- NEF (8/5): - Хотелът е чист и с нормални удобства за гостите. Има ежедневно почистване, както вода, чай и кафе в стаите. Останахме доволни от реакцията на камериера. Имахме проблем в стаята...нямаше осветление в банята и минибарът не работеше. Момчето беше отзивчиво, извика техник и смениха луничката в банята. Също така подмениха минибара с работещ. Оценявам бързата реакция на този служител. На първо място не разбрах как се казва хотела...в резервацията е King City Hotel Istanbul Ataturk Airport, а на място пише Elite World INN. Можеше да напишат, че е сменено името, да не се налага да се чудим, къде е хотелът. Закуската беше нормална, но доста скромна(това сравнено с други турски хотели). Два от трите дни в които бяхме нямаше нито омлет, нито бъркани яйца. Третия ден имаше яйца със суджук, но....не всеки яде месо. Масло не видях да има също. Служителите на рецепция странно не поздравяваха, както се очаква в хотел. На съобщението от хотела в букинг за мои предпочитания отговорих, но така и не получих отговор.

- Bacinac (10/5): - Savrseno udobni krevet,cisto,uredno,osoblje ljubazno i tu za sve što treba...jedini dorucak je ok..ali mozda malo veći izbor,voća,salame sireva...vise opcija jaja.. da nije samo kuvano..mislim da dorucak zadovoljava turske standarde.. ali za strance je to nedovoljno..ali gladna bila nisam...sve ostalo je bilo savrseno...sve preporuke Tv nije funkcionisao ali meni to nije bilo potrebno

- Arsham (8/5): Will definitely choose it again. - Spacious room with a spacious bathroom. Clean and comfy room and facility. Very nice staff. If you are driving, it’s a good location with quick access to main roads. It can be cheaper with the breakfast.

- Omar (1/5): - . وصلت في الليل وكنت حاجز غرفتين وتم وضع كل غرفة في طابق مختلف احد الغرفتين في الطابق الساس والمصعد لا يصل له. فقط يصل الى الخامس وتكمل الباقي بالدرج ___ الغرفة الثانية لم يكن يوجد بها تدفئة على الرغم من هبوب عاصفة ثلجية (الصورة المرفقة من نافذة نفس الغرفة حتى تعرف مدى البرد الموجود بدون تدفئة ) واصبحت الارض بيضاء بالخارج . طلبت تشغيل التدفئة وجا الرد متأخر بان المكيف الحار متعطل وانه سيتم تعويضي في الصباح برد مبلغ الحجز لم يتم نقل غرفتي او محاولة اصلاح التدفئة وايضا لم يتم التعويض كما وعدوا ________ بالاضافة ان الفندق تصنيفه في بوكينغ 4 نجوم ولكن في الواقع هو اقل من ذلك

- Sonja (5/5): - Nothing The hotel was dirty, the dining area is filthy, dirty floors and dust everywhere. They also just served salad, bread, boiled eggs and soup daily. No variety. This was a very disappointing stay, not pleasant at all. The shower drainage also didn't work properly, the bathroom flooded daily.

- Tamara (2/5): - Bed was good and also shower First of all the heat didn’t work in room so there were always cold and even if we asked multiple times on reception to fix the problem, nothing changed, windows in the room could not close well so when it rained the water was seeing into the room, WiFi was slow and sometimes didn’t even work, breakfast was too poor, the food wasn’t even refilled so when we came late to breakfast we didn’t have much to eat and even if we had some eggs, it was raw, when we came to spa the personal was ignoring us, they were playing on their phones and if we wouldn’t ask for towels to spa they would not give us anything, area around the pool was dirty and when we went swimming after then we had red dots all over our bodies so probably water was dirty.

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! - Ich war für zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel und hatte eine wirklich großartige Zeit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber, es gab eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, die immer gründlich und zuverlässig war. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut gelaunt – man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: super lecker, frisch und mit einer richtig guten Auswahl. Von warmen Speisen bis zu frischem Obst und Gebäck war alles dabei – da konnte man perfekt in den Tag starten.

Singurul disconfort a fost ZGOMOTUL de la masini si clacsoanele...toata noaptea... in rest hotelul ok,curat,personalul ok, pozitionat foarte bine. Va recomand sa inlocuiti macar sticla de la geamuri cu triplex care sa izoleze mai bine fonic.

- Boryana (10/5): С удоволствие ще се върнем отново - Много любезен и отзивчив персонал, съдействаха ни по всички въпроси, които имахме. Настаниха ни бързо, въпреки че пристигнахме по-рано от предвиденото! Хубав хотел, чисто, уютно и семпло, много удобни легла. Всеки ден сменяха кърпите и чехлите - внимание към детайла, което надхвърли очакванията ни. Доволни сме от закуската, всеки ден имаше прясно изпечени вкуснотии. Времето за закуска е удължено през уикендите. До хотела има много места за храна - пекарна, сладкарници, ресторанти, павилиони. Хотелът е на пешеходно разстояние от спирки на обществения градски транспорт и метрото. Без съмнение, това е място, на което ще се върнем с удоволствие!

- Bahattin (10/5): - Bu otele ikinci gelisim daha önce memnun kaldım şimdi tekrardan bu oteli tercih ettim.Tüm çalışan ekip hem guleryuzlulugu hem de ilgi alakaları çok içtendi.Konaklama boyunca evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.Otelin spasının olmasıda ayrıca daha da güzel olmuş.Sauna,hamam ve havuzdan yararlabiliyorsunuz.Günlük olarak temizlikleriniz yapılıyor .Her ihtiyacınıza 7/24 resepsiyon ekibi ilgilenmektedir .Kahvaltı açık büfe olup sicak ,taze ve lezzetli olarak verilmektedir .Gayet doyurucuydu.Konaklama boyunca emeği geçen Emre ,Büşra,Zehra ,Dilara,Elif,Buse,Rabia ,Cafer ve sayamadığım nice güzel insanlara teşekkür ederiz .Bir daha ki konaklamamizda yine burayı tercih edeceğiz.Sevgilerle...
