• Marcela (10/5): - The house was cute very nicely decorated and with everything we needed to start our vacation. I liked that i was able to make breakfast every day before we left for the parks. We enjoyed the private pool. It would have been perfect if there was more privacy between the neighbors’ pools. But all an all it was a great time for the whole family
• Athenas (6/5): - Our stay at this Margaritaville cottage was pleasant, but not exactly excellent. The cottage is a bit outdated, with some noticeable wear and tear. There was a bag of trash waiting for us on our porch when we arrived even though we arrived 2 hours after check in. Most disappointing were the doors to get to the laundry machines. They were so stuck that my husband had to pull with strength to be able to open them. We first thought they were locked but the property manager said to just pull harder. I was worried about breaking the doors but pulling very hard did the trick. My daughter had thrown up all over her car seat so it was very frustrating dealing with this. Our other frustration was that the A/C in the rooms hardly cools. Even if the common areas are freezing, the air hardly reaches the rooms. We did not use the sheets and still we were hot throughout the night. During the summer in Florida, this is beyond uncomfortable. There’s also no blackouts or curtains on the windows or doors, just blinds. If you have kids who easily wake up when the Sun is out (like mine) be prepared for early mornings. Other than this, the property is very cute and well stocked. The mattresses are the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. We did not go in the pool but it looked great. Bring inflatables or pool toys if you have kids as there are none in the cottage. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we were hoping for a better experience considering the cost.
• Gary (10/5): - The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however, I'd want to check out a different property next time.
• Andrea (1/5): it was the furthest thing from a vacation - we didn’t not have a working pool for 3 days and casiola did not reimburse us, would not let us leave and change our hotel for the remainder of nights. A manager did not contact me until 11pm only after booking.com contacted them. What a disgrace they ruined my whole trip!!!

• TAMORA (8/5): Super nice place - The cottage was super nice. Clean, bright, comfortable. Well equipped. Drawbacks were: No instructions on how to work the TVs, 2 remotes . We could turn the TV on but not select anything. The shower had a small step down. You don't notice it until you step in. A warning label would be handy. But over all, it was a really nice place.

• Leonel (4/5): Deceiving pictures - Beds were comfortable and it was close to patks Pool was dirty first off, pictures were deceiving they have this huge pool and Waterpark in the description and none of that is included. I have 3 young kids and THE ONLY reason we chose this place was because of all the water options this resort had. NOTHING was included but a small pool which was dirty as we arrived.
• Ery’chauna (8/5): Very cozy with minor inconveniences. - It was set up very nice and cozy felt like a home away from home for sure The dryer seems to be on the fritz and the remotes were confusing or just plain wouldn’t work. And the alarm for the pool door wasn’t clearly labeled causing panic and distress.
• Callum (9/5): Idyllic, Safe, Clean, Immaculate, Beautiful, Balcony Beers 🍻 - Beautiful surroundings, immaculately decorated (given us both a couple of ideas for stuff to add to our own house 😂). Everything clean fresh, wonderful balcony, back yard and pool good for cooling off! Perfect place to spend the first leg of our honeymoon and we were sad to be moving on! Only small issue would be couldn’t get the pool filter to work and couldn’t find instructions :(. Spent about 20 minutes scooping out debris only for me to have to do it again the next day. Tiny issue as the house itself I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a getaway and will be doing so 😁
• Lester (9/5): Excellent location and very clean house. Perfect size for a family and close to all Disney locations - No keys needed. The house has a code but you can not get into the house until the EXACT time of check in. If you want an early or late check in they charge you for it which I did not like. - Added and extra $100+ to my stay for only a few extra hours Location and pool were great. Lots of places near by to eat
• Christy (9/5): In general…very enjoyable. - Beautiful property in a great location. The pool filter was not on, or was not working and the dryer was not working correctly. It took 4 hours to dry a load of towels. Very frustrating!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Read the fine print - We stayed in the family cottages. Unfortunately the pool was not heated during our stay not making the use of the pool enjoyable. When I asked about heating the pool, I was also advised that an additional $240 usd for the week would be charged. Toilet paper is also not included. A complimentary box of Oreo cookies where left as a welcoming gift but we would have preferred toilet paper.

Liked that dining options were available without leaving the property. Lots of other options close by as well. Only problem I encountered was finding our villa when we got in late at night. Lighting wasn't great around street entrances to see the signage.

• Emily (5/5): Great location, decent house, nice pool - The pool was nice, the perfect size. The location was very convenient for Disney. The place was not very clean. A hair in the shower, dishes that did not look washed. There were many details instructions for how to leave things after your stay. I felt they were a little complicated, especially for the cleaning fee they charged.

• Duncan (10/5): Excellent stay. Worth every penny. - The ease of check in was wonderful. Caught traffic on the way out, we were much later than we thought we would be. Constant contact with Casiola updates via email, made things very clear. Having the full kitchen was perfect. Check out was eerily easy. felt as though we forgot something. It was that easy. Privacy fencing for the pool area. Neighbors are very close. Suggest same height but solid fence. Extra cost to heat pool, was a little weird.

• Kelly (8/5): For the most part a great stay.Just a few problems - Overall loved the property location and ammenities. the first day was not a good experience. We had trouble getting in and communitating with the third party we rented from so it took over an hour to get in and it was late. Also entered to NOT ONE ROLL of Toilet Paper which was on the list of things we would have. So we had to run to the store at 10:00 at night. And we had a park day planned for the next day so we got a late start. We also had trouble with the dryer fulling drying our clothes and the beeping it would make when it was done was very annoying. Especially if it happned in the middle of the night. Tried to shut it off but couldnt figure it out. We also did not have access to resort that we didn't find out about until the day we checked in. Very disappointing. Beyond that the property was very clean, very convenient, and spacious enough for us.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Mini family vacation - The property was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the private pool. Had all dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Was close to restaurants, shop and arcade so plenty of things to keep busy if not going to park's.
