Пътувахме с трите ни кучета и тази тераса буквално ни спаси, защото улиците в този район са тесни и пренатоварени с хора и автомобили (включително камиони) и кучетата се движеха по терасата. Домакините посрещнаха нас и кучетата приветливо. В кухнята нямаше никакви прибори и съдове - има печка, хладилник, кана, но шкафовете са абсолютно празни - нямаше дори чаши. Добре е когато се предлага кухня да има поне най-необходимото.

Дуже приємний персонал У номері люкс заявлена кухня, але то тільки меблі, тому, якщо ви розраховуєте готувати, то майте на увазі, що посуду немає, але поруч купа кафе.

Umiejscowienie w dzielnicy mało turystycznej Tureckiej. Bardzo duży problem z uzyskaniem Poprawnej faktury za nocleg. Pokój pod względem wyposażenia kuchennego to żart. Zniszczona kuchenka brak czajnika sztućców i naczyń oraz garnków kuchennych. Szkoda że w takim fajnym chotelu takie pomyłki właściciela są dopuszczalne.

- Igor (3/5): - Personnel on the reception was mostly willing to help and mostly spoke English or Russian. Hot water in showers =) All the other things, starting with not working elevator, dirty and not comfortable rooms, small "details" like the lack of soap to wash hands in the wc (so needed to use the shower gel instead). We first moved to the family suit at the very top of the building, it was quite large, but extremally poorly managed and dirty (the walls were in a kind of smudges in many places, furniture was dirty and with cigarette butt holes, it was impossible to close windows tightly enough, dust everywhere like no one lived there for a long time and in one of the bedrooms there was an air conditioner without front blinds so that it was possible to see all the dirt and mold inside, that must be accumulated there for years). Also there was a direct access to the elevator motor from this appartment, but it was not noisy, so no problem, since the elevator was not working. The terrace at the roof top was good, but no furniture (no table and anything you could sit on) drinking Turkish tea is possible only in a standing position while putting the tea cup on a chimney instead of a table. I asked for a room change and the guy on the reception helped me with no problem, however I then bitterly regret asking for that change.... Room 108 - never accept this option. You will not be able to sleep there because it is extremely hot (there are some hot water pipelines under the floor) and i don't know what that was, but something was repeatedly knocking at the ceiling level in the bedroom and drives crazy all night, it is impossible to sleep at all. So initially I bought 3 nights in this place but managed to hold only two, then we just jumped in the car and get back home on Sunday evening instead of Monday morning.

I was fooled by the ratings on online bookings. the rating is high, maybe, they asked buzzers to say good things about this hotel. Overall our stay was terribly poor. During my period of stay which was 3 nights, the elevator was not working 3 times. the worst part was when my director was trapped in the elevator. When there was a problem, the staff can only say, relax, 5 minutes, 5 minutes... They mostly only speak their language, btw.

- Edin (2/5): - Good location and it has parking We asked for early check in we traveled by car and arrived earlier i asked in the phone for early check in they said they are fully booked when we arrived they said we can pay 40euros plus to get the room early the room didn’t have electricity so they changed us to another that didn’t have hot water , the reception guy didn’t speak english, later they said that the room was only for the early check in later we needed to change and we got our stuff to move into another room than they said that they made a mistake and told us that we need to go back to another room the whole stay was a mess

