• James (10/5): - Everything was very clean and as described. The location is excellent and the hotel communication and responsiveness was excellent. I would recommend it to people who like the neighborhoods of Menilmontant and Belleville.

• Heather (8/5): - The room was pretty nice and communication was very good. It was nice to have a mini kitchen, as well. The windows were a challenge to figure out- they open vertically and at the top- which we were not familiar with. Also, we never could quite figure out how to make sure we got hot water from the shower, as it was extremely finicky. Might have been an issue with other guests in the hotel and water heater size. We had a room on the 4th floor so the lift was helpful, but only big enough for 2 small people to fit. We were out most of the day, but noise from the sports bar down below remained loud till the wee hours even with the windows shut. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from all metro stations, and it was nice to get a more immersive experience of city life in Paris. Grocery, dining, and boulangerie were all reasonably close. We'd recommend to anyone wanting a true European experience.

• Edson Luiz (8/5): Bom com coisas a melhorar - Excelente localizacao. Apartamento moderno. Pontos negativos: escadas do predio com carpet extremamente sujo, desleixo do condominio. No apartamento, limpo e agradavel, porém lencol muito amarrotado e com varios cabelos. Detalhes que denigrem uma experiencia que pode ser perfeita, com pequenos ajustes.

The neighborhood is really cool, the restaurant across the street was really nice and if you go up the hill there’s a good grocery store and boulangerie. The bar below is pretty loud into the night so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. We really liked the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Walking distance to a couple metro options.

Aber es ist einfach zu laut, wir waren in der ersten Etage und man hört jede Musik und jedes Gespräch von der Straße. Die Fenster schließen auch nicht korrekt. Die Zimmer und Fenster müssten besser vor Lärm isoliert werden, damit das Preis Leistung Verhältnis von diesen Appartements stimmt.
• YUKO (8/5): - キッチンに必要なものは一通り揃っていて、近くにスーパーも何軒かあるので買ってきたものを食べるのに困ることはなかった。 すぐ下がピザ屋で夜遅くまでオープンカフェがにぎやか。窓を開けるとタバコの臭いがしてくることも多かった。9月だったので、窓は開けずに過ごせたけど、クーラーはないので、夏は窓を開けられないと暑いだろうと思った。 隣の部屋の入口が並んでいて近く、夜中にパスコードを忘れて入れないのか、バンバン扉を叩いている音がして怖かった。 トイレ、シャワーは清潔だった。シャンプーはあるけど、リンスはなし。 管理人が朝はいる様子だが、何時から何時までいるのかはわからなかった。 事前のメールでの連絡は丁寧で、特に困ることはなかった。

• Martin (10/5): - Direkt im Haus gibt es ein Lokal und gegenüber ein weiteres. Das ist zwar schön aber die haben auch nach Mitternacht geöffnet und somit ist es etwas laut, bei offenem Fenster. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht im Zimmer aber dafür Ventilatoren.

• Jessica (8/5): Okej boende, motsvarade vad vi betalde för det - Vi förstod att det skulle vara litet. När bäddsoffan var utbäddad var det svårt att ta sig fram i rummet. Köket hade allt som behövdes. Under vår tid så var det varmt i Paris. Der var lite för livligt atr ha öppna fönster. En av fläktarna fungerade mycket bra och en var okej.

In addition, there are lots of restaurants can be choose nearby. There are supermarkets downstairs also. There are buses and metros nearby as well. • roberto (10/5): Muy buena opción - Es una súper opción está a solo 5 cuadras del metro y el bus está ahí mismo el lugar súper cómodo, sus acabados muy buenos y nos apoyaron con la entrada temprana.
• Josette (8/5): Très bonne prestation, dommage pour le bruit! - L’emplacement était parfait pour moi. Chambre très propre. Communication excellente.. Malheureusement il y avait une fête en dessous de l’immeuble qui a duré très tard. Pour améliorer le couchage il faudrait peut être bloquer les lits à une place pour qu’ils ne bougent pas. Bonne adresse tout de même. Je retiens.

