Awesome breakfast box and two glasses of Prosecco to drink on their lovely terrace. Pillows very flat. Noisy doors so you easily hear people moving in other rooms and floors.

• Ingolfur (9/5): Few days exploring Rome. This hotel is good as a base, walking distance to train station and Centro Storico - Good location in a nice, busy street. The room very well noice isolated, very quiet. Aircon quiet but worked well, nice and cool if you want. Quite a large room that we felt was nicely decorated, clean and inviting. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. WiFi good. Bathroom nice with a big shower, not a narrow bathtub. All the staff really accommodating, and Sebastian in the reception when we came was super friendly and carried all our luggage up the steps to the hotel. We felt very welcome. The rooftop terrace is nice with beautiful view. Lastly, I like that the hotel communicates through WhatsApp and with a personal touch. No special dislikes

• Alex (10/5): 10/10 would stay there again. Sebastian was great! - We were made to feel at home from the minute we walked in by Sebastian, answered all our questions and went above and beyond. Sat with us and mapped out all the good spots in Rome to visit and eat, nothing was too much for him. Organised a taxi back to the airport which was nice of him too. The roof top terrace was unbelievable! What a view. And also thank you to the staff for organising a special room for our anniversary it was great. 10/10. The breakfast box was ok, but nothing special but still a nice touch. We wanted to have breakfast out in the city anyway so it’s not really a negative.

Sophie has got a great hire in him and thanks Sebastian for all the help. We loved how Sophie checks in regularly and that creates a personalised experience. Will certainly book it again.
• Janine (8/5): Great! - Very central, close to Roma Termini. Well appointed rooms, very clean and had everything we needed. Marco on reception was super helpful with recommendations of where to eat and we appreciated the welcome glass of Prosecco to take to the roof terrace. Would not hesitate booking here again. There’s no restaurant at the hotel but a nice rooftop restaurant at the hotel Diana which shares the building with the Sophie Terrace and is accessible using the same lifts. Perfect if you are too tired to venture further afield

• BC Miller (10/5): It was a delightful stay, and I will definitely book this hotel again. - The location is very close to Roma Terminal and within walking distance of many sites and several grocery stores. The front desk staff wins every award for being friendly, professional, and helpful. Marco and the General Manager are exceptionally professional. When they said, "this is your home, make yourself comfortable," I knew I chose the right hotel. Quite frankly, I had stayed at another hotel just across the street for an extended period when I first arrived in Rome, but this will be my choice for future visits. I also appreciate help finding my BBC news! I was not impressed with the breakfast box of pastries and rolls. I prefer a breakfast selection with some fruits and cereals, at the very least. However, the cappuccino was delicious.

Our room was smaller than photos lead us to believe. “Desk” with kettle was unusable as behind a net curtain & if opened you looked into building opposite & bins on street.

• Sunny Booker (10/5): Shhh..don't tell anyone how great this place is...I want to be able to get a room. - Wow - what a little hidden gem. It will be my new go-to hotel in Roma. The views from the rooftop cannot be missed. The Brunello wine on the menu - delicious. We enjoyed having aperitivi upstairs, one of the best views in Roma. Gabriel and Flo were both amazing with communication. Anything you needed, restaurant recommenations, service on the rooftop anything a quick message and they were on it. The rooms were spacious and interesting. Breakast was good. The price for location (so close to the train station) and the amenities makes this a go to as I am in Roma often! Being so close to the Mercato Centrale Roma artisan food market makes dolce after dinner super easy (but really you could eat anything there). It took us a minute to find it - but that is why it is a hidden gem!

• Francesco (10/5): Beyond expectations. - Firs and foremost, the location is remarkably close to publictransport, particularly Romae central Station. Secondly, the roof terrace is breath-taking. The Vatican Cupola, also known as the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, can be spotted from seventh floor, the prominent and iconic architectural feature in Vatican City. In addition staff's friendliness was otherwordly. In the room 109 - where we stayed - outside the window there is a kind of a tiny balcony. Unfortunately, it was not accessible.

