- Sibel (8/5): Spacious room for a good value in a good area - All the staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was very spacious. When we had an issue, the staff quickly resolved it and switched our room. They made our stay very pleasant and I am grateful for that. The property is a bit old despite some renovations to the room. Some dust bunnies in the corner, a foul smell from the bathroom, etc. Additionally, I know it’s hard with the strays, but some cat hair cleanup on the patio furniture is definitely needed.

- Dirk Adrianus (2/5): Ran out of there even before breakfast. - Close to the old wall, close to a tram stop. Even getting in past the parked cars is near impossible, especially with suitcases. Staff was unfriendly and snide. But worst of all, the room and bathroom were very dirty. Dust everywhere, stains on the towels and bedsheets, mold and ants in the shower.

- Fabio (8/5): Ottimo servizio con qualche ma... - Staff molto gentile e cordiale. Fin dall'inizio ci hanno accolto in maniera superlativa. Anche al momento del check-out sono stati all'altezza. La colazione è soddisfacente, abbondando di cibo salato ma, purtroppo, peccando di roba dolce (giusto biscotti e marmellate/creme). La posizione l'ho trovata ottima. Con Uber si raggiunge di 15 minuti il centro. Sennò c'è la fermata del tram proprio di fronte. Si trova nel quartiere popolare. Vicino si possono trovare negozi, ristoranti molto convenienti (rispetto al centro), un centro dove fare le sim e cambiare i soldi (8 minuti a piedi). La doppia richiesta non era adeguata per due persone. Abbiamo chiesto, come la prima volta che siamo stati, una camera con due letti singoli. Ci è stata data una "doppia" con letto matrimoniale (in realtà una piazza e mezzo, quindi letto molto piccolo per due persone) e grande quanto la singola. In più non c'é possibilità di cambio d'aria visto l'assenza di finestre e di un sistema di ventilazione (ad eccezione dell'aria condizionata). Poi c'era un rumore strano che si ripeteva ogni ora per qualche minuto. Le prime volte sembrava una lavatrice, l'ultima un fischio. Diciamo che sentirli alle 2-3 di notte non è proprio piacevole per dormire.

- Rajesh (7/5): A good stay at a place with great staff - Overall, the staff, their positive and caring attitude covered for some of the less than expectations of the property. Not that it was bad, but could do with a it more polish. The staff were wonderful and helped me with an exception dish only for me (as I couldn't eat anything else (don't tell anybody :-), helped with the airport transfer - the driver was exceptional in that he brought me back my phone that I had left in his van when he dropped me at the airport. The front office staff gave me precise guidance and instructions on how to use the tram systems and many more. They are an exemplary lot. Thank you Staff at Porta Ramos for my excellent stay The property - at least in the floor my room was - looked a bit dilapidated, There was chatter and general disturbance in the middle of the night,, Nothing earth-shattering, but if not there, would have improved the quality of my stay

We booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child in this hotel, which is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it barely meets the standards of a 3-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The hotel entrance was completely blocked by parked cars, making it very difficult to enter with luggage without hitting the vehicles. There was also no staff available to assist us with our bags. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite, but the biggest disappointment was the room itself. The hotel is clearly very old, and you can immediately notice the outdated facilities and poor level of maintenance and cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and residue in the corners. The fridge was not working at all and looked extremely old. The bathroom was very small and also not clean. Several items in the room were broken, including the soap dispenser, the closet handle, and the heater cover. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The dining area also lacked cleanliness, to the point where we did not feel comfortable eating there. I even spent around 10 minutes trying to understand why the coffee machine was not working, before eventually having to refill the water and milk myself. Because of all these issues, we decided to leave the hotel after only two nights and book another hotel for the remaining three nights of our stay. Unfortunately, since we had already checked in, no refund was offered, which meant we ended up paying for two different hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting genuine 4-star standards.

Chambres sales mal isolées, mal nettoyées, équipements abimés, petit déjeuner catastrophique très peux de choix, et pas bon du tout. Parking pas du tout adapté les voitures se chevauchent. Il payent les gens pour avoir une bonne note sur Booking quand on met une mauvaise note. Allez regarder les commentaires sur Google bous comprendrez mieux.

