Clean, spacious and great location - 24hr reception with contact numbers, the bonus features in the room such as iron/ hair dryer etc. The room being divided was great for us with the children being on the lower level. If you're over 6' the shower maybe a bit low but was fine for us and wide enough.

Pia Lorena (7/5): Lage super, mit Abstrichen - Personal ist nett, Lage ist mega - U-Banh und tolle Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Personal nett und die Betten insgesamt bequem. Der Preis ist in Ordnung, wie sagt man so schön ,,you get what you pay for" und daher war es insgesamt wirklich in Ordnung :)! Zunächst muss man für obere Zimmer echt viele Stufen gehen, für uns ok, aber sollte man wissen. Es fehlen definitiv Nachtischlampen oder kleine Lampen im Allgemeinen, Steckdosen am Bett fehlen auch. Zudem sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein und es hätte sauberer sein können, es erschien nur oberflächlich sauber.

kelly (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment would definitely stay there again - Central location, beautiful apartment modern just what you needed inside small shower/wc fridge,small work top cooker,kettle,toaster,cutlery cups,glasses Fresh clean towels. We didn’t need the cleaning service or anymore fresh towels but they did provide a watts app telephone number to contact between 9-4 if you needed anything we didn’t but thought that was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend will stay there again. Close to Hyde park,shops and restaurants are so close just in the other street. Lovely area to be fair. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. except the 5 sets of stairs we had to climb if you have problems with stairs walking difficulties then maybe request a low floor as that was really hard work back and forth.
Piotr (1/5): Ogromne rozczarowanie - Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko do metra i centrum oraz sklepów. Pokój kompletnie nie odpowiadał zdjęciom ani standardowi „premium”, za który zapłaciliśmy- mniejsza łazienka oraz mikroskopijna umywalka. W pierwszym pokoju urządzanie na suficie wydawało co 5 minut alarm który uniemozliwiał sen. Za każdym razem gdy inni goście wchodzili do obiektu huk zamykanych drzwi nie pozwalał spać. Po zgłoszeniu problemów dostaliśmy drugi pokój, ale również był głośny i poniżej oczekiwanego standardu. Bardzo cienkie ściany, skrzypiące podłogi i hałas praktycznie uniemożliwiały normalny sen. Dodatkowo problemy z czystością (zakurzona podłoga) i wyposażeniem kuchni, które było bardzo ubogie- patelnia tak zniszczona że razem z posiłkiem zjada się teflon. Obiekt promuje się na premium miejsce jednak zdjęcia mogą być wprowadzające w błąd. Za taką kwotę oczekuje się podstawowych udogodnień a w tym obiekcie po prostu losuje się pokój i zależy jak się trafi. Rezerwujesz pokój 20 m2 a dostajesz dwa razy mniejszy gdzie 2 osoby nie mogą zjeść posiłku. Płaci się za kota w worku, rezerwujesz pokój a dostajesz inny. Recepcja w innym budynku paręset metrów od noclegu= każdy problem wieczorem/w nocy wiąże się z udaniem się na niebezpieczny spacer. Warto dopłacić i wybrać inny obiekt.

Karen (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für London, aber mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Für London Standard eine recht geräumige Zimmer. Die Küche hatte alles, was man für ein Frühstück braucht. In beiden Zimmern fehlten Nachttischlampen, so dass man im Dunkeln aufstehen muss, um den Lichtschalter am Zimmereingang zu suchen. In jenem Zimmer, in welchem sich das Doppelbett befindet hatte es keine einzige Steckdose. Die Dusche war verstopft und ist nicht abgelaufen!

Palazzo storico sprovvisto di ascensore, pareti e finestra poco insonorizzate che non garantivano il silenzio nemmeno di notte. Bagno piccolo e senza aspiratore funzionante. Soltanto un asciugamano per il viso a testa per 5 notti.

Tiszta szép szobák, csendes környéken. minden látványosság könnyedén elérhető, busz és két metro állomás is a közelben. A recepciósok kedvesek, és a felmerülő problémánkat gyorsan orvosolták. Legközelebb is csak itt szállnék meg . Nem volt ilyen.

