• Catalina (10/5): Nice stay - The location is very good and the hotel was nice We prepaid half of the amount before arrival and when we wanted to pay the rest at the hotel they did not accept any payment method beside the card that was used in the first payment(due to security reasons?). This was a bit inconvenient for us, as this is not mentioned anywhere and we were not prepared.

• Dimitri (3/5): Anstatt 3 Tage Urlaub - 3 Tage unnötigen Stress - Das Frühstück und die Terrasse waren ein Highlight. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es hab schon Probleme bei der Buchung, weil meine Kreditkartendaten nicht aktualisiert werden konnte und niemand auf meine Nachrichten reagiert hat. Beim Check-In wurde mir unterlaubterweise eine Stornogebühr in der Höhe von 214 € belastet, angeblich nicht vom Hotel. Ich streite mich aktuell mit dem Hotel und Booking Portal über die Erstattung. Keiner will es gewesen sein. Ich habe es sofort im Hotel reklamiert, hatte nicht das Gefühl dass man mich versteht. Für die Bar gab es einen 2 für 1 Gutschein. Der Barkeeper wollte aber 2 Cocktails zum überteuerten Preis von 36,80 € berechnen, weil sie nicht von der gleichen Person getrunken worden sind. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns geweigert den 2. Cocktail zu bezahlen und haben nach dem Hotelmanager verlangt. Dem Barkeeper soll es egal sein, wer die Cocktails trinkt. Erst nach 20 Minuten hat der Hotelmanager es eingesehen und uns nur ein Cocktail wie auf dem Voucher berechnet. Auf dem Zimmer gab es noch nichtmal eine Flasche Wasser, was normalerweise bei einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie üblich ist. Das nächste Mal checke ich woanders in Mailand ein.

• Fedor (8/5): - Sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der wir das Frühstück geniessen konnten. Das Frühstück war gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Kaffee aus einer Maschine ist nicht identisch mit frische zubereiteten italienischem Kaffee. Da ich mit meiner Tochter gereist bin, hatte ich darum gebeten, zwei einzelne Betten zu erhalten. Dieser Wunsch konnte uns nicht erfüllt werden. Das Bett war aber sehr breit, so dass wir beide gut Platz hatten.

• Margarita (10/5): - This hotel was amazing, honestly I cannot recommend it enough for a stay in Milan. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the metro for the city center and a 5 minutes walk from the train central station. Even though it is very close to a lively street, the rooms were very quiet. You can find anything you wish near, from shops to restaurants. The breakfast was very nice too. The rooms were spotless clean every day and the staff very polite and super helpful. They even went out of there way to prepare happy birthday sweets for my friend on the day of her birthday which they left in our room. Definitely coming back when in Milan again!

I am a man and I have blond and white hair, max 1cm long. I left the duvet open in the morning to clean it. I returned to the hotel at night and when I opened my bed, there were the same black hair. I went down to the reception and explained it. I wanted my sheets to be changed. Answer: There is no cleaning staff at the moment, I can give you sheets if you want. You can change it, he said. This attitude is not correct at all and I have doubts about the hygiene of your hotel.

The staff were all very kind at all times, making for a pleasant stay. The location is great, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are new and clean. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again next time. Thank you!

• Alena (9/5): Отличный отель чтобы побыть в Милане - Отель очень понравился! Приятный персонал, хорошие чистые комнаты. Понравилось что внизу есть бар, и в целом отель свежий и современный. Спали хорошо, кровати удобные :) Отличное расположение. Метро в 2 минутах, рядом большая торговая улица с брендами, и также есть большой гипермаркет laEssa. Немного простоватые завтраки, не хватает чуть разнообразия. Но в целом вкусные – круассаны/нарезка мясная/йогурты/омлет. Нет пополняемой воды в номерах. У нас была сломана дверь самой ванной, ходила ходуном, и вода попадала на пол.