- saadia (5/5): Très passable - Le personnel sympa La literie était catastrophique matelas extrêmement dur et les toilettes ne sont pas pratique coincé dans un coin il faut y être assis de travers. Et la fenêtre inutilisable, il y avait les tuyaux d'extraction devant notre fenêtre et le moteur de la climatisation ce qui toute la nuit faisait du bruit.
- Sorin (1/5): The worst experience. - Nimic The worst experience. Extremely small rooms. Initially we were accommodated in room 103 which is 11sqm, has no window and where the shower did not work. It is like a prison cell without a window The hotel moved us to room 104. This room also has no window outside, but the shower worked and was about 15sqm. The furniture is old and degraded. The parquet looks very bad, as you can see in the pictures. The bathroom furniture is rusty and you are afraid of getting infected with something. The mirror frame is painted yellow, with a brush, as if it were painted by a 3 year old child. The hotel lost one of our luggage when moving from room 103 to 104 and refused to collaborate in finding it. The breakfast is very poor. We only had eggs one day. The hotel has parking spaces in another very busy location. We had the misfortune of finding our car scratched in the parking lot and the hotel refused to assist us in identifying the culprit for the insurance, promising that they would compensate us. After we left they refused to cooperate anymore. I will never return to TURKEY

- Dessislava (8/5): Истанбулски градски хотел - Хотела е красив и кравнително чист хотел, стайте се почисгвят ежедневно. Връзката с Т1 към всички забележиенасти е огромен плюс. Има паркинг и закуска. Стайте са малки и се чува през стените. Закуската е скромна. Двойно легло бе с една малка завивка, а допълнителни нямаше в стаята.

Per il prezzo è ok Un punto a favore per lo staff davvero gentile dovrebbero migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle camere perché si sente tutto.

Една от вечерите г-н Аргеш беше така добър да ни насочи къде можем да вечеряме – дойдоха да ни вземат, а след вечерята ни върнаха. Толкова мил и отзивчив персонал не бях виждала. Благодаря им за хубавото обслужване!

- Zhivko (7/5): Очаквах повече - Добро местоположение. Беше чисто. Любезен персонал. Добър интернет. Стаите имат лоша изолация, защото се чува от съседните стаи и коридора като се говори. Бяхме няколко вечери и всяка вечер някой говореше с часове в коридора. В коридора има фотьойл и се сяда там и се говори. Две вечери правихме забележки. Вратите на стаята (входна и към банята), не се затварят плътно - има фуги. Паркингът е много малък и се налага персоналът да паркира колите в съседство. Закуската не отговаря на хотел 4 звезди. При напускане на хотела служителката на рецепция много настояваше веднага да оценя хотела. Първо попита как е бил престоят. Отговорих с ОК. Веднага след това настоя да оценя хотела. Направи го няколко пъти, което ме издразни. Очевидно част от високите оценки са дадени при напускане.

- Georgi (10/5): - Отново сме в Истанбул и отсядаме в същия хотел, което само по себе си говори достатъчно. Закуската е отлична – всеки ден има разнообразни топли ястия и богат избор. Двете момичета в ресторанта, Ceylan и Özlem са винаги отзивчиви, усмихнати и много мили, което прави сутрините още по-приятни. Служителите на рецепцията, включително Мона и останалите момчета (за съжаление не запомних имената им), са винаги на разположение и съдействат бързо и професионално във всякакви ситуации. Стаите са винаги чисти и поддържани. На нашия етаж за това се грижеше Нерима и нейните колежки – всеки ден почистваха стаята, сменяха кърпите и поддържаха отлична хигиена. С удоволствие бихме отседнали тук отново!

Chambre catastrophique, isolation affreuse vous entendez tout le monde , on nous a changer de chambre car il y avait un espace entre la porte et l’encadrement pour la porte d’entré et la porte de la salle de bain , malheureusement c’était un peu mieux mais toujours des soucis , petit dej catastrophique j’ai rarement eu pire très peu de choix mais en plus tout est mauvais même un simple jus d’orange ressemblait à un médicament . Le parking c’est une blague c’est même pas un parking c’est une galère. Comment cet hôtel peut avoir 9 de note je suis sidéré ! Bon courage à ceux qui réserveront , propreté très très limité , il y a même un jour où ils n’ont pas fais le ménage pour vous dire ..

- Luis Felipe (5/5): Hotel ejecutivo, solo para alojar y salir a recorrer la ciudad - Cercanía al metro y supermercado. regalan botellas de agua cada vez que hacen la pieza. el baño y la ducha son cómodos. el desayuno es rico pero es muy local (mejor saberlo antes que dejarse sorprender). Personal no habla inglés, en las piezas hay mucho ruido entre sí y se escucha TODO. No recomiendo ir en auto particular porque el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y compartido con otras unidades. No tiene ninguna zona de esparcimiento como para tomarse un te en el lobby, etc. Es muy ejecutivo el hotel