Lorena (3/5): No volvería - El personal de recepción era amable y nos ayudó. Al llegar estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. La ubicación esta muy bien, tienes buses y metro cerca, hay sitio para dejar las bicis que hay por la ciudad, es un barrio tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. Nos guardaron los equipajes. El dia que llegamos encendimos la calefacción y empezó a gotear el aire acondicionado, avisamos al personal del alojamiento y nos cambiaron de apartamento sin problema, pero nos dijeron que debíamos volver a nuestro apartamento al día siguiente, comentamos si podíamos quedarnos en la nueva habitación y nos dijeron que no ya que les llegaban nuevos clientes al dia siguiente ( las habitaciónes eran iguales), tambien nos dijeron que debíamos abandonar el nuevo apartamento a las 11 h (a la hora del check out) y que no tendríamos nuestro apartamento inicial hasta las 15h ( hora del check in), para nosotras esto significó hacer y deshacer las maletas a diario y dejarlas en el guarda equipaje de recepción que además esta una calle mas abajo de los apartamentos y perder 4 horas de habitación que estaban pagadas ya que debíamos respetar sus horarios, es decir que si queríamos ir a comer al apartamento no podíamos. Cuando llegamos después de que arreglasen las goteras y tras la hora del check in nos encontramos la puerta de nuestro apartamento abierta aguantada con una silla, la habitación sin limpiar y las toallas sin cambiar, le hablamos al personal del alojamiento y la única solucion que nos dio es que el nos traía toallas y sábanas nuevas. Entendemos que es un apartamento y que no hay limpieza diaria pero si vienen a arreglar cosas y nos hacen respetar la hora del check in, interpretamos que van aunque sea a limpiar el suelo o a dejar toallas nuevas, no pedimos que nos hagan la cama pero si unos mínimos. Tambien les pedimos explicaciones sobre la puerta abierta y no nos supo darnos, le comentamos que nos encontramos un plástico en la basura que no era nuestro y el secador enchufado a la corriente cuando nosotras lo habíamos dejado guardado.

mariko (7/5): - フライパンや電子レンジも揃っていたので料理する方に向いていると思います。洗濯機について質問した所、場所について丁寧に教えて頂きました。近所に地下鉄やスーパー、レストランがあるので非常に便利なホテルです。洗濯機に清掃用？のタオルとスポンジがずっと入っていたので、自分の洗濯をする時に一時的にそれを出す必要があります。あとはシャワールーム内に小物を置ける棚が欲しいです。

La nostra habitació era a dalt de tot. Havíem de pujar i baixar 95 escalons! No hi ha ascensor i es fa complicat pujar i baixar l’equipatge.

Sara (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE, UNSAFEST HOTEL EVER - position We had the worst experience ever in this hotel. When we arrived for the check in (around 11.30 at night) we were assigned a room and they gave us the electronic key card. we went to the room they told us and when we entered we found another family sleeping inside already! The unsafest thing ever seen! We where both very lucky because nothing could have stopped the man of the family to punch me in the face when I entered (mind you it was very late, they were sleeping and they had 3 small children), and also the family was very lucky that we weren’t a group of crazy people entering their room. we went back to the reception and they told us it was a system error that assigned both of us the same room and gave us another room to sleep in. The situation we had anyway had put us in a state of anxiety for the night, thinking that someone could have come in our room as well! the next day I sent an email to Annia, the manager of the hotel to explain the situation and to tell her that it was indeed not acceptable at all, and her response was just that she could understand how it was upsetting for us “but we can not base on what could have happened, on our end there was no breach of security”. As if me entering the room of other guests (with them in the room or just their things inside) cannot be considered a brech of security. It’s been many years that I travel and I never had a situation like this, especially dealt like this by the managers. very very disappointing.
sharon (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es excelente. Tiene lo básico para cocinar y la presión de la ducha es buena. La cama y almohadas son incomodisimas. Hay muchísimo ruido,cada vez que alguien abre la puerta del portal retumba la puerta del apartamento y se escucha todo lo que pase en el pasillo.

CAROLINE (8/5): Nous y retournerons, super emplacement! - Très bon appart hôtel, la chambre était grande comme prévue, l'espace cuisine et petite table et chaises confortables. Super emplacement entre 2 arrêts de métro (Bayswater et Queensway) , rue commerçante à proximité, avec Tesco, Sainsbury, et tous les restaurants fast food et autres et boutiques de souvenirs. Hotel situé à côté de Kensington Gardens. La propreté était au rendez-vous et la literie était confortable. Nous pouvions demander le changement des serviettes et vidage des poubelles à notre convenance. 3 Grandes assiettes, 3 petites assiettes, 3 tasses, 3 verres, 3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux , 3 cuillères, 1 grand couteau à cran, 1 casserole, 1 poêle. Calme. Pas d'ascenseur, nous étions au 2ème étage (un peu dur avec les valises!). Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, c'était très sommaire , il n'y avait qu'une casserole et une poêle , même pas une passoir pour égoutter les pates! Un seul chiffon microfibre pour poser la vaisselle et l'essuyer , nous en avons demander un 2eme. 1 seule grande serviette par personne uniquement, pas de petite serviette de fournie ni de serviette pour essuyer les mains.

