- Naheed (6/5): It was good as a regular visitor I like the hotel stuff and location - The location and as a regular visitor it’s my favorite hotel and the resepction stuff are so helpful especially Michel This time when I arrived the hotel was crowded so no parking at all and the security stuff named Robert was so rude and so disrespectful and he took my car picture as a threat to report me to the authorities and when I asked about his name he told me he will not give his name and I can do what’s so ever. Second thing the room was so noisy this time and banging sound was there all night till 4:30 am and I have reported this incident to reception. Third thing there was a cockroach in the room and this is the first time I made a complaint in this hotel. Please try to solve this issues to avoid losing customers in the future.
