• Henri (7/5): Pas génial !! - L'emplacement est bien situé. Les matelas très moyen, le prix est élevé vu le standing proposé, je suis allé dans des endroits beaucoup moins cher et qui avez beaucoup plus de charme que cet appartement.
• Tanya (8/5): Great place to stay - Excellent location, close to train stop and some restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Despite some negative aspects, I would stay here again. You can hear people thumping up and down the stairs to the unit above. The internal stairs to kitchen/dining is very steep. Towels need replacing, they were thin and some had holes. No curtains/blinds on small windows so you are awoken to the very early morning sun.

• Nicolas (7/5): Logement pratique, mais on peut trouver plus authentique - Un bon quartier, mais un logement sans caractère, qui n’a rien de japonais, assez étriqué des lits superposés. Tout est quand même fonctionnel, mais c’est plutôt cher. Le logement est trop petit, très peu de fenêtres.

• Montse (9/5): Apartamento bien comunicado y barrio tranquilo - La ubicación está muy bien, y el barrio tranquilo, y el apartamento, aunque era pequeño, éramos 5 personas, estaba muy bien, muy limpio y tenía de todo. Hacia mucha calor (de principio) luego con el aire acondicionado, se arreglaba, pero no podías quitarlo.

• Niako (9/5): Convenient location - The location was in the center of all things we needed to do and close to other friends in the area. The air unit was difficult to operate. The first night was below freezing upstairs, there is no staff nearby to come help fix it and the language barrier made it really difficult to provide any solution. So, we all slept in the kitchen area since that unit did work.
• Sandra (8/5): Good but could be more transparent in what customers are getting - It’s in a good area and the apartment is clean The narrow stair case to get to the third floor. There were no bunk beds unlike the photos. One of our friends had to sleep on a sofa bed.
• León de Celis (5/5): Buena ubicación pero mejorables instalaciones - La ubicación y el baño era amplio y buena ducha El alojamiento era incómodo y muy pequeño, supuestamente era para 4 personas y entre maletas y todo no cabía n a d a. Tiene unas escaleras estrechas y super empinadas que con maletas dificultaba muchísimo la subida al alojamiento.
• YUKIE (5/5): - 福岡から両親が来て、ホテルよりも気兼ねなく過ごせた。　日常生活の延長のように過ごせたので。 表参道にある結婚式場にも近くて良かったです。 騒音での対応が早かった 階段に手すりが無かった。(介助が少しいる家族が居たので) 床が少しベタつきあった。 23時前からの騒音で対応してもらったが、多少は収まったが、その後寝れなかった。

• Diana (7/5): Впечатления смешанные, с одной стороны достаточно хорошая квартира, близко к центру, есть все необходимое для проживания - Находится в центре, есть стиральная машина с сушкой, легкое заселение. Некуда выкинуть мусор, хозяин сказал, чтобы мы оставляли мусор в номере до конца проживания. В номере был очень большой тропический таракан примерно 6 см длиной и 3 см толщиной. Также в номере было доставил грязно, много пыли.

• Jacqueline (5/5): Good location but a few small things to improve the stay - The location is great. Close to everything and still quiet. The air con wasn't on when we arrived and the room was literally like an oven. After a day of travelling it wasn't a great start to wait about an hour for the room to cool down. The other thing is some of the windows don't have curtains so makes it difficult to sleep in.

• eiko (3/5): 真夏にはおすすめできません。 - 寝室のクーラーが壊れていて全く涼しくならず、真夏に最悪でした。 連絡しても前日泊まられた方からは何も言われてないからと対応して貰えず、基本リビングで過ごしました。 クーラーから水漏れもしていて布団が濡れてました。 翌日スポットクーラーを置いてくれましたが、意味がなかったです。 前は秋に宿泊したので気にならなかったですが、真夏には行かない方がいいと思います。 あと掃除は行き届いてなく、足の裏が真っ黒になりました。

• YuChun (8/5): - - the communication is fast and the host is very helpful. - the location is great, close to lots of nice restaurants and a nice department store. - the face that there’s a wash machine in the room was really great, especially now in summer! Over all a very nice acccomendation for family with kids.

• Carolina (5/5): Passable - Good location Place was slightly smaller than pictured. The beds were extremely soft, which was not very comfortable. It hurt our back and we did not sleep very soundly. In addition there is an Exit light by the entrance (right in front the bed) that is bright green, so it was also not helpful for a good night’s sleep. In addition there were mosquitoes that bit us during the night. We did not leave any door/window open. Cleanliness was not the best, we saw other blood stains on the ceiling of mosquito kills, so it was clear that this was an issue with other guests. General cleanliness can be improved.

• Bevan (7/5): Nice but could be better - Location was decent, bathroom was excellent and comfortable beds. Not a place for 3 people with luggage, there becomes no room to move at all. Only for 2 people. In winter it was incredibly cold, and the provided heating barely did anything at all.
• Katie (3/5): Good location but dirty apartment. - It is located in a good area to access Roppongi. The property was not clean and was quite dirty. The towels weren’t clean either on arrival. The kitchenette had minimal supplies and no sponge or cloth to clean the kitchen. The were only 4 paper plates and 4 paper cups provided and one of the cups had hair in it.

