- Sonja (10/5): - Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, bequemes kleines feines Zimmer mit Tisch und Sessel und einer ausklappbaren Sitzgelegenheit.Alles immer sehr sauber gehalten, Reinigung funktionierte Top! Koffer kann man sehr praktisch unter dem Bett verstauen. Lage ist ideal, man ist schnell bei der Yamanote oder Asakusa Line.Monorailstation zum Flughafen HN oder mit der Asakusa Line sind gut zu erreichen. Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auf Englisch. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, vor allem mit japanischen Gerichten, wo man sich einfach schon ein bisschen mit japanischen Speisen ein bisschen vertraut machen kann. Goodies für geschundene Füsse und nach anstrengenden Sightseeing Touren,wie bath Powder, face und Hair mask, jederzeit Tee oder Kaffee konnte man in der Lobby entnehmen. Wir waren im 13.Stockwerk mit guter Aussicht auf die Skyscraper, konnten seitlich sogar einen Blick auf den Tokyo Tower erhaschen beim öffnen des Fensters. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Etwas was nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat, Großstadt kann lt.sein.

Twin room comfortable for two people. Close enough to subway and Train station but far enough away that it’s super quiet Washer and dryer combined and dryer took forever. No real issue though, just hung clothing in bathroom. Bathtub very high sides so if you have mobility issues enquire first.

Кайсеки - традиционный ужин и завтрак может быть непривычным . Особенно завтрак, возможно, детям вообще не понравится. Но это часть культуры, и познакомиться с ней обязательно надо.

- Jodee (9/5): Worth returning to. - The room was clean, comfortable, and efficiently laid out. The breakfast was yummy and all the allergens were listed on signs labeling each dish. That was really helpful to me as I have Celiac disease and shellfish allergies. The beds were really comfortable and each bed had a firm and a soft pillow. The employees were pleasant and helpful. And it was close to a train station, so we could get anywhere easily. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. No complaints. A very pleasant stay.

Being able to wash clothes was an added bonus We had adjoining rooms, one room had a double bed and the other two twin beds. The room with the double bed was smaller with the bed against the wall meaning our kids had much more space, the twin beds were only slightly smaller than the double. There was also only one chair meaning that only one person could sit.

Die JR-Station mit Zugang zur Yamanote-Line und der Monorail Bahn (Expressverbindung zu Haneda Airport) in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Tokyo Tower fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

- yahan (5/5): - 交通位置方便 太貴，訂2間，原本訂的時候寫雙人房，住客有1人可以填我有先填主要的人，入住前飯店有傳訊息希望要先知道住客實際護照姓名，就有提供1間房2個姓名給他們，他們也有回覆說收到。後來到現場竟然說這是一人的房間另一個人要加錢，一個晚上加5000日幣，我們訂了3晚，總共2間房間，所以除了booking上面已刷的金額，現場又再付3萬日幣才順利入住，台幣等於一個晚上一間5000初，真的很貴，如果知道這麼貴肯定附近有其他更好的選擇，也有問櫃檯人員（會講中文），為什麼提供住客姓名的時候沒有友善告知這是一人的房間另一位會有衍生的費用，他只是回覆說飯店自己有備注這個訂單入住人數有各多一位，沒有正面回覆我為什麼沒有回覆給我這個資訊。對這次訂房經驗感到失望。

- Maris (7/5): Good value for money for Tokyo standards, very nice neighbourhood - The neighbourhood is very nice - not overly touristic, but lively, and the hotel is conveniently situated for Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations. Staff was helpful and polite, the room was decently sized. Plenty of small eateries and shops just a block away. Breakfast was poor and repetitive, elevators were really slow - it was the only place in Japan where you had to wait long for one, always, and no stairs were available. Common parts were also a bit rundown - the toilets near the reception were horrible for example, with someone having puked in the sink and everything messy.

- Steven (7/5): Fair Overall experience - The location, close to two subway stations and airport monorail was ideal. Most of the staff were friendly and hepful. The view from the 11th floor window was nice. The entry foyer and lounge was tiny, minimalist and not very welcoming. When I went to get a coffee at 9.50 am I found a sign saying breakast was closed when the official breakfast time was 7.00-10.00. Additionally, the coffee machine was already shut down for cleaning. The next day, at about 9 am there was a sign on the machine saying it had to be cleaned. The attendant, when he returned, couldn't get it to start. Finally, the lift was very slow and inefficent and was constantly infiltrated by cleaners entering and exiting their storerooms!

- James (8/5): A comfortable stay in a convenient location in Minato City, Tokyo - The location was just right for us, in a quiet street just 10 minutes from Hamamatsucho station (monorail to/from Tokyo-Haneda airport) and 5 minutes from Daimon station, with a direct line to Shinjuku station. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel has a coin laundry on the second floor with three washers/dryers, and we could monitor the use and availability of the machines on our room TV! Breakfast was served in the basement lounge, with Japanese and Western options -- but no outside food or drinks are permitted during the breakfast period. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave bags there for a couple of nights when we went on an excursion to the mountains. This is part of a chain of Sotetsu Fresa Inns, and there are others nearby -- so be sure to look for the Sotetsu Fresa Daimon. N/A

- James (8/5): Good comfortable location in Minato City. - The location was great for our needs — less than 10 minutes walk to Hamamatsucho station, with a direct monorail connection to Haneda airport, and just 5 minutes walk to Damion station, with a direct line to Shinjuku station. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area, and the hotel is on a quiet street. Great for travelers, with a laundromat, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. Amenities are limited. The only food service is breakfast.

- Bartlomiej (10/5): - Perfect location - almost in the city centre and there was plenty of metro stations nearby. Clean and comfortable room, breakfast was great as well. Personel very helpful and nice - there is no issue to leave your luggage there prior/after check-in/out. Highly recommend for your stay in Tokyo.

- Daniela (10/5): - My friend and I loved this hotel. The room we stayed in is quite big which is very hard to find in Tokyo, and it had two beds which was another rare find. The beds were also spacious and super comfortable which is what we needed after walking all day. Plus, the hotel offers a ton of amenities you can take with you to your room like tea, coffee, sunscreen, facial wash, hair ties, pyjamas, etc. Staff is really nice and helpful as well. Another plus is the location. The hotel is right next to the Daimon station and less than a ten minute walk to Hanamatsuchuo JR Station which is super handy if you are flying to and from Haneda as you can take the airpot monorail to and from that station. All in all, we were really happy to stay here.
