• Angharad (9/5): The appartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. - Convenient location, Comfortable beds and pillows. Good shower, Lots of hot water with good pressure, Very close to train station. Can be very noisy, not a problem for two of us but the third member of our party really struggled and we had to swop bedrooms after the first night. Lack of toilet roll, two small rolls of thin paper for three people was not enough for 4 days. Even though they knew 3 of us were arriving they only put two glasses out for the wine and we had to wash a glass from the cupboard before it could be used. Could do with more and better quality hangers in the wardrobe. We had to dispose of our own rubbish at the end of the stay! We received a message to say there were instructions in the book about where they wanted us to put it outside but there wasn’t. So we put it in a public bin which didn’t seem right to us.

• Karen (8/5): It was comfortable and adequate for our 4 night stay - The location was great, near train station and not far to walk to see sights and grocery store nearby. Good to have full sized fridge with freezer and kitchen. Shower worked well with lots of hot water, and heated drying rack in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. It is noisy with lots of tourists going to and from train station nearby, but keeping shutters closed helps at night. It was difficult to find initially as Google maps took us to incorrect street, and there is no signage. Also, there was smell from drain pipes in bathroom after using shower.

• Paulo (5/5): Ar condicionado muito ruidoso. - Da localização e profissionalismo dos anfitriões. Apartamento muito ruidoso e nada confortável: Para além do barulho proveniente da rua (normal, junto a uma praça muito movimentada, mas agravado pelo deficiente isolamento sonoro), o principal foi os muitos ruídos do ar condicionado da sala (aparelho antigo), que para manter o apartamento quente, tinha de estar ligado... Acresce a luz que entra pelas janelas à noite, pois não tem uma simples cortina blackout, estores, e as persianas não fecham totalmente. Bastava uma cortina de rolo blackout interior para resolver o problema… As camas, principalmente o sofá-cama da sala, também não ajudam, pois não são confortáveis.

• guang (6/5): A great stay, I would recommend it to friends. - The location is excellent, very close to the train station and not far from other attractions, making it very convenient. The navigation app can't find the exact location, and the photos sent by customer service are unclear because the shops downstairs have changed their storefronts. It would be perfect if they could update them.

• Antonino (8/5): - Ottima posizione. Comoda per raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse e vicinissima alla stazione di S. M. Novella e alla tramvia T2. Facile da raggiungere. Situata al primo piano purtroppo la stanza che da sulla piazza è un pó rumorosa. Chiederei maggiore attenzione nella pulizia. Armadio e letto particolarmente rovinati. Basterebbe poco per renderlo ottimo.

• Andrew (9/5): Secret Florence getaway - Very well located and very comfortable, this apartment has everything we needed for our trip to Florence. Slept 3 adults comfortably, has a washing machine, clothes line and dryer. Good bathroom, small kitchen but has plates and cutlery that you can utilise if you choose to eat in. Great communication with the hosts, highly recommend. Nothing to dislike

• Jimmy (9/5): Superb - Very short distance from SMN train station. Apartment was clean but it can be a bit noisy due to the many people coming/going from the train. It didn’t bother us when sleeping as you can close the door to block out the noise. Apartment did have washing machine which we used. Can’t run the washing machine and the a/c together. Tripped the circuit breaker a couple of times. before figuring that out. Easy enough to reset it back on in the hallway.
• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - We were supposed to stay at this property for 4 nights. The first night of our stay went well except that the Wi-Fi was not working. On the second night of our stay, we returned to our belongings thrown about the floor of the apartment. Someone had broken in and gone through all of our things stealing money, jewelry and even makeup. You need 2 codes to get into the apartment and the door was not broken into. We believe it may have been staff who took our things as it doesn’t make sense how someone got into the apartment if the codes are changed and the door had not been damaged. We immediately called the apartment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, nor did she even seem concerned that the apartment had been broken into. They also would not give me a phone number to contact outside of operating hours in case we needed to get ahold of them. My group felt very unsafe after this and did not stay at the property for the remainder of the stay. The next day I talked to another staff member who was kind and apologized. We did get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay but they were not very communicative and I had to call every day to talk to them about it as they never replied to my email.

• Stephanie (9/5): Nice apartment in great location - The apartment was located in an extremely convenient area. We were able to walk to so many locations and sites. we really enjoyed our stay!
• Cassar (9/5): An overall excellent place to stay in, whilst staying in Florence! - The location is perfect - extremely close to the train station - and within walking distance of all major attractions of Florence. The property had all the necessary facilities - a small but highly functional kitchen, laundry room, large bedroom and good size bathroom. Ample power sockets to charge today's necessary electronic gadgets needed whilst travelling. Nothing much except I would have preferred a firmer bed - but that is simply a personal preference.
