• June (6/5): Great location and food, but misleading parking caused excessive costs. - I recently stayed at lyf one-north and had a great experience. The standout feature for me is definitely the location. It is situated right next to a mall (Galaxis and Fusionopolis are just steps away), which made my stay incredibly convenient. I never had to go far to find what I needed, and the variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is impressive. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, a coffee, or a proper sit-down meal, there are plenty of options right at your doorstep. The vibe of the hotel is modern and social, and having so many amenities nearby really adds to the ease of staying here. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience and good food options! The parking logistics were a major disappointment and highly misleading. During booking, I was initially told parking was "first come, first served," but a second representative then promised to reserve a slot for me. Upon arrival, I was told the car park was fully booked by long-term residents, despite me seeing empty slots. Even more frustrating was observing the car park at various times (including 11 PM and 6 AM) and seeing many vacant lots, yet the reception insisted they were unavailable. When I questioned the "first come, first served" policy I was originally promised, the staff completely avoided answering me. As a result, I had to park in a nearby mall, which cost me $83—a shocking amount considering the room itself was $230 and the hotel’s parking rate is only $10/day. The lack of consistency in their communication and the refusal to address their own conflicting promises was very poor service.

• Nea&Juan (10/5): Quirky nice hotel - This is a very quirky, lovely hotel. We liked the location and the facilities. Is located near the train station, which also provides access to a big food court and other food shops. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Their service is exceptional, and we were really happy during our stay. Check out all the art that is inside and around the property is so clever and cool! And outside the building is different, and you can sit out for a while to enjoy the area's peacefulness. Is a very modern area, and the buildings look pretty amazing. The train station is on the Orange Line so there is easy access to other amenities. The property has a pool, which is nice and well-maintained. Enjoy your stay!

• Luke (9/5): A lovely hotel with great facilities! - I was very impressed with this hotel, it has a very interesting modern look and a great concept. My room was compact but not cramped, I had space for everything I needed and there are also lots of shelves and hangers which made good use of the space. The facilities are great, all the communal spaces are very clean and everything works well, the pool and gym were both nice and clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is also located very close to shopping centres, bars and green spaces nearby, it was a very pleasant area to stay and much calmer than down town. The wifi was very weak, at least in my room, this did not massively affect my overall stay but my mobile phone did switch to use my data while streaming because the wifi connection was lost. The pool was great and very clean but there were only three sun loungers available and two were slightly broken, also the parasols all had signs on them saying "out of use", again not a major problem for me but the pool was not quite as well attended as shown in the photos.

• Madiyar.Zh (8/5): - I liked the facilities in the hotel—the pool, the shared kitchen, dining areas on the 2nd floor where you can eat, the rooftop lounge spaces where you can rest and even work (there are two rooms on the top floor with desks where you can work/study and no one will bother you). Overall it's a decent option for it's price (and maybe the best option with the highest value/for money ratio in this part of the city, especially for INSEAD students). Rooms are very small. Even the loft room with bed upstairs felt small. I literally did not have enough space to unpack properly two suitcases (space under the stairs fits only one). The stairs are quite steep, so be careful climbing down at night.

I also appreciated the well-thought-out shared spaces, especially the always clean kitchen. The availability of washing machines, laundry areas, and convenient water points made everything easy and comfortable. All necessities were provided- hair dryer, hanger, cuttery. Every floor has microwave, fridge, iron, water. Very private as well. Common areas kitchen swimming pool working space are spacious, clean, all cooking wares provided. Small gyms but okay. Free activities weekly, vending machine, laundry. You can basically stay here all day. MRT just across the road with food court restaurant and supermarket 7/11. Perfect for NUS NUH science park business trip or other nearby MRT. The wall is not that thin but not thick. Not in the level that you get annoyed from other rooms conversation, but sometimes there may be accident like knocking things, hanger to the wall or closing door too hard. You could hear it. But totally acceptable level.

There is a fridge in the hallway shared by the floor but I wasn't comfortable leaving food and medication in a public fridge. • Alonso (10/5): Alojamiento inteligente, práctico y completo - Nos alojamos en Iyf por 5 días durante nuestra estancia en Singapur y la verdad es que disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones están limpias y son super cómodas y prácticas. La cama y ropa de cama es comodísima y agradable. Las zonas comunes como la cocina y gimnasio están perfectamente equipados y la ubicación no puede ser mejor, justo al lado de la estación one-north de metro donde tienes restaurantes, starbucks y supermercado y lo que es más importante desde la cual puedes llegar a todas partes de manera cómoda. Repetiremos sin dudarlo si volvemos a Singapur. Quizá el aire acondicionado de la sala de trabajo que está en la recepción es demasiado frío (como sugerencia y feedback constructivo)

• Carter William (7/5): Good for business traveller staying in One-North, not for others. - The rooms are very cool, and the facilities are enormous and cool, the design is well though out. The beds are comfortable and the common facilities are very clean. The fridge is quite small (one mini fridge shared between like ten rooms), the laundry is absurdy expensive for signapore, and the cleaning is infrequent (once every seven days) and not very thorough. The area (one north) is cool but far from other items. Overall for the price point I wouldn't necesarilly reccomend unless you're doing business directly in the one-north area or your company is paying for it. Not great for solo travellers wanting to see Singapore.

Right across the street there is a food court with restaurants with a wide spectrum of price and genre. The structure is extremely warm, friendly and inclusive. It offers wide space for meeting and for individual work as well as kitchens, sport room and a small swimming pool. The room was a bit small but clean, well-organized and comfortable. nothing special
