• Samuel (2/5): Mala experiencia. - Cuando fui, no tenían servicio de luz, asi que no servia el aire acondicionado. Me tube que salir toda la tarde y cuando llegue no habia luz asta el otro dia asi que pase una mala noche con mi pareja. No vuelvo a regresar ahi.

• Omar (2/5): Malísima experiencia - La habitación muy descuidada, sin seguros en las ventanas o accesos, malas caras y poca cortesía del personal, sin agua caliente, poca higiene, aunque ya había pagado por mi estancia aunque quise cancelar no me dieron opciones así que preferí perder el dinero que la paz de mi familia y me mudé el mismo día a otro lugar

Et un employé au travail bureau avant aucun sourire aucune façon air bête... Je vais demander un dédommagement de pour les inconvénients vécu

Habitaciones detestables, el baño no tenía ventana, no se cómo hoteles.com se permite ofrecer estos establecimientos, cero limpieza en la habitación, a la entrada el cuarto estaba sucio con cucarachas hormigas

• Paul (2/5): Words do not describe! - Our stay was scheduled for 2 nights but lasted approx 45min. Hopeing hotels.com will make It right with a full refund. Walked into the room grabbed the A/C remote to turn on some air and it was covered in ants. Then I noticed ants on the shelf the remote was on and they were scattering. Then I Inspected the room and noticed there were no pillows and ants crawling on the bed. Walked into the bathroom and it appeared like the toilet hadn’t been flushed from someone previously, attempted to flush it and the toilet was broken. I went back down to the lobby to tell the desk worker about the issues and request a refund, he said I needed to reach out to Expedia. Then I reached out to hotels.com on the online chat because my phone does not work internationally, about the issue and they attempted to contact the property which had no luck even though the receptionist was laying on the couch in the lobby. As I stood in the room(because was to grossed out, to touch anything, by the amount of ants everywhere). Needless to say they just credited me $25 of one cash (or what ever it’s called) for the nights and I was on my own to find a room for the night. Keep in mind this is now 1am in downtown Cancun.

• Flor Maria (2/5): - Me habéis estafado, he pagado 8 días de hotel para estar tres minutos en el, el tiempo de grabar un vídeo y irme, partida de estafadores, diez minutos de la playa y está a una hora y media en coche, sucio, nada higiénico el lugar, aire acondicionado y wifi no funciona, techos llenos de hongos, cerradura rota y puerta que no se puede cerrar, el barrio da miedo, no hay mesa de billar, y el sitio en vez de estrellas por las paredes tiene pegado chicles masticados, en las paredes, jamas pensé que Expedia me engañara así, siempre he teñido buenas experiencias con vosotros, pero está a sido horrible, el dinero que llevaba para gastar en Cancún lo he tenido que coger para pagar otro alojamiento, me habéis amargado las vacaciones, os pienso denunciar

The only counter in the room was extremely dirty and almost falling off the wall. There were cracks on the floors and the sink had broken tiles. The only window in the bathroom was broken. There was a lot of graffiti outside of the hotel as well as garbage everywhere. The only good thing I can say that is that guy at the reception was super nice and friendly.

• Margarita (2/5): - This was the worst experience I ever had. The hotel was closed when we arrived. We have to wait about 30 minutes outside the door and the neighborhood is not one of the safest. There was ants on the bed so we couldn't even sleep on the bed. The bed sheets were dirty and there was no blankets at all. We try to use the shower and a centipede came out of the drain. We didn't use it anymore since we were afraid more bugs would come out of it. The walls were all dirty and what looked like blood stains. There was blood in one of the garbage can as well. The door did not close properly. Etc. We couldn't even sleep at all. The only reason we didn't leave was because i couldn't get another hotel room right away but we did leave in the morning. Horrible experience!!!!
• alicia (2/5): - This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Firstly, the place looked nothing like the advertisement. The cover picture for this place was a beach view, instead I got a brick wall as a view, and was about 5 miles from the coast. The walls and curtains were all stained, as were the sheets, I assume from the previous guest There were insects everywhere. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and one was broken The area felt very sketchy/unsafe The air conditioning barely worked There was no toilet seat or paper The shower and taps were unclean and mould There were numerous tiles missing in the bathroom The door to the room was not secure And finally one of the staff was incredibly sexually inappropriate with me (a 31yo women travelling alone) I stayed here for around 3 hours, which was spent looking for a nicer hotel in a safer area Do not believe the adverts. This place is straight out of nightmares and frankly Expedia should be checking these places before promoting them

The toilet was located 4” from the opposite wall, meaning you had to straddle it to use it, not sit. Internet didn’t work also. Checked in and left as soon as I’d found another place to stay.

First day I arrived he took me to a room that just had two broke down twin beds it smelled like it was wet and you cod smell milder really strong. I fussed about not going in there. Second room had a full size bed the covers were dirty pillow cases were dirty the sink had so much stuff down in the drain. The toilet was dirty on the inside. The shower curtain was raggedy and disgusting an yellow at the bottom didn’t even have enough shower curtain hooks. The towels had stains on them. I was so scared to lay on the bed because it looked so dirty. So I took my Mickey Mouse throw an laid it on top of the towels that I laid on top ofthe covers they had on the bed!! Put it like this they need to be shut down or taken off the list of hotel to stay at. It was so much false advertisement those rooms and hotel need to be renovated. Also I had to walk up 3 flights of steps with heavy luggage. The hotel smells wet and mildewed. An I have pictures that I took when I opened the door an an saw the mess!! Oh an one more thing I took my Lysol wipes and cleaned the shower floor it was sickening an so disgusting!! An it was in an area that the Taxi’s didn’t know about. An the outside looks nothing like the pictures on their site an nor does the rooms on their website!!
