- Saeid (1/5): Horrible, uncomedotsble, deceiving photos of the room, ruined our first two days of our vacation beyond our imaginations - I reserved a room as a couple. Two single beds were placed was placed next to each other which sled apart everyone we slept on the bed. Bathroom smelled like a sewer. I wanted to grab an espresso for breakfast and I was reprimanded by a staff to pay or can’t have it, in front of hotel guests. There was no sign to inform the guests that we I need to pay for espresso. I have always booked my own hotels internationally but this time I trusted booking.com which ended up as a horrible experience for this particular hotel. The photos of the room for Celine hotel are so deceiving. I demand a full or partial refund.

Sugiero que los dispensadores de jabón y champú, se instalen en el baño, como en el 99 de los hoteles. Los frascos pequeños producen polución de plástico y conducen a desperdicio.

Due ragazzi alla reception sono molto carini e sempre disponibili ad aiutare. Colazione buonissima e varia. Ho soggiornato a quest hotel 2 volte e sono completamente soddisfatta. Consigliatissimo! Рядом на площади мечеть, в 5:20 призыв на молитву, учитывайте это. За такую цену можно и в берушах поспать)) Нас это не смущало

- Anna (8/5): В целом мои минусы не такие критичные, я думаю. Для остановки на 2 ночи отель вполне подойдет. Цена не дорогая, соответс - Расположение очень хорошее, 3 минуты до метро. Также рядом остановка автобусов в/из аэропорта. Номер неплохой, завтраки средние - яйца 2х видов, колбаса, грибы(из горячего), оливки, сыр, овощи, но в целом не критично. Ежедневно пополняют воду, также есть чайник и чай Самый главный минус для меня был в том, что в номере было прохладно. Кондиционер ооочень слабо грел. Обращалась на ресепшен, проблему особо не решили. Одну ночь спала в теплой кофте. Комната нагревалась, но недостаточно для февраля. (На улице было 7 градусов) Постельное белье было не очень чистое, выглядело не свежим и плохо заправлено В туалете не хватает какой-то сушилки для белья Фен просто ужас, невозможно высушить голову, перегревается очень быстро Также есть перебои с напором воды, то льется хорошо, потом на несколько секунд напор слабый, потом снова все хорошо, не знаю с чем связано, раньше в Турции такого не встречала

Personale disponibile e gentile, ho prenotato tramite l’hotel anche il transfer dall’aeroporto e l’hamam. Colazione abbastanza varia. Possibilità di check in notturno, reception aperta h24. Pulizia della camera, in particolare del bagno, dove c’erano peli e capelli nella doccia, la quale perdeva anche acqua.

- Maja (3/5): Očajno. - Jedina okej stvar je lokacija i ljubazno osoblje. Tacnije dečko koji nam je po ulasku u sobu, nakon sto smo primijetili da nije soba očišćena i da je posteljina prljava(nije zamijenjena) uzeo i sam je promijenio i izivnjavao se. Čak nam ne naručio hranu preko svoje aplikacije. Užasno stanje soba! Radijatori ne rade, klima treba 1 sat da se upali.posteljina ne bila puna dlaka, sobarice su samo zategle krevet bez mijenjanja iste.Prljav peskir još i krvav.Kafi je istekao rok prije 2 mjeseca.
