• Arantxa (10/5): Perfecto y cerca del centro - El hotel está muy limpio. El desayuno buffet es muy completo e incluye fruta fresca. El personal es muy amable,. tanto el la zona de recepción como en la de restauración y todo son facilidades. Una de las recepcionistas habla español. Tienes un cuarto para dejar la maleta si llegas antes del check-in y para después del check-out. La habitación es lo justo para una cama, muy cómoda, y una mesa, el tamaño del baño está muy bien. Pero si estás de turismo no es necesario más. El hotel está a 15 minutos andando de O'Conell St y además tienes autobús en la puerta tanto para ir al centro como para ir al aeropuerto. Si volvemos a Dublín volveremos a este hotel.

• Tereza (9/5): - Umístění je hned u zastávku busu 41/16, linek z letiště. Do centra je to krásná procházka asi na 35 minut. Byly jsme tam tři ženy a cítily se v naprostém bezpečí. Jídlo chutné. Personál milý. Doporučuji. V pokoji byla občas hlučnější klimatizace a tak jsme ji vypínaly

• April (5/5): - Location was okay. Staff were super friendly. Convenience was good, but the safety was questionable. Food was generally over-priced and super greasy. The shower was terrible and water pressure sucked. The cleanliness was not good; we had hair from the staff all over our bed sheets and towels, even after it was redone by housekeeping twice. The rooms are TINY; absurdly so. There is no parking!

• Jean (10/5): Une attitude particulièrement respectable ! - Ayant été victime d'une maladie totalement invalidante quelques jours avant le départ, j'ai dû annuler mon séjour intégralement. J'ai alors écrit à l'hôtel en expliquant que je ne pourrai pas me présenter, ni le premier jour, ni les autres et que je les autorisai à relouer ma chambre tous les jours pour éviter une non-occupation inutile en période touristique (Pâques). Je précisai également que je ne demanderai pas de remboursement puisque j'avais dépassé le délai de rétractation d'un mois. Un mois après (mai 2026) je fus surpris de constater que l'hôtel m'avait remboursé un montant important (environ 65% des nuitées) sans intervention de ma part et sans intervention de Booking.com que je n'avais pas sollicité ! *Que la direction de cet hôtel en soit remerciée chaleureusement et, *Que les futurs clients de cet hôtel soient au courant de cette situation peu fréquente de nos jours !!! • Michael (3/5): Not worth $287 per night for the location and how much you will spend in a taxi. - Normal hotel room The location and for the price point you are better off spending $100 more and will save you in taxi since it’s not located in a safe area at night time. Two people who live in Dublin said to not walk there at night and make sure to take a taxi home. Make sure you cancel with in their dates because no matter how much I called and tried to cancel my reservation they would not cancel it for me even with 12 days before my stay. Truly disappointing with their customer service.

• Corina (9/5): Tolles Hotel, super nettes Personal - Das Personal war super nett. Wir waren etwas früh am Hotel, aber man hat sich sehr bemüht uns bereits ins Zimmer zu lassen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, alles war sauber und das Bett war super bequem. Da wir kein Frühstück hatten können wir dazu nichts sagen, aber das Abendessen war richtig gut. Bis zur Fleetstr. / Tempel Bar ist man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß gegangen. Mit dem Bus Nr. 19 ist man vom Flughafen in ca 45 Minuten bis fast vor die Türe gebracht worden.

Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre et donc d’aérer. Aucune armoire ou étagère. On nous a demandé de mettre 5* en évaluation à la remise des clés, alors que nous arrivions. Le nettoyage des chambres qu’il faut demander si on le veut. L’irish coffee du resto vraiment pas bon.

• ETIENNE (8/5): En résumé, malgré quelques petits défauts de confort, notre séjour a été agréable. - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Dublin one. L'accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était correct avec un choix suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également pratique, nous avons pu visiter Dublin facilement à pied depuis l'hôtel. L'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport se trouve juste à côté quelques points négatifs : cependant la chambre était assez petite et le lit mal placé avec un côté collé au mur. La tête de lit, équipée d'une tablette trop haute, n'était pas pratique pour récupérer facilement nos objets posés dessus lorsque nous étions dans le lit.