• Rafael (10/5): Employee Sebastian - Very good! We were very well received by Sebastian, who was very attentive! He explained everything about Rome and helped us with our luggage. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good shower, the air conditioning works, there's a safe, etc. Everything was very good! They don't have a restaurant to offer a full breakfast, but they make a box with bread, biscuits and fruit. The location is great! Close to the train station and you can walk to the Colosseum in 15 minutes. I recommend it! Nothing.
• Jessica (5/5): Tolle Lage, toller Services, atemberaubende Dachterrasse aber mit Abstrichen - Das gesamte Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Marco hat vor der Anreise schon per WhatsApp geschrieben, sämtliche Tipps gegeben und war einfach unglaublich emphatisch und toll. Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt. Man ist quasi in 10min zu Fuß bei sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in jeder Richtung. Auch die Anbindung zu Bussen, Bahnen ist maximal 5 min zu Fuß. Die Dachterrasse ist bei Sonnenuntergang traumhaft mit Lichterketten und Blick über Rom. . Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Lüftung in unserem Zimmer. Wenn das Fenster zu war und die Air condition aus hat es nach sehr aggressiv nach einer Mischung aus Knoblauch, Schimmel gerochen. Sodass einem schlecht davon wurde. Man muss zwingend das Fenster auf lassen und die Air condition auf hoher Stärke anschalten. Wir waren nicht sicher, woher es kam. Vielleicht vom Abfluss im Bad. Wir durften nach der 1. Nacht das Zimmer ohne Problem tauschen, jedoch war da das selbe Problem. Ich denke es wird ein generelles Problem auf der Etage sein. Die Zimmer an sich waren aber sehr sauber und modern. Die Wände im Hotel sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jede Tür im Flur als ob man daneben steht und die Geräusche von draußen. Ohropax lagen aber schon im Zimmer auf dem Nachttisch <3

Bliskosc dworca, restauracji, opery. Pokoj przestronny, sprawna klimatyzacja. Niektorym moze przeszkadzac brak sniadania, nie polecam korzystac z restauracji rekomendowanej przez hotel, po drugiej stronie ulicy (otrzymalismy voucher znizkowy). Zamiast tego polecam inne swietne miejsce na sniadanie, - Black on White-Bar Roma - 2-3 minuty spaceru z hotelu; miejsce z ktorego korzystaja lokalni mieszkancy. Swietna kawa, wypieki, blyskawiczna obsluga, wloski klimat.

A special thank you to Omar at the reception desk, who truly went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived! He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Definitively the best receptionist me and my wife have encountered thus far. We had a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

• michael (10/5): Excellent service - The service was impeccable. Flo at the front desk was the most accommodating and informative hotel staff member I’ve encountered in all my travels. His sense of humor also added to the fun. His excellent restaurant recommendations and concern for our comfort during our stay really added to our experience of Rome.

The roof top terrace fantastic for a drink of an evening, watching the sunset over Rome…the views spectacular. 24 hour Concierge helped with taxis to attractions and transfers to airport. Suggestions for dining, gelato and where to go while in Rome super helpful. Highly recommend eating at Amadeo down the road from the hotel as suggested by concierge. Nothing

On communique par whatsapp ils donne des adresses de restaurant ou vous visiter des monuments. Très bien situer. À coter de la gare termini On entend un peu ce qui se passe dans le couloir au petit matin mais vu qu’on a beaucoup bouger sa nous a pas déranger.

• Joanna (10/5): Sophie Terrace is a place you must stay in. Flo and his staff are so welcoming 😁 - The property is in the Heart of Rome with amazing restaurants and local attractions right on your doorstep. Flo is an incredible person who started to communicate even before we flew into Rome, he was a gracious host suggesting great places to eat and even helped organise transportation to events. He really went above and beyond to make myself and my son feel comfortable. I can’t Thank him and his Staff for the warm welcome. The facilities were immaculate too 😁
• Stacey (10/5): - Sophie Terrace hotel is in a great location. Close to all sights. The decor is beautiful. The bed is comfy, room is clean and it had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and super friendly. They recommended some places to eat and they were the best places we visited. The rooftop terrace is lovely and had great views. I read the previous reviews for this hotel and so glad I listened and booked too. We loved it all.

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional. - We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Sophie Terrace Hotel. As soon as we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and some extra special details in the room to help us celebrate my wife’s birthday. The room itself was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and pristine. Even in March we were able to enjoy the wonderful view from the rooftop terrace across Rome to St Peter’s and sip a Prosecco (we were offered a complimentary Prosecco to enjoy). Every member of staff we met during our stay was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best possible, with guidance and recommendations to assist us. They also checked in via WhatsApp throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to check if we needed anything, and we really appreciated this. The hotel itself is less than 10 minutes walk from Termini station and is ideally situated to explore so much of Rome on foot. (15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes walk to Colosseum, 20 minutes walk to Spanish Steps) It is also very close to Republica Metro to go to the Vatican City - again no more than 20 minutes. There are many lovely restaurants nearby, as well as the Teatro dell’Opera which is 3 minutes walk away. We really couldn’t recommend the Sophie Terrace highly enough. Thanks to all, and we’ll hopefully see you soon! That we had to leave and go home after only 5 nights! 😊
