Aleksandr (8/5): Very nice place - Super friendly staff, helpful and nice. The location is very central and vibrant. The place is close to everything in the city: opera, Republic square, the Escalade, bars and restaurants, etc. Our room was relatively spacious and very clean. Little amenities make real difference. Great place. The composition of the entire hotel is confusing. There’s a separate wing with a small swimming pool but not straightforwardly accessed. It was also not as easy to pay, although we eventually figured out a way.
Matthew (5/5): Very basic accomodation but probably value for money. - Very pleasant and responsive staff. The location was good and I got what I paid for. All the rooms were on the ground level, it as very noisy and the maid service very poor. The air con didn't work and was never repaired even after I asked it to be.

Francesca Lain (8/5): - Hotel in ottima posizione a Yerevan, vicino ai principali punti di interesse e a numerosi locali e ristoranti. Staff davvero gentile e disponibile, mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Asciugamani morbidissimi, camera pulita e piscina presente. Purtroppo le camere sono molto esposte ai rumori, e chi ci ha causato una notte quasi insonne a causa di vicini poco rispettosi. Ovviamente non é colpa dell'hotel ma, se avete il sonno leggero, é una cosa da considerare.

Marina (9/5): - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Была 1 ночь с 24 на 25 февраля 2026. Шикарное местоположение,от Оперы 3 минуты пешком. сама улица Пушкина приятная. Доброжелательный персонал. В номере есть все: чайник,чашки. Бесплатная вода,чай и кофе. Было тихо и очень тепло. В ванной комнате приятная косметика:шампунь,гель для душа и кондиционер. Очень приятные халаты, также есть тапочки. Немного подтекал душ и был слабый запах сырости в самой ванной комнате. Номер 102( возможно уже устранили). Однозначно вернусь сюда еще.

Olga (10/5): Exceptional stay and heartwarming service! - I booked this hotel for my parents, and they had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — surrounded by many great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Special thanks to the reception team, Areg and Karen. They were incredibly polite and attentive. They even sent me a WhatsApp message as soon as my parents checked in to let me know everything was fine. Such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Anastasiya (8/5): Цена-качество устроило, для 1-2 ночей, я думаю удачный вариант, кому надо остановиться в центре Еревана😊 - Месторасположение, доброжелательность сотрудников, готовых всегда прийти на помощь, чистота в номере, наличие халатов, тапочек, белье белое, хорошего качества, наличие чайника,холодильника Очень маленький номер. Кровать ужасно скрипит и шатается. Очень жарко и душно, открыли окно, но оно выходит в коридор, поэтому это особо не помогло, закрыли покрывалом батарею, но все равно невозможно было спать.

Shorena (1/5): Ужасное отношение к клиентам, ужасный сервис - В номере были мокрые кровати, на которых невозможно было лежать. Когда сказали персоналу, ответили, ну бывает что сделать. Пытались высушить белье утюгом. Сушильная машина не работала, и со вчерашнего дня белье лежало мокрым. Так нам сказали уборщицы, которые первый день там работают и говорили что это не их обязанность этим заниматься. В итоге ничего не высохло и пришлось открывать окна, чтобы от жары чуть подсохло. Пришлось полдня гулять по городу, чтобы это белье высохло. Мы хотели отдохнуть, потому что рано прилетели. Не давали связаться с администратором или управляющим, на ресепшене была молодая девушка, с которой ничего нельзя было потребовать. На следующий день на ресепшене был администратор мужчина, которому мы высказали свое недовольство и попросили как-то компенсировать, в ответ мы получили только ухмылки. В итоге ничего не решил, нам нужно было выезжать срочно и некогда было разбираться. Отель не рекомендую.

Все сотрудники предельно вежливые, внимательные, заботливые, это большая редкость! Спасибо им! В следующий приезд в Ереван обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз!

Le parking gratuit disponible sur place en plein centre ville est la cerise sur la gâteau. L'hôtel est idéalement situé puisque à proximité de tout à pied (attractions touristiques, restaurants, magasins, supermarchés, ....) dans le quartier le plus branché d'Erevan.

Дарья (10/5): - Отель находится очень близко к центру Еревана, от аэропорта ехать примерно 20-25 минут, номер был чистым, каждый день меняли полотенца, приносили воду, очень любезные ребята на ресепшене, парень(к сожалению не знаем его имени), предложил помощь с заказом еды, так как мы приехали поздно ночью и не знали работает ли доставка в такое время, утром посоветовал заведение где можно вкусно позавтракать, также когда понадобилась ваза для цветов, нам без проблем ее дали, за что огромное спасибо, также в день выселения была очень приятная девушка на ресепшене, мы смогли оставить свои чемоданы и пойти погулять так как самолет был позже, спасибо большое всем работникам отеля, вы прекрасные ❤️❤️❤️

raffaella (7/5): - posizione camere al primo piano molto rumorose. dimensioni della camera molto piccole, scarsa manutenzione del bagno. ho avuto problemi perché non funzionavano i pagamenti elettronici e nel tentativo di pagare hanno addebitato due volte il costo della stanza. lo staff al desk si alternava ogni giorno ed essendo il weekend la persona che gestisce non era presente. nessuno mi ha dato supporto e ho dovuto aprire una contestazione da sola con la banca. pur essendo sin da subito a conoscenza della questione l'albergo mi ha contattato solo quando è arrivata loro la contestazione per l'addebito e ho dovuto spiegare di nuovo tutto. mi aspetto una maggiore assistenza da un albergo a 5 stelle.