• Katarina (10/5): Good but you get what you pay for nothing more - Its a genuine area, the apartment was great and only a couple of minutes to several different metro stations. The staff answers quickly through email/whatsapp but I would recommend ensuring communication beforehand as there’s no reception. It was no AC in the rooms but a portable fan (which is difficult to have in two rooms simultaneously), you can’t have open windows due to the street below having hectic life at night (noisy and smoke). They do not clean, change towels or toilet paper unless you ask. The vending machine was broken for our full stay. Lots of trash on the streets, multicultural neighborhood and friendly shop owners.
• Courtney (10/5): - The only trouble we had was the noise level at night. Can not be helped by the property; there are bars very close and you're on a main street. Have earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. The location is great, feels local and safe, and it was clean and updated. Staff is good a communicating if you have questions. I would recommend more ways to hang things (more hooks perhaps) like towels/coats as that was limited. Overall, a very lovely stay, and would return to stay again.

• Sebastian (8/5): - Wir hatten ein Appartement in der 5. Etage als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional, der Ausblick über Paris war fantastisch, die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es fehlt nur ein Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist zwar sehr verkehrsgünstig, dadurch aber auch recht laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte ich nicht schlafen können, selbst in der 5. Etage. Der Fahrstuhl hat für uns inkl. Gepäck nicht ausgereicht, so dass einer laufen mußte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert, im Automaten im Eingangsbereich gibt es Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine.
• Joanne (10/5): Lovely base to explore Paris - Great apartment in a fabulous area, best described as up and coming I’d say. Spotlessly clean, great communication from the owners. Would definitely stay again!
• DELPHINE (6/5): - Les logements sont ultra propre, une rénovation récente et entièrement équipés. Le gardien est d'une extrême gentillesse qu'il est important de souligner. 2 points négatifs: Salle de bain très sombre (pas de lumière dans la douche - pas de fenêtre donc aucune luminosité naturelle) Environnement très bruyant car situé dans une rue très passante avec des bars au pied de l'hôtel.

• Gregory (10/5): - Spacious affordable hotel in the middle of non touristy Paris. Close to some amazing underrated sights. Easy (ish) access to transport and Metro. Very clean and enjoyable.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Truly disappointed and feel gaslit - The heating didn't work, even when on the maximum setting, yet I was assured by them that it was working and they could give me a blanket if I was cold. (Why would I need a blanket if the heat was working??). I suffer from rhinitus so the cold air is painful for my sinuses. Terrible night sleeps the whole time. They could also not provide a portable heater nor source one for me, they refused. This is in winter I might add. . Shower facility was good and hot though slightly snug fit if you're a bigger individual, no lights directly in the shower, I would recommend. Not a clean room though, lots of hairs in the bed, floor, sofa and on the spare duvet. The floor was grubby dirty and you could tell more by looking at the soles of your feet after a clean shower. One of the bedroom side lights was flickering. Not a double/queen bed! 2 single beds pushed together with a larger sheet covering and duvet, disappointed and not what I paid for. The booking said it was soundproof, not the case as I could clearly hear the outside main road and pedestrians, even with the window doors fully latched closed. Diluted washing up liquid. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, there was a sports match on Tuesday night which kept me awake with the people in the bar opposite being rowdy. Also, maintenance work is being done underneath the apartments which the construction work can be clearly heard in all rooms, banging of tool work etc for hours. There was no notice that construction work was due.

• Aurélien (10/5): Séjour du 10 au 13 février - Séjour agréable au 3eme étage de l'hôtel Bellevue, le logement est bien adapté pour 4 personnes et correctement équipé. Aucun soucis pour accéder avec les codes d'accès et réponse rapide quand j'ai eu des questions. Manque juste un balai et une pelle afin de pouvoir ramasser les saletés le temps du séjour.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Left out in the cold - The property is OK, but I couldn't get in on arrival by 0 Celsius outside. It took me one hour to get in touch with someone. Apparently he had sent me instructions over What'sApp, which I never use, and didn't bother to find out if I ever received them. To me this is the worst sin a hotel can do to you. How difficult is it to tell your customers at the time of booking: "You will receive a code via What'sApp"? On the contrary I was left to believe that there WAS a receptionist after 18h at the hotel. I'm furious.
• Martha (6/5): Bellevue - The first stairs were killers with suitcases.. Alleluia fr the elevator Even though only fr one person.. But our problem was with the outlets . Only one type of adapter plugs worked on the outlets .. Can u look into it ?
• Devi (8/5): - V. Good shower. Kitchen stove and utensils are very good and sufficient. Good amenities. However, Stairs to lift too steep n difficult to bring heavy luggage. It would be good if lift could be in ground floor. Room cleaning needed for daily. Spring mattress hurts the back. After a long trip, better bed cushions would make our stay even better. • Christina (10/5): Would stay here again when we visit - Over all we had a fantastic stay we loved it , the property was clean and comfortable it was in a nice and safe location also a very delicious pizza restaurant right in the bottom, it was easy to communicate with the owners when we needed something
• Maureen (10/5): - This place was new, clean and comfortable. I had never spent much time in the 11th or 20th arrondissements, but we really enjoyed the true "ville de Paris" - not so touristy, but very easy to get around and a pleasure to walk the neighborhood.