Inoltre la prenotazione era stata fatta senza colazione e per due mattine ho fatto colazione pagando direttamente al bar. Alla fine del soggiorno mi sono trovata un'addebito per 4 colazioni per due persone (la seconda persona non era arrivata e avevo avvisato di questa cosa quando ero arrivata). Meno male non c'erano i soldi sulla carta che avevo utilizzato perché dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni per le colazioni non si sono fatti più sentire. Non credo che tornerò in questo posto

• K5321IXkatiep (8/5): Lovely, but could be be even better with just a few tweaks - Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great - 10 min walk into town and plenty if buses when returning at night. Restaurant and bar were lovely, and the room was immaculate. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. The only thing missing was storage. There was literally one low rail and 5 hangers - no shelves or drawers. One table but that had the kettle etc on so not really any space there. There's loads of places they could have had a shelf or two as well, so im just really confused as to why not - where are you meant to put your knickers!? We lived out of the suitcase as a result. Blind let in a lot of light so bring an eye mask. Id still return though, it was lovely

• David (4/5): Not pleasant for a single traveller - Location, The bar area is not comfortable as it has poor seating choices and runs a policy of prioritising restaurant customers to the point of directing people whose are not eating to the high chairs and bar counters. After a 12 hr day a customer wants to be able to pick a comfortable descrte place to sit and not run intereference with staff who are told to implement a a seating policy that makes a person feel unwanted.
• Vmval (8/5): Great value hotel - Myself and my daughter stayed here for one night. The hotel is lovely, we booked a twin room which was located near the air conditioning unit so I asked to be moved because of the noise and there was no problem. The rooms are very basic but extremely comfortable and very clean - we both had a wonderful nights sleep here. There is a lovely bar where we had something to eat and a drink - there is a lovely atmosphere and the food is lovely. There is also a coffee dock at reception which is handy to get a coffee in the morning if you don't have breakfast included. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk into the city and while this is fine during the day, I would not recommend walking back to the hotel at night time, it just didn't feel safe but you can easily get a cab so that is what we did. The hotel is lovely and fantastic value so I would definitely recommend.

Nur eine kleine Stange mit 5 Bügeln wo aber nur begrenzt Platz war um was aufzuhängen. Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen.

Der Aufenthaltsraum / die Lobby hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Innenstadt von Dublin war fußläufig relativ weit entfernt, circa 20 Gehminuten. Das Zimmer war recht klein und hatte keinen Kleiderschrank sowie keinen Stauraum für das Gepäck.

• Saskia (8/5): - Lage war super, direkt an einer Haltestelle, Essen schmeckte im Restaurant gut und Kellner sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ, war die Luft im Zimmer nicht abgestanden. Eine Ablagemöglichkeit neben dem Bett oder Regal für Kleidung fehlt. Wäre schön, wenn das Tagesgericht im Restaurant bereits vorne angeschrieben ist und nicht erst am Tisch mitgeteilt wird.

• Miguel Ángel (6/5): Buen hotel pero con extraña política de limpieza de habitaciones - Las instalaciones generales y la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Por primera vez, para que te arreglen la habitación tienes que inscribirte en recepción. A pesar de ello, la segunda noche tampoco nos la limpiaron. La reacción del personal de recepción y de un responsable fue de total amabilidad y nos invitaron a cenar. El desayuno es poco variado, pero los productos son de calidad. La distancia andando desde el hotel al centro de la ciudad es de unos dos kilómetros andando.
• anna (8/5): Hotel correcto en Dublin - El hotel era muy bonito y las instalacuones estaban muy bien. El desayuno muy correcto también. La ubicación. Está lejos del cemtro de la ciudad. Unos 20-30 minutos caminando y tienes que pasar por alguna zona no muy recomendable. No te limpian la habitación durante tu estancia. Si quieres toallas limpias las tienes que pedir a recepción.

The staff are friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our first night in Dublin awesome. Recently renovated, rooms are lovely despite it being an old building, beds comfy, heating was appreciated it was colder than we anticipated in May. We ate two meals in the bright arty quirky restaurant, and both were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

• Dominic (4/5): Cheap but missing some quality of life. - The staff were great, friendly and welcoming. The air con and toilet fan in the room wouldn't turn off, the room was small and very basic. The room was dated and fittings (toilet flush, switches etc) were showing their age.
