and fine. Also the contact person was super lovely on the phone trying to make me feel safe. But still waiting out on the streets of Athens for 40 min is just not right. If I wasnt traveling alone I think it would have been different. But it just didn’t feel right so I didn’t stay the night….
- Brendan (10/5): Would stay again - Spacious Nothing
- Petru (5/5): Passable - -No microwave
-The chek in was very bad, they had sent me one email with one ather address 2 miles away I go there and didn't find any keys on the box.I had called them and they said is a mistake and they will send me a taxi ..After 10 minutes someone had called me and gave me a new address and ask me what time I will be there ,ok I had give them 1,-1,5 hours, in 1 hour I am was there and waited half-hour for someone bring the keys.
-I had asked for wi-fi and they had sent me one number and told me that is all the sign in and the password is the same but was not ok and I had sent to them email and text messages but I don't get back any answers.
- Jean Paul (2/5): Hebergement a fuir ... - Absolument horrible.
- Maria (4/5): Sad to characterise it dissappointing - The only positive experience with Maryland group accomodation is that following our request they were ready to provide us with accomodation at a different location. (This original flat/building has a huge coackroach issue). Our experience with The Maryland group accomodation was fairly disappointing . We originally booked this flat with a huge coackroach issue plus little too be expected from cleanliness overall. (Plus a red ceiling light in the bedroom which made us wonder for all the alternative business uses of the flat). They provided us with a different accomodation at Vironas area which was better still not very clean, without hand soap, just one toilet paper roll and stool leftovers in the toilet. When at the end we asked for taxi fare reimbursement they refused us even though transportation in the area took a lot longer than our original plans for our schedule. We wish them they review their business ways for better client experience in the future! :)
- Giulio (3/5): Very cheap, good position, bad flat. Ideal for a camping. - The price was very good. Also, the place was not too distant from Omonia square and, hence, to the metro station. There were two rooms: one with a bed and the other with a sofa. Communicating with the host was not very easy. We had a misundersting regarding the check-in, and it was quite difficult to speak at the phone both for technical and linguistic reasons. In this sense, even messages were not written in clear English - and I am not really strict about it -. Conversely, the guy who came to give us the keys (20 mins late, but things happen and I am not angry for that) was very helpful and clear.
The appartment is in a zone populated by South-Asians, who are very kind. Unfortunately, some of them smoke inside of the building. Furthermore, there are a lot of victims of the drugs in the area: they don't bother anyone, but it is not the best place to walk at night in certain cases. The flat's windows are directed to closed spaces, and probably walls are too thin. Hence, we have smelled and listened everything coming from the neighbors, including cigarettes. Windows of the stairs happened to be broken. However, the worst thing in the appartment is that air doesn't circulate too much, there are no mosquito nets and double glazings. It gets very hot and the only way to contrast the heat is oversusing air conditioning - getting a cold -. Also, the kitchen hasn't much to offer, lights are not illuminating enough in the bedroom and in the bathroom, and the place was not very clean. In particular, we had to deal with some small annoying cockroaches and parts of the wall in the bedroom were in bad conditions.
- Olha (1/5): Will never stay there again: takes hours of waiting to check in, awful communication, dark place - Nothing. It was the worst place I could imagine by communication, quality, location, and comfort. The only okay thing I could think of was the level of cleanness but with all of the other factors it was hard to appreciate it. Once I arrived at the address, I was waiting under the building (exhausted, with fewer, in heat, with a low charge on my phone, and with heavy bags) for more than an hour to get my keys. The owner said that I should contact her colleague, I did, but that person was taking time to reply. When I finally managed to talk to her, she said that there is no security box with keys anymore and that she'll send a taxi to deliver me keys. So I waited for that for another 45 minutes, with all of the strange people passing by and talking to me in this shady district. Once I got into the apartment, I was completely shocked. No daylight was seen: no window in the kitchen, the window in the bedroom is locked completely not allowing you to open the blinds, and the lamp in the bedroom was broken. The only window which could be opened, was in the living room, facing the dirty, dark, and loud inner yard. I couldn't connect to wifi, and the college of the owner replied later and suggested trying again with her updated instructions, but at that point, I was fed up with everything and just went out to not stay in this place. When I asked if I could move out later than 10 am because I'm sick and needed a rest before the plane, the owners didn't allow it and said that check out is strictly at 10, and I need to give the keys to the cleaner personally. Noone arrived at 10, and no one replied to my calls and text for 20 minutes. When I finally got a reply, they said that I can leave the keys inside and go. My plans for the morning were messed up and I started the day with this annoying experience.
- Marios (10/5): Lovely place!!! - I loved the central positioning of the apartment and the communication with the hosts. Very comfortable house
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brikena (9/5): Superb -

- Helena (8/5): Very good - The apartment had everything you needed (except a microwave) and had plenty of room for two people.
The checkin process worked ok, you had to message and inform exactly what time you were arriving as someone had to meet you with a key. This is difficult if you have no internet to message. Luckily we did and the guy met us not long after we arrived.
The location was good. Close to train station and ok walk to acropolis. Close to cheap restraunts and supermarket. The apartment is a bit off the main tourist area which does look a bit sketchy but we didn't have any issues and it was fine. If I were a young single female walking through at night I would probably feel a bit uncomfortable tho. The wifi dropped out a couple of times and the password we were sent didn't work, luckily the one on the bottom of the modem did.
Every night we were woken around 4am by someone in another unit flushing the toilet as the pipes sounded like they came through the bedroom.
The shower curtain could be longer, we ended up with big puddles of water on the floor after every shower.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (7/5): Good - it was nice to walk for metro it’s was good
- Iyke (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (4/5): unpleasant and very uncomfortable because of location. the apartment itself was ok - clean definitely location. everyday and regardless of the time of the day we witness / passed men injecting their arms. that led us to conclude that it was a street of junkies.
- Patricia (8/5): It was really good. :) the apartment was clean and tidy. It is really close to the metro. -