• Joaquín (8/5): - El alojamiento está bastante bien. Limpio y cómodo. Cama del dormitorio y sofá cama bastante cómodos. Se encuentra ubicado algo alejado del centro pero con paradas de bus en la misma puerta y a lo largo de la avenida y de metro también muy cerca. La única pega es que ahora, con los juegos olímpicos, ha subido el transporte a casi el doble y, aunque saques tarjeta de transporte (bono), salen caros los viajes. Sale incluso más económico moverte con Uber para las salidas y regresos al apartamento ya que de esa manera te ahorras los trasbordos de bus y metro. En otra época hubiésemos utilizado seguro el metro y el bus ya que con un billete puedes montarte en ambos, haciendo trasbordos de uno a otro, en los 90 minutos desde que sacas el billete.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Beware: There is no reception. The management will email you the day before (for us, while we were midair) for your phone number to text you entry info. The stairwell is filthy. The apartment was (mostly) clean. There was a nice rotating fan which made the nights tolerable. There was a lot of noise from the "shaft" and the street businesses. I cannot recommend this location.

• Lone (8/5): 6 venner på tur til Paris - 3 vennepar på 4-dages miniferie i Paris. Le Bellevue var et rigtig dejlig lejlighedshotel, som ikke lå langt fra Metro. Området var skønt, - der skal dog tages forbehold for en meget stejl bakke lige før hotellet. Eneste grund til, at der kun gives 4 stjerner er, at billederne er taget med en lidt for bred vidvinkel til virkeligheden. Når det er sagt kan det varmt anbefales.

Chambre propre, lumineuse, bien équipée pas loin des transports, bref des infrastructure top. coordonnées complètes et mode d'emploi transmis pas SMS quelques jours avant, bien. Par contre télé qui fonctionne très mal, j'appelle le N° et la service NUL, inexistant. En gros débrouillez vous pour installer Molotov (ce que je n'arrive pas à faire) mais impossible de vous dépanner avant demain, je ne peux pas me déplacer. Pour encaisser le prix de la chambre pas de soucis mais pour offrir le service pour lequel le client a payé c'est autre chose. Vraiment dommage!!

Could be a little loud at night , but you can close windows with electric shutters. Room is small, but we were there only for shower and sleep. Room has small kitchen! Great stay!
• STEPHANIE (10/5): Confortable et pratique - Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations pour y accéder la veille par whatsap. Très facile a trouver, idéalement placer à côté de la Maroquinerie et il y a 2 pisserias juste en dessous. La chambre est assez grande et très fonctionnelle avec frigo et micro-ondes il y a même du produit vaisselle et une éponge.
• L (10/5): Amazing little place. - This was a perfect location for where I needed to be in Paris. And only 15 minutes from gate du nord. A lovely safe area. With lots of shops. Cafe and an amazing pizza place next door. The check in was very easy. The room much better than expected. The comfort and standard “like home” And 24 help via what’s app when required. I will be back.
• MYRON (4/5): - Property is tiny; smaller than it looks; depressingly cramped and dark - but that's Paris. No lift to first floor.

