Reservé esta propiedad con expectativas de disfrutar mi estancia, pero fue un desastre absoluto. Al llegar, me enviaron a otra propiedad mucho más lejos de la ubicación original, un departamento en plena remodelación: cables de luz colgando, apagadores incompletos, unas “cortinas” improvisadas con un tubo, y un ambiente descuidado en general. Además, los servicios que prometieron eran inexistentes o defectuosos: el microondas, la plancha, y los utensilios de cocina no funcionaban, y la televisión estaba allí solo de adorno.
Después de recibir la confirmación de la reserva a través de WhatsApp por parte de uno de sus representantes locales, noté que los datos no coincidían con la propiedad que originalmente había alquilado. Inmediatamente les escribí, pero me dejaron en visto. Intenté llamar en varias ocasiones, pero jamás contestaron.
En mi desesperación, contacté al servicio de atención de Expedia. Aunque el asesor intentó comunicarse con ellos, tampoco obtuvo respuesta. ¿La solución que me ofrecieron? “Quédate ahí esta noche y mañana veremos qué podemos hacer”. Desde luego, al día siguiente no hubo solución ni seguimiento por parte de Expedia ni de los responsables de la propiedad.
Esta experiencia fue un desastre total, una verdadera decepción tanto con la propiedad como con Expedia, que no respalda a sus clientes ni ofrece soluciones reales ante este tipo de abusos. No arriesguen su dinero ni su tranquilidad. ¡Eviten este lugar y pie

Windows did not close properly and the noise from the traffic outside was very loud even during the night! Had to put a mattress in the foyer floor every night so the door could close to drown out the noise so we could sleep. Downside of this meant we could hear the noisy neighbours through the front door.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, linen was dirty, blood on one of the pillowcases, wi-fi didn’t work, no shower head and the bathroom was swimming with water after the every shower. Bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous guest. Shelf was hanging of the wall and sofa was filthy…I could go on!
I’m am at a loss as to why Hotels.com would offer this wholly unsuitable accommodation

- Hirohito (6/5): - Because it is located in front of a station in the city, the facilities are old for the price and the iron bunk beds are difficult to use.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Déception - L'appartment est très bien mis en valeur sur les photos mais en réalité beaucoup de choses cassées, le ménage n'était pas fait.
Nous étions trois, nous avons payés pour trois et pourtat il n'y avait que 2 serviettes et le canapé lit n'avait pas de couverture.
Très déçue, seul avantage sa localisation
- Damir (2/5): - The property is in a terrible condition with safety hazards. I find it outrageous to rent out this property. It is not adequate to give it to free to refuges for example. A lot of ants. Furniture is falling apart. No TV service. For example, there is only one regular drinking glass in the whole apartment in addition to one wine glass. Pots and pans are black from being burnt. Walls are scratched and with holes. Shower is just plumbing pipe sticking out of wall, no shower head. I have pictures and videos taken to support my statement. This apartment needs to be take out of market immediately. I respectfully request refund for having to stay in this apartment
- Elena (2/5): - Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben, gab es nur für 2 Personen Bettwäsche. Es war schwer, die Vermieter zu erreichen. Sie haben 2 Tage später auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert, wir haben also einen Tag vor der Abreise die zweite Decke bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit gemütlichen Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr sauber. Die Fernbedienung ist klebrig, funktionierte nicht und es gibt Flecken auf der Schlafcouch. Wir werden also diese Ferienwohnung nie wieder reservieren.

- Diane (6/5): - I did not have a good experience with checking in because I did not have wifi connection. If you do, I think it would be better and make sure you check in in advance and read the instructions carefully. I did not have internet connection, which you need in order yo get into the building. They said I can press a buzzer but there wasn’t one identified as Rio Apartment. They did not say what floor and there is no door number. I had to knock on neighbours doors but they did not help much. They gave me the wrong wifi number so I had to turn on my roaming to call them, which incur charges. The apartment was okay, it was warm but very minimal. but it was very noisy and white thin curtains that did not block out the light.
- Phat (2/5): - STAY AWAY from this apartment/host. Place is dirty. So noisy at night and poor management. We are supposed to check in after 3pm. When we get there. Room is dirty. Not even done cleaning. Staff rushing to clean it. Simply wipe out table and floor. Waited like an hour to get inside of that dirty room. Bed is horrible. Mattress is like 1970s. So disappoited with this booking. Expedia should not let those host on their plafom.
- NG CHWEE (2/5): - The property owner was rude. When you arrive the property you do not know which are the room you will be standing. When the time is up for checkin at 3pm I’m able to open the unit door by the app they has sent to me but then another family is also able to open the same room as using their app. So we all do not know who’s this room belong to? Call up the owner and it was rude she said you just go out and go out the room someone will bring me to another room. The moment I went into the other room it was so dirty and did not clean up the room after the last guest left. I got to wait till 3:45pm to have my room ready. The ducking room got no aircon and wifi cannot find the same wifi name as provided. This property cannot be rent from Expedia this will damage your brand name. I fully do not recommend anyone to stay.

- Wai-Hung (2/5): - Das gesamte Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und der Mülleimer war voll. Es gab keine sauberen Handtücher und die Laken waren nicht sauber. Der Duschkopf ist verschimmelt, man kann nicht duschen.
- Lidia (8/5): - El apartamento está bien, muy práctico e ideal para familias; aunque, a mi parecer, tiene fallos bastante importantes, como por ejemplo, la imposibilidad de comunicación con el alojamiento. No hay forma de hablar con ellos, todo es automático. También y dado el coste de la noche, que es bastante elevado, podrían tener un aire acondicionado en condiciones. En esta época, el calor en Milán es insoportable y el aparato no funcionaba bien. La fachada está en obras, por lo que ahora mismo no hay terraza.
- Karl (2/5): Don't stay here, must avoid it's a scam - Booked for two nights and the room was double booked so I personally had to sort the problem out which ended up costing me and extra €100. Tried ringing the owner couldn't get hold of them, then eventually when the other people did manage to get in contact with the owner, the owner told her that they will ring her back but never did. Luckily I was there when the other people who was also booked into the same room was there or I wouldn't of been able to get my passport, meaning I couldn't get home. It's advertised with a balcony there wasn't no balcony. Before my stay the owner was contacting me regular but as soon as I had a problem couldn't get hold of the owner and still haven't been able to. It's been 5 days. If you are thinking of booking this place. There is so many better option this is the worst place I have ever stayed on a trip.
- Eoin (2/5): - I have nothing good to say about this apartment, we had a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor insulation on windows meant that the apartment was freezing, and due to Italian restrictions on heating we were very uncomfortable. The apartment was in a construction site, we should have been warned. There was a lot of damage in the apartment yet they had signs threatening occupiers of fines. The electricity tripped and what I had to do next was unacceptable. The boiler leaked, the floors had water damage.. I could go on.. Shame on you! Photos to support

- Bernardas (4/5): Great location, below average appartment. - The only good thing about the flat we had was the location as it is quite central and very close to the train station. Upon entry the entire flat smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette burns on the bed side tables. The shower did not work properly, it did not drain at all and at some point it started flooding and the watter spilled all over the bathroom floor so we had to use towels to stop the leaking. The cleanliness could do with some improvement . I have messaged the rental agency informing them about the situation but received no response.
