Apartment D206 liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, wodurch in der Wohnung morgens ab 6 Uhr der Lärm sehr deutlich zu hören war. Ich würde wieder bei Dharma buchen, aber explizit ein Einheit,die. Icht an der Straße liegt, anfragen.

The facility is clean and the ease of parking, walking and access to the room is very easy. I had to check out a day early as I had an emergency at home and was unable to get a refund for the last day since I booked through booking.com and not Dharma directly. We also need a room for 5/4-5/10 and found that rates are extremely high for those dates due to graduation. We were hoping to secure a room with you and would like to know if it's possible at the regular rates.

- Elvira (9/5): Super net appartement met veel voorzieningen - Prachtig ingericht appartement met alle benodigdheden. Modern interieur in een mooi gelegen straat. Leuk en mooi zwembad. Gratis parkeren in garage verderop in de straat. Communicatie met de verhuurder verliep goed en vlot. Op loop afstand een geweldige supermarkt Whole Foods en meerdere restaurants. Haal zeker een broodje bij SNDWCH. Ons appartement zat op de hoek aan de kruising van een weg en was daardoor wel gehorig qua verkeer. Ook is er weinig raamdecoratie waardoor het in de ochtend heel vroeg licht werd in de kamer. We hebben met oordopjes en oogmasker moeten slapen.
- Audronė (7/5): Good - Four of us stayed in the apartment. It was convenient to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms. There was a parking space for the car. The apartment host answered all our questions in detail and clearly. To get to the pool you had to cross the street and enter the yard of another building. I was surprised by the requirement to take out the trash and wash the dishes upon departure. I think these services should be included in the apartment fee.

- Donald (10/5): Excellent rental near U of Miami. - Owners were easy to work with. Unit was very clean and the pool, workout area were very nice. If you are visiting U of Miami, the location is fantastic, walk easily. Located about 30 to 40 minutes to the beach in traffic. Nothing negative, except what you might expect given the location, there’s a lot of congestion and the price, as you would expect in this area near Miami.

The gym features definitely older equipment, some of which is borderline unusable. Water pressure for shower quite low. There was a dog barking in one of the adjacent suites for a significant part of my days here. The kitchen is quite well equipped and pool is nice. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance. Otherwise, not a lot around the property. The area feels pretty safe for your average tourist.

- Debra (8/5): Nice property n location - The condo was very nice and comfortable. However, we had 3 people staying and in each bathroom there was 2 towels, washcloths, hand towels. For my husband n i , it meant 1 for each of us, so we had to wash them every day. Inconvenient when we went to pool ( no towel to u se for shower after. Walls were very thin. We could hear the people arguing and talking loud in hall late at night, doors slamming. They need vending machines in each building for better convenience, did not like having to go outside to the pool building to get a drink( and no rootbeer or dr pepper anywhere). My light switch in bedroom did not work so had to walk across room in dark to turn on the lamps. Overall though, they were pretty nice condos. Property was gorgeous, pool was nice and location perfect. We were there for our grand daughters graduation at the university, so it was very close. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
- Wang Chi (6/5): 08 night sad stay - We had a 02 guest, 08 night vacation stay at Dharma Suites. This was our first experiente at a non-traditional hotel, just found-it out after the reservation was made and paid for. The positive aspect: a spacious apartment.. Other aspects: after I had reservation made, I asked information about house cleanig. For my total surprise, I would need to hire extra cleaning service for US$ 175 + Tax for every single cleaning. I obviously refused to use it.. We had a late check-in. Although the check-in instructions were quite clear, it was difficult to find the buiding D, among several other buildings with poor lighting and identification. After enquiries, was lucky to meet a complex janitor, who somewhat pointed out the direction to the Building D. Next challenge was to find the designated parking spot. In the property, the terrace was unavailable for use as the were furnitures covered with plastic tarp since the complex was undergoing major paint services in the building facades. In addition,the front streets were partially blocked by maintenance crane trucks every day, what made Every shopping bags and luggage loading/unloading a challenging task. Back to the apartment itself, the furnitures were just right, cheap models, nothing special to enchant the guests, The lines were old and worn out. Finally, a rather unfriendly check-out instructions from management: although I had put out the garbage every other day, they instruct

- Zhao (8/5): Very nice! - Rooms are clean and well kept, Kitchen is well equipped, nice location, quiet. Light fixture in the bedrooms. It is better with a lampshade, not just the lightbulbs. Hair shampoo and conditioner could be better.

First of all, when we arrived at the location, we were shocked by the catastrophic bad condition of the building: everything was dirty, garbage was everywhere around the building, the elevators were in bad condition and with warnings about what to do in case of a stoppage, the corridors were dirty, the moldings were torn from the walls, the entrance door to the apartment was crumbling . When we got to the studio, we experienced another shock. The studio is not intended for long stays. The wardrobes are missing. But in the small closet which are in the studio, the owner keeps his personal stuff in. We had to leave everything in suitcases, which we then had to push under the beds. We took the apartment with the intention of being able to prepare our own meals. But this kitchen has nothing but one mini pan and one small pot! The stove was portable, all dirty, so we couldn't use anything from the kitchen, because we were too afraid to catch something. The window in the apartment cannot be opened, we had to use the air conditioner for ventilation, but it makes so much noise that it was impossible to use it. Moisture collected on the inside of the windows, so that everything was wet on the floor around. The sheets, towels and pillows stank of mold so we all got rashes and cold sores all over our bodies and faces. the bathroom is outdated, dirty, there are some tapes stuck in the bath, the shower sprays everywhere, and again the same problem with putting away shelves and hanging towels. It is full of the owner's junk. The drains did not swallow water, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. In short, we cannot find a single positive thing in this hotel. The worst experience of our life so far, and we traveled halfway around the world. And we never sleep in cheap hotels.

Very good instructions and immediate customer support at midnight. Finding the right switches for the lights. Had very loud neighbors (guests of the same host).

I felt safe inside the property and outside of the property. Everything was clean and organized. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was great! I loved it so much that I can’t to coming back again.

- Karen (8/5): Overall, the local was great and would stay again providing the bedding configuration is what is promoted. - The location was ideal and the reason we chose the property. I read that we would have two Queen beds and one bedroom had a double and we had two people in it. The lockbox number did t work so it took several calls to get that worked out. The team was responsive though.

- Jules (10/5): Exceptional - our [my brother and i] stay was very enjoyable. for us an excellent location, nice apartment, fully loaded kitchen. we appreciated the quietness. also the free parking is a great aspect. the instructions for arriving guests could be shorter and easier to understand. arriving late at night and being tired of the journey, we had difficulty in finding the box with the fob and where to park the car. since there is no front desk, and no one to help out at night, it was a bit stressy on arrival. the only negative aspects of the apartment are the wooden sides of the beds. being so close to the wall and walk-in closet of the master bedroom, you're prone to injure your shins. also, the mattras could be slightly firmer. lighting in the bedroom could be better. lighting in the kitchen: would be better with lights underneath the cabinets.
- kathleen (10/5): Great for U Miami family stay - We rented this apartment to stay in during family weekend at U Miami. It was perfect - plenty of room, free parking, reasonable price, close to campus and easy food options like Whole Foods. We will definitely stay here again!

- Mendy (9/5): Great, secure location with updated amenities - The room was great - clean, updated and very spacious. Seemed like a safe area. Parking was easily accessible once we located where we were to park. I really like that you have to have a key fob to access the building and the elevator! That is an added security feature that was appreciated. The parking is good but the instructions were confusing on where it was located.