Mauro (10/5): Viaggio in famiglia - Ottima camera attrezzata con angolo cucina, ideale per una famiglia. Molto gentili alla reception, hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla metro di Bayswater e ai giardini di Kensington e Hyde Park. Davvero una bella scoperta a Londra. Il bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque ben attrezzato.

Douche qui ne s’écoule pas. Le manque de lumière car appartement situé au sous sol (non précisé dans l’annonce) et peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.

sandra (5/5): Bon emplacement mais appartement pas terrible, très bruyant - Emplacement parfait donc un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport mais juste pour la situation géographique. Quartier extrêmement agréable et chic, plutôt proche de tout. Lit confortable Appart pour 5 personnes avec une salle de douche minuscule de 2mX0,80m (dont la douche) avec plafond très bas 1m80 donc si vous faites plus de 1 m 80 vous ne pouvez pas tenir dans la salle d'eau, douche presque impraticable 60x80 avec rebord au sol dangereux et tranchant, porte de douche accordéon très peu pratique, la douchette ne tenait pas, un lave-main minuscule à la place d'un lavabo tellement collé au WC que nos genoux passaient à peine sous le lave main. La chasse d'eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas très bien et seulement une fin de rouleau de papier toilette à dispo. Une toute petite table de 0,60X0,60 pour 4 pas assez grande pour 5, seulement 4 assises pour 5. Plaque à induction mais la seule poêle et la seule casserole étaient incompatibles donc on ne pouvait pas cuisiner, pas assez de couvert ni d'assiette et de bol pour tout le monde (seulement un set de 4 pour 5 personnes) aucun égouttoir ni saladier, ni épluche légume bref le minimum, aucun dessous de plat ni torchon et RIEN pour balayer, un petit réfrigérateur qui congelait les aliments, pas de réels rideaux pour cacher la lumière, très mauvaise isolation thermique (pas de double vitrage) donc pièce froide, très mauvaise isolation phonique, le mur sont tellement fin que l'on entend les voisins marcher et parler, les voitures dehors. Aleksandra (7/5): Pobyt przebiegł w porządku. - Świetna lokalizacja, jako baza wypadowa na dalsze zwiedzanie Londynu. Bez problemu otrzymaliśmy też dodatkową pościel. Łazienka i kuchnia wyposażone w podstawowe przybory. Personel odpowiadał od razu na nasze wiadomości i mogliśmy pozostawić nasz bagaż w bezpiecznym miejscu na czas zwiedzania Londynu pierwszego dnia. Bardzo blisko do sklepów, restauracji czy też parku - co jest bardzo dużym plusem, ponieważ daje możliwość korzystania z jego uroków. Pokój numer 24 znajduje się na samej górze obiektu, więc trzeba wspiąć się po schodach, które są dostać strome, ale rozumiem kwestię tego rodzaju budownictwa. Brakowało trochę ręcznika do rąk w łazience i klimatyzacji zamiast wiatraka lub otwierania okna. Dziwnie też odebraliśmy spad pokoju, ponieważ ewidentnie podłoga nie jest prosta i czuć przechył.

Rick (8/5): Aanrader! - Locatie was fantastisch. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Appartement was goed. Badkamer was aan de krappe kant. De waterdruk tijdens het douchen viel geregeld weg. Misschien omdat we helemaal op de vijfde verdieping zaten. Dat was jammer.

Irene (10/5): Ich empfehle es! - Vielen Dank an das Personal. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Flug, aber das Personal war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls hervorragend, sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Anastasi (6/5): Magica Londra - Centrale, pulito , staff ok , no moquette, wifii ok, , letti comodi , doccia ok, zona tranquilla , vicino alla metro 2 fermate che coprono tutte le attrazioni, e a bayswater via piena di posti per magiare e market . Solo un asciugamano grande a persona per tutto il soggiorno, non e’ hotel ma un aparthotel, quindi non sono previste le pulizie, la reception è in un altro stabile, ma si comunica con whatsapp e non avendo carta igienica in 5 minuti l’hanno portata, bagno piccolo, eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore 70 gradini ma sono edifici d’epoca e belli…comunque lo consiglio siamo stati bene.
