Gegend etwas laut also Achtung für jemand der ein Problem damit hat ( Athen ist generell laut 😂) mega zentral monastiraki 350m entfernt und drumherum viele Bars/ Cafés / Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe immer wieder gerne

- Brandy (8/5): - The bed that folds out was comfortable as well as the actual bed. It was clean and spacious. The mini apartment was nice. The LOCATION WAS AMAZING!! We were there for 4 days and everything was walkable. Walk 30ft out the main door and you can see the Acropolis. Dinning, shopping, bakeries, museums and historical sites all walkable. The night life was going on strong but you didn't hear ANY street noise from the room. The cleaning ladies were kind and even did some laundry for us, within a day notice. I would highly recomend. The only reason for Good and not excellent in all categories was that Triple A has 2 of the floors and if you take the stairs instead of the lift, you can tell the work that they put in versus the other floors. I was nervous about n9t having an actual receptionist. However, the whatsapp group receptionist was great.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Just OK, nothing special, a bit overpriced - Unit not so clean. Location is right in the middle of Athens, which could be a plus & minus. Due to construction in the city, there's noise from construction work in the morning around 6am

- Chris (10/5): Great Location!!! - The suite was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything, all historical sites, shopping, dining. The city stays up late so this is a great location to stay and enjoy the nightlife too. The only negative experience we had at the property was the cleaning lady was rude. When you stay at a place for a week and you need towels and toilet paper restocked and she made it a hassle. We ended up buying our own toilet paper from a nearby market.
- Stephan S (8/5): Good choice for short stay in Athens! - The apartment itself was great. Very cute and comfortable. The cleaning lady was helpful and gave us access earlier. The location is not the nicest (I.e.: graffiti on walls) but it is very secure (key to main door, code to security door, code to room door). Literally a minute walk from restaurants, bars, nightlife etc.

Our only complaint was construction noise from early in the morning which I assume is temporary and should not stop someone from staying there. It was very hot in Athens and the air conditioning worked great to cool us down. Mattress was comfortable.

- Virginia (10/5): - The rooms are remodeled and very nicely laid out with everything you need. The building is situated in a bustling area with restaurants and shops right outside the door. One elevator was broken but other worked well.

I appreciated all of the little things that the owner left for us (which many people forget to bring on vacation) like wet wipes, q-tips, cotton swabs, etc. The owner also left tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. And there is AC which is very nice especially since it was 40 degrees outside. The view is nice as well as you look down onto the streets where the nightlife is. The building itself where the apartments are is a little gross especially when you walk up the staircases. BUT don’t let that discourage you… the apartments are beautiful! And there is lots of security steps to get through before you get to your apartment so it’s very safe. I highly recommend!

- Gillian Annette (8/5): - The location was great and the bed was very comfortable and kitchen facilities very good. We appreciated the welcome box with some snacks. Cleaning staff were friendly and checked the room every day. The key pad to get into the apartment was very temperamental and difficult to work out how to use in the first instance. We had to help two other people get into their rooms during our stay. Unfortunately there was also a lot of work going on around the apartment so there was drilling noise waking us on a number of days at 7am. There was also drilling noise throughout the day. Such a shame as, apart from these two niggles it would have been an excellent stay.

- Kathleen (8/5): Nice apartment in a central location. - I am not sure of previous bad review but i found this place quite satisfying. It was clean and quiet, had everything one would need including a full kitchen which i would never use. I had no problem with communication. The few questions i had were answered immediately by the owner. My only issue was getting into my room and putting in the code. One step was omitted which should now be rectified. There were plenty or restaurants closeby and easy walking to Monasteraki and the Plaka. I was very happy with it. My only concern is what happens in case of emergency as the owner was stuck in Israel.
- William (8/5): Great location & room, difficult arrival. - Wonderful room in a fantastic central location,but if arriving by car, there is no parking or standing area for blocks. This is an issue if you have a lot of luggage or bags. Also you MUST have internet access a day or two before arrival to receive the complex entry info. There is no one on site, so you must follow a series of codes to access door key, floor security door, and room door. Once done it was perfect, but the drop off issue was stressful. Not an issue if arriving by cab or mass transit. Room was quiet despite being in the middle of all nightlife and attractions!

- Stephen (8/5): Don’t stay! - I had no email telling me how to get in the building. No desk for check in! Our taxi driver had to communicate with Despina, who was absolutely terrible! I’m surprised Hotels.com would list such a place. It was not in a good area for someone not familiar with the area. I would never recommend. Completely disappointed with Hotels.com for listing this place!

The only issue we had was with access to our room on more than one occasion we had trouble unlocking the door / issue with our door combination. Host had to reissue a new combo # (via email message) and old was was still functioning/ new code didn’t quick in right away….it was a little confusing and frustrating not having a person to deal with LIVE but it all worked out.
