Zhansulu (10/5): - Останавливался в этой гостинице и остался очень доволен. Прежде всего хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса: персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро и без лишних формальностей. Номер оказался чистым, уютным и хорошо оборудованным — всё необходимое было под рукой. Постель удобная, что особенно важно после долгой дороги. Также порадовала тишина: ничто не мешало спокойно отдыхать. Отдельно стоит отметить расположение гостиницы — удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей и транспорта. Завтраки были разнообразными и вкусными, каждый мог найти что-то по своему вкусу. Отдельное спасибо Азизу, всегда подсказывал и помогал 👍🏻

Alma (2/5): Diese Unterkunft käme für mich nicht mehr in Frage - Nicht viel , die Lage war ok und relativ ruhig Leider waren die Zimmer überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern. Die komplette Einrichtung ist veraltet , beschädigt und der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert.Es gibt Schimmel an den Wänden und die Bettwäsche war auch dreckig und alt .Das Bett war kaputt und sehr unbequem . Für den Preis kann man vielleicht kein Luxus erwarten aber zumindest Sauberkeit und ein intaktes Bett .

We got bitten by bed bugs, manager was completely out of this world, rude, lying, when caught lying the manager become threathening, and from a to z ignored our problem On too of that the room was dirty and banged up. Never stayed in such a place. Stay away. If i could rate the manager i would also rate him 0. Poor guy at the reception working for him..

yanis (3/5): Hôtel à éviter - Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, la chambre sentait l’humidité, le sol était dégoûtant, le frigo était jaunâtre comme de l’urine, et il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche, sans parler des moucherons qui volaient partout. Après plusieurs nuits passées dans cette chambre, l’hôtel m’a enfin proposé un changement. Malheureusement, la nouvelle chambre n’était pas mieux : des objets sales traînaient sous le lit (bouteilles, paquets de chips…), et la salle de bain avait de la moisissure au plafond. Quand j’ai signalé le problème, on m’a répondu que c’était normal pour une chambre au dernier étage, car l’eau pénétrerait lorsqu’il pleut 😅. Globalement, l’hygiène est catastrophique et le service se contente d’excuses absurdes. À éviter absolument.

Dora (5/5): Jedina prednost hotela je dobra lokacija. - Dobra lokacija, blizina sadrzaja, mirna ulica. Soba nije bila cista, na svim povrsinama su vidljivi tragovi otisaka prstiju, u kupaonici - povrsine kod umivaonika i u tus kabini sve puno bijelih fleka od vode, u tus kabini i na rucnicima smo nasli dlake i kosu , na posteljini su bile fleke, rucnici koji su imali cudan miris. Prvi dan sam zamolila gospodina na recepciji da nam svaki dan daju nove rucnike i ociste sobu, a za 5 noci koliko smo tamo proveli sobu su nam “ocistili” (namjestili krevet i obrisali umivaonik) jednom, a rucnike bi dobila jedino ako bi sami otisli traziti na recepciju.

The staff were friendly. The showers were often cold throughout the day. There was no facilities within the room for making hot drinks and you had to go down to reception for hot water and tea. The rooms were only cleaned when we asked for them to be cleaned The curtain rail was also coming off the room This hotel needs a little attention to improve

Yasmine (1/5): Zeer zeer zeer slecht. Nooit boeken! - Niks Hygiene, ik heb een kamer gereserveerd voor 4 personen. We kregen een kamer met 3 bedden voor 3 personen. Volgende dag een bed tussen gepropt waardoor er 4 bedden geplakt zaten aan elkaar en er geen bewegingsruimte was. Verder is de hygiëne slecht er word niet schoongemaakt. En je krijgt 1 wcrol per dag voor 4 personen. Als je om meer vraagt zeggen ze dat het op is maar als je erop staat dat er een nieuwe wcrol moet komen toveren ze t toch tevoorschijn. Transfer ook slecht geregeld, zet ons af in een andere straat en zegt loop maar naar boven. Het was gewoon on de hoek. Personeel van hotel zegt dat t niet hun probleem is. Al met al de slechtse verblijf die ik ooit heb gehad.

Kateryna (5/5): Если закрыть глаза на клининг, можно жить, нам очень быстро исправили поломку и всегда шли на встречу, да и у отеля отли - Отличное расположение. Хотим так же сказать спасибо парню Азизу на ресепшен, он всегда помогал нам, был дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Чистота и клининг служба. Когда мы попросили заменить постельное, потому что на нём были чьи то волосы, как только мы приехали, работница пришла когда мы уходили и мы сказали ей что уйдем через 5 минут, её реакция была очень неприятна. Она закатила глаза и спросила «через 5 минут?», не поздоровавшись и тд. Постельное нам поменяли (надеюсь), но несколько волосинок мы всё же нашли😖 А так же полка в ванной, внутри были волосы от фена и материал испортился от воды, нам пришло убирать это самостоятельно.

Nisreen (4/5): - I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The reality is nothing like what is advertised online. The room I was given was much smaller than described, dirty, and in very poor condition. There was mold in the room, the floor was caving in, and overall it felt unsafe and unhygienic. When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing them, he denied everything and was unhelpful. The lack of honesty and professionalism made the experience even worse. Save yourself the stress and disappointment — there are many other hotels in Istanbul that actually deliver on what they promise.

Anna (9/5): Close to the tourist area for the reasonable price - Everything was good during my stay. The bed is comfy and convenient. The hotel's location near the main tourist area was perfect for my short trip. The shower had some issues, but overall it didn't bother me much.

Fatima (10/5): Recommend it - 10/10 - Extremly kind, helpful staff and very good service. Their approach was warming and welcoming. Location is perfect distance to everything, around 10-15 minuates walk. Me myself loved the location since I found Sultanahmet crowded with people - so I needed personal space for the trip. Very calm area and good cafés next to the hotel. The hotel is located 4 minutes from a beautiful water view. I will book this hotel again and recommended if you need a calming space for Istanbul.

Mario (8/5): - Buona posizione a sultan ahmet, stanze con servizi, il personale è gentile, il prezzo è giusto e offre un comodo servizio taxi per l'aeroporto a 1400 lire, ovvero la metà dei prezzi comuni dei taxi. Migliorare la pulizia della stanza per offrire un servizio ancora superiore.