• Isaac (9/5): Exceptional. Only 1 complaint otherwise it would’ve been 10/10. - Very nice, extremely spacious, nice bathroom and laundry room. Comfortable bunk beds. Loved it. The green illuminated exit sign was disturbing our sleep. We had to tie something over it to block the light off. It lights the whole room green.

Property had separate toilet but only 1 toilet, bathroom is downstairs and no toilet. Showers were downstairs but toilet is upstairs. Too little space for 4 people with 4 suitcase.
• Suraya (3/5): Ok if you don't mind steep stairs and have no luggage. - Great location, great washer dryer, nice and roomy. The stairs are unbelievably dangerous taking suitcases up and down. We checked in late and checked out early and asked to keep luggage but was not allowed. There was not even any plates or cutlery to eat food. It is not a hotel it is an airbnb.

• Anthonett (4/5): First 2 nights was a disaster and after they cleaned the room that’s the time we feel comfortable. - Location: The villa is near to a subway station and there are also restaurants, convenience stores and vending machine neardby. Room: I love the bunk beds; single on top and queen bed below. Their mattresses and pillows are also comfortable. Other facilities: I love how their comfort room is separated from their shower area. Their kitchen feels homey too. Their shower area is spacious and i love how that they provided drawers and closet near the shower room for you to put your belongings while taking a bath. They have a smart toilets. The room really smells good. We arrived at the property around 9pm in the evening and we expected that we arrived on a very comfy and clean room but unfortunately that’s not the case. The room was not yet prepared, the bedsheets were still soiled, no bath towels provided and there were some garbage/rubbish left when we arrived; in short the room was dirty! They said that the cleaner didn’t come that day so they contacted other cleaners but still failed. If that’s the case, they should provide us another room for our temporary stay but they didn’t. Instead they suggested us to book for a stay to other airbnb just for that night only. Another option they suggested is that, we buy a sheets and towel in Donki hotte but they will not refund us what they will refund is that first night stay only. We were already tired from all the travels that time so we insisted to let us stay at the villa and we just find a way how to survive that night. And about the towels, there are some clean face towels left there so some of my friends used that while others used their own face towels. They don’t have a clear instruction too. They said that since the smart lock was not yet functioning, we can used the emergency key. However, they didn’t instruct us to left the key once we go out, so we thought that we can bring the key with us for safety purposes of our belongings only to find out that they need that key so that the cleaners can enter the room. Hence, they didn’t able to clean the room again and they just let us know that they left the sheets and towels outside the room and will come back the next day to clean the room.

• Hoffsten (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is very conveniently situated regarding shops, restaurants and public transport. The bed linen was clean, as was the toilet and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Access to the apartment via code was straightforward. Unfortunately, the apartment was quite dirty. The lighting is poor, the main light is too bright, the reading lights on the beds are too dim. The kitchen is not equipped with crockery or cutlery and is therefore not really usable. The air conditioning is installed above one of the bunk beds, meaning that the person sleeping there is directly exposed to the cold draft. There could be more hangers or hooks.

• Jean-martin (8/5): Good location. Not super clean. Kitchenette needs more stuffs to be called kitchenette. - Location is good. Beda comfortable. Good living room Kitchenette is not really basic. Not plates, glasses, spoon ,fork, knife bot shop sticks. Just microwave, 1 heat plate and a water boiler. 1 fry pan and 1 boiling pan not compatible with induction heating plate. If you don’t want to cook in there, it perfect. Otherwise, there might be better option.

Beds were very comfy and don't make noise when you turn,so doesn't wake up everyone. No cutlery or plates in any shape or form in the room.we had 1 pan and 1 pot but I don't know for what,as we didn't have anything to eat with or on.

• Martyna (5/5): Passable - Localization The offer states that the kitchen is fully equipped, but there were no cups, plates or anything - we had to buy our own. We also had to buy additional toilet paper because we were given one roll for 4 people for 3 days. Residence rules are very restrictive.

• Joh (4/5): Nice location but furniture is meant for kids - The location is OK if you don't have a lot of luggage. Roppongi Station Exit 2 was the closest but it does not have a lift to the Hibiya Line, a real pain for us after checking out with our heavy luggage. We had to carry it all down. The location is so mysterious. My Google Maps confused it with an Italian restaurant behind it. Can you do something about that? The taxi also followed its GPS to the restaurant. We were left to look around for the lodging for close to 1 hour. I also found it odd I had to give so much personal information on a link and on the tablet in the door. Another property I booked on Booking.com didn't ask for that. The staff I spoke to on the chat was also very abrupt and unhelpful. I have a real issue with the lowness of the beds and the low ceiling. Our kid banged her head on the ceiling twice when she got up from lying down. The lower bunk bed is more suitable for kids than for adults of medium height. The amount I paid was really quite expensive if the furniture is not safe.

• Tobias (5/5): Passable - Very prompt feedback via text messages for questions before the stay One has very often received text message admonitions not to be too loud and what else not to do (under threat of fine). At the same time there are no real windows (the only one looks on a wall 1 meter away). No glasses, cups, plates, everything just disposable cardboard and plastic. No cutlery except disposable chopsticks.

• Dave (8/5): Very good - Check in was simple as I had done the online checking before arrival. Host was understanding when we found damaged items in the room when we arrived. The exit light was very bright at the door which made it a little annoying in the dark. The unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor which was a little hard to get to with luggage. Otherwise a nice place to stay in.

A great and accommodatin - The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing a map of the surrounding areas and maybe some recommendations on things to do.