• Pernilla (10/5): Would stay here again! - We had a good stay at Le Bellevue. Check in went nice and smooth, and the staff was very friendly. Nice neighbourhood with a couple of restaurants, bars and grocery stores just around the corner. Tiny elevator that starts from the first floor (but that’s not really a problem because Paris is all about walking anyway). Approximately a five minute walk from the hotel to the metro.
• CRISTIAN (8/5): Buena opción si no quieres gastar mucho. - Buen Apartahotel. El barrio no es de lo mejor de Paris pero es aceptable. Justo al lado hay bares y pizzería para comer y cenar. También hay supermercados. Una cosa negativa es que no hay ascensor hasta el primer piso. Del primero para arriba sí que hay. El locker de las maletas para cuando te vas es compartido y sin vigilancia.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Petit appart sympathique - Nous sommes venues passer une nuit dans cet établissement pour un concert et nous reviendrons bien volontiers. L’appartement est décoré avec goût, et bien placé, au calme, le petit coin cuisine est un atout comparé aux hôtels classiques !

• sophie (10/5): Excellent établissement, mais très bruyant - Le studio que j'ai loué était parfait : propre, bien conçu, presque luxueux (matériaux, télévision, cintres et armoires, installations électriques et lumineuses etc) Le quartier de Ménilmontant, quoiqu'un peu excentré des gares, est très agréable et permet de se restaurer facilement. Il est aussi bien desservi (11 min du métro et un peu moins pour les bus). Le seul hic de cet établissement concerne l'insonorisation : intérieure (un peu) et extérieure : j'ai eu l'impression de dormir sur la route, la rue de Ménilmontant prenant vie avec une circulation ininterrompue à partir de 20h jusque 1h du matin.... J'ai donc opté pour les bouchons d'oreille dès la deuxième nuit, et là, parfait.

• Vanja (10/5): - This place is great! Amazing value for Paris! Great communication via text and simple instructions to get in and out. Very safe and wonderful café downstairs. Very clean and lots of electrical outlets. USB ports at either side of bed with reading lamp means you don’t have to bring multiple power converters to charge your devices. We stayed 9 nights in room 54 and 55 and enjoyed window into the city. Rm 55 it’s very very small and you have to move the bed out of the way to get window open and move it back to get mini fridge open. But it has everything you need. Shower pressure very warm and nice the bathroom is a little bit dark. Can stream your own Netflix on smart TV. Elevator is very tiny And you do have to go one short floor of spiral staircase before accessing elevator floor. 12 minute walk to metro Gambetta station and does not feel unsafe. I Ubered home several nights because it is a uphill if you are coming from downtown and don’t want to walk.
• Brenda (10/5): Perfect location - We could not have asked for a better host. Ruben was extremely helpful and made himself available (throughout our stay) for any questions we had. The apartment was accommodating and clean with a corner view which we LOVED. Everything you could want is in close walking distance (supermarket, food, pharmacy (for your COVID 19 testing) and even a physician is close by. When we return to Paris, we'll definitely come back here.
• Ruben (10/5): - Appart’hotel entièrement refait à neuf. Très belle chambre tout confort. Entièrement équipée et joliment décorée. Avec kitchenette et salle de bain. Super propre ! Je recommande vivement !!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Établissement récemment refait, en très bon état. Chambres vraiment chouettes pour notre famille de 4. Bémol sur le bruit qui provient de la rue mais nous avons pu déménager vers une chambre côté cour bien plus silencieuse mais un peu plus petite aussi. Très bonne localisation dans un chouette quartier et bonne communication avec Ruben qui a été aidant.
• MILTON MOJICA (4/5): - the apartment has Belén remodeled and has a good physical condition but the high noise from the neighborhood does not allow you to sleep or rest!!!😔😏
• Renato Edwin (10/5): Excelente opción, vive la experiencia de ser local - La instalación nueva , bastante comodo , ropa de cama limpia, habitacion limpia , trato agradable , ubicación excelente a unas cuadras del metro y a unos metros de la parada de camión, zona no turística con comercios locales que te facilitan la estancia , a donde quiera que desees ir son 30 minutos, zona segura , de verdad una muy buena y gran opción , con lo necesario e indispensable para resolver tu deayuno o cena , Ruben un extraordinario Hostess, una agradable , confortable , bien comunicada y segura experiencia , decoración minimalista , paredes blancas , ropa de cama , toallas, trastes todo nuevo y limpio .
