Petite supérette à proximité. Excellent accueil de Gennaro, toujours disponible, à l'écoute et soucieux pour ses hôtes, ce qui a rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable, il nous a même conseillé de bonnes adresses pour manger Possibilité de laisser les valises dans un lieu sur après avoir quitté le logement. Petit déjeuner à prendre dans un café juste en bas de l'immeuble, simple et bon Je le recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour. Et encore un grand merci à Gennaro ! L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale,

Jan (6/5): Spíš nic, než moc - Lokalita u metra, Mirka (hospodyně) byla moc milá :) Extrémně pofidérní kvalita provedení, všechno bylo slyšet. Dnes nás v 6 ráno vzbudil hluk přede dveřmi. Velmi malá postel pro 2 lidi.

Janne (8/5): Etter utallige eposter og bytte av rom var resten av opoholdet vrkdig bra. - Sentral beliggenhet og hjelpsomt personale da vi kjente sterk kloakklukt i bad og soverom. Etter å ha kontaktet booking fikk vi nytt, mindre rom og refundert prisdifferanse mellom leilighet og rom da vi etterlyste det. Merkelig ‘resepsjon’/inngangsparti og treg heis. Og ‘frokosten’ nødvendiggjorde å gå ut og til nærliggende cafe med lang kø for å få en kaffekopp samt en liten kake. Mao ingen vanlig frokost.

Γιαννούλη (10/5): Ήταν υπέροχο το δωμάτιο! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! - Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο Vesuvio, ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλυτερο. Ηταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό,καινουριο, με φανταστική θέα.. είχε εξοπλισμό για να μείνει κάποιος άνετα αρκετές μέρες.. Πρεπει σίγουρα να αναφερθεί η ασφάλεια που νιώθαμε στο κτίριο που βρίσκεται το δωμάτιο, όπου υπήρχε και θυρωρός, επισης, είχαμε κλειδί για να μπούμε στη στοά όπου βρίσκεται η είσοδος το κτιριου. Όλα όμορφα προσεγμένα καθαρά και φωτεινα..Βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε όλα με τα πόδια ή με συγκοινωνια. Όσον αφορά το πρωινό, παρείχε κουπόνι για καφέ και ένα γλυκό ή αλμυρό σνακ σε καφέ δίπλα ακριβώς, το οποίο ήταν μια χαρά.. και ακριβώς από κάτω είχε μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ για να ψωνίσεις οτιδήποτε θέλεις ώστε να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου στο δωμάτιο.. ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικός σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε.. Συνιστούμε να μείνετε στο δωμάτιο, θα μείνετε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Δεν έχουμε να αναφέρουμε τίποτα αρνητικό.. Η Νάπολη πολύ όμορφη, αλλά δυστυχώς η κουλτούρα που έχουν σχετικά με τη καθαριότητα στην πόλη είναι απογοητευτική. Κρίμα να επισκιάζουν τα σκουπίδια την ομορφιά της πόλης..

Viktória (10/5): - Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a szállással. Kiváló volt az elhelyezkedése, közel volt mindenhez, látnivalók, szolgáltatás, kikötő. A szállás nagyon tiszta, új, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, a két erkélyről fantasztikus kilátás nyílt a tengerre és a városra! Külön élmény volt ott kávézni, miközben élveztük a gyönyörű panorámát. Csomagmegőrzésre is volt lehetőség, ami nagyon megkönnyítette az utolsó napunkat, mert késő este indult csak a gépünk. A reggelit pedig a közeli kávézóban fogyaszthattuk el. Bármilyen kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt, Gennaro azonnal reagált, és mindenben nagyon segítőkész volt. Szívesen visszatérnénk máskor is.🩵

Alfred (10/5): Great stay with a personal touch - Dept is in great condition, and was sparkling clean. The size of the place was excellent and you don’t feel cramped at all. We were met by Gennaro who was very quick to respond to any questions, very friendly and helpful. There is also a taxi stand about 20 yards from the building.

Yovana (8/5): Céntrico y tranquilo. Buena opción - Lo mejor la localización. Perfecto para ir andando al centro histórico, barrio español y muy cerca del metro de vía Toledo. El anfitrión se pone en contacto inmediatamente contigo por si necesitas algo. Las instrucciones para entrar a la habitación el día de llegada son como un scape room, pero es más sencillo de lo que parece. También te dejan ficha para utilizar el ascensor y no hay que pagar como había leído en algunos comentarios El frigorífico es muy ruidoso, tanto que el primer día pensamos que era alguna máquina en el exterior. Afortunadamente hay un interruptor para poder apagarlo por la noche. El desayuno mejorable, es en una cafetería cercana y consiste en café o zumo y una pieza de bollería. En los 4 días que estuvimos no nos hicieron la habitación, no sé si hay que solicitarlo.

Stanislav (10/5): - Ubytování jsme rezervovali na poslední chvíli. I když to byl večer, Během 5 min po potvrzeni rezervace se s námi spojil hostitel a vysvětlil všechny detaily. Na místě nám vše ukázal a vysvětlil. Výhodou ubytování je možnost parkování přímo v podzemních garážích, i když za dost vysoký poplatek. Snídani jsme měli v ceně hned za rohem v autentické italské kavárně. Obzvlášť musíme ocenit a pochválit uklid. Určitě se sem znovu vrátíme. Neni co.

Jelena (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο παρόλα αυτά ο συγκεκριμένος δρόμος είναι πεζόδρομος και η γειτονία είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχη. Η πολυκατοικία είναι πολύ προσεγμένη και πεντακάθαρη, όλοι διάδρομοι μυρίζουν καθαριότητα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, κομψό και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα προϊόντα και συσκευές που μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί στις διακοπές του. Και στο τέλος, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και προσφέρθηκε να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν στις διακοπές μας! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nos explicaron perfectamente el uso de todo el equipamiento del departamento y nos brindaron información de lugares para conocer como recomendaciones para comer. Si bien estuvimos cómodos, el espacio es algo limitado para estadías largas.

LAURA (10/5): Perfecto para disfrutar de Nápoles - Apartamento perfecto para disfrutar de Nápoles y alrededores. Dueño muy servicial que te ayuda en todo momento. Nous pensions nous retrouver dans un hôtel de haut standing nous avons trouvé quelque chose d'assez différents : - Nombreux problèmes dans le logement (équipement qui casse / ne tiennent pas). Voir photo - Petit déjeuner qui n'en est pas vraiment un - Problèmes divers (électricité / autres) En résumé, les photos et le prix laissaient à penser à quelque chose de beaucoup plus qualitatif. Il s'agit avant tout d'une simple chambre remise à neuf (en surface). Au vu des prix pratiquées sur la période (+ de 200euros la nuit), un vrai sentiment d'avoir été roulé.

SILVIA B. 91 (10/5): Weekend lungo di gennaio - Posizione perfetta per visitare Napoli: in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in via Toledo o alla Galleria Umberto I, evitando però il caos del centro. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e la proprietaria ci ha gentilmente inviato dei suggerimenti relativi ai ristoranti consigliati nelle immediate vicinanze (molto utile!). Appartamento pulito, comodo e con un'ottima vista sul mare e Castel Nuovo. Consigliatissimo!! Rivedrei alcuni piccoli dettagli nell'appartamento.