- Şeyma Nur (1/5): Vasat. - Bu otelde geçen yaz konaklamıştım ve çok memnun kaldığım için bu yıl eşimle tekrar gelmeye karar verdik. Ancak bu sefer tam bir fiyasko yaşadık. 9 gece için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen son geceye kadar dayanamadık ve 8. gecede çıkış yaptık. Temizlik tam anlamıyla rezaletti. 8 gece boyunca sadece 2 kez oda temizliği yapıldı. Normalde iki günde bir temizlik yapılması gerekirken 4 gün boyunca kimse gelmedi. Defalarca resepsiyona bildirdik ama “temizlikçiler hastaydı, yetişemediler” bahanesiyle geçiştirildik. Çıkış yaparken 3 temizlik görevlisinin çalıştığını görünce bu bahanenin doğru olmadığını da anlamış olduk. Odaya girdiğimizde kirli çarşaflar, kullanılmış havlular aynen duruyordu. Durumu telafi etmek için odaya bir “meyve tabağı” bırakmışlar ama içinde yarım muz ve çürümüş üzüm vardı — açıkçası bu daha da sinir bozucuydu. Tuvalet kâğıdı bile verilmedi, marketten kendimiz almak zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki personele yaşadıklarımızı anlattık, ama umursamaz bir tavırla dinlediler. Hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı, hiçbir özür dilenmedi. Geçen yıl gerçekten keyifli bir konaklama deneyimimiz olmuştu ama bu yıl otel tamamen değişmiş, hizmet kalitesi sıfıra inmiş. Paranıza ve zamanınıza yazık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Had to leave after 4 nights because of being asthmatic and feared I had to walk up five flight of stairs . Joined my friend and lost 4 nights of payment . Didn’t even question the reception .

- Francois (4/5): Sleepless nights - The room was not very clean when we arrived. The bed frame was just raw wood, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The pillow was oversized and so hard that we couldn’t sleep properly for three nights. To make things worse, there was construction right next to the hotel, running from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m., which made it nearly impossible to rest. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and the kitchen was kept clean.

- Ninawa (1/5): Horrible experience - Nice staff I booked a room for 16 nights and couldn't tolerate the place for more than 1 night, so i checked out the following day. The place wasn't clean. Dirty shower. Many technical issues with the TV. The bed frame had a poor structure and was covered with stains. The kitchen was not equipped at all. The shelves were empty, and i couldn't even find a single cup or a piece of cutlery to use. There was a bad smell in the building. The staff were nice, tho. However, I wouldn't recommend this place.

- Mohammed (7/5): Good stay in general - Clean rooms, Staff are helpful. The hotel lobby , elevators are not air conditioned. It’s so warm to walk or set in the lobby. The management tries to decrease the electricity bill by not cooling these facilities during the summer but that’s not helpful ! Water in showers not having heated water. In early morning we couldn’t have a warm water to shower it was only cold

Otopark dedikleri binanın yakında peşpeşe çekilecek 4 araçlık anahtar bırakmak zorunda olduğunuz yer. Asansör yangın merdiveni boşluğuna gömüştürülmüş. Kesinlikle yönetmeliğe uygun değil. Koridorlarda gece 3 te bağırarak kedisini arayan misafir portföyü var.

- Ali (10/5): Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay - We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything matched the description perfectly, and there were no unpleasant surprises. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt very comfortable in our room. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they do.

- Tundi (8/5): - The staff at this hotel is outstanding, very friendly and helpful, and polite. The room was OK, tucked between two other rooms. I did not like the location. 45 minutes from the airport without traffic and lots of construction and dirt in the area. Not an esthetically pleasing site.

The room was clean, but it reeked of smoke from smoking. To be fair, in my confirmation, it does say: "Smoking preference Smoking room", however, this was not evident anywhere when booking the room. On the contrary, on the main page of the listing, it reads: "Most popular facilities .... Non-smoking rooms ....", and then only if one opens the description of each room, one would read for a "Suite" "Smoking: Smoking permitted". In any case, the fact that smoking is permitted in the room does not mean that it has to reek of smoke when used by the next (potentially non-smoking) visitor, me. Anyway, that one may have been on me, but it would make sense to make it more obvious if a room is non-smoking or smoking. Moreover, when I checked out, I tried to have the receptionist print a receipt with my full business details so that I could get reimbursed by my company. More than one-and-a-half hour later and after employing the help of two local (native Turkish) friends, this still proved impossible. They told me they will email me the receipt or send it by Whatsapp (they had sent the original receipt lacking the correct details on Whatsapp when I was checking out); needless to say, this never happened.
