• markus (6/5): einigermaßen hotel in schlechter lage - das hotel selbst ist in ordnung, normale ausstattung...die lage ist extrem schlecht...es gibt kaum etwas bemerkenswertes in der umgebung und in das zentrum muss man mit dem taxi fahren...uber fahren in der ecke nicht. der service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. ich hatte mehrmals !!! darauf hingewiesen, dass ich um 1/2 5 morgens ein taxi benötige...das taxi war nicht bestellt. zwei fraune an der rezeption hatten mich verarscht - welch 'gelung lage und service extrem schlecht

• Xavier (7/5): - Hola, lo que no me gusto que hacien la limpieza de la habitacion pero no limpiaban el piso, al igual que los muebles y me di cuenta porque hice a un lado un letrero que tenian en el velador y tenia algun. liquido regado dias me imagino antes de yo ocupar la habitacion. Pedi que lo limpiaran pero no lo hicieron bien. El hotel en si me gusto, pero por la limpieza no fue perefecta mi estancia.

This is a place I have stayed at twice now and will return to - well managed, close to the South Bund area, and very reasonably priced. Thanks!

• Bashar (8/5): It was great, I’d do it again - The hotel location is near to almost everything. The staff are super nice I do recommend that the staff should be able to speak more English. The breakfast is mainly Chinese, I recommend adding more dishes for other cuisines
• Jennifer (10/5): - Booked this hotel for my 2 day solo trip to Shanghai. The room was nicely renovated, modern and had plenty of room. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, drinks and even desserts. Security was so kind, he helped me with my luggages. They had a 24 hour laundry room which was convenient when I got back to the hotel very late. Overall, one of my favourite stays.
• Lynn (6/5): Good for work purposes not for tourism purposes - The entrance is at such a weird place and booking a didi is a mission because there’s two roads leading to the entrance but on opposite sides of the building and limited seating places for breakfast but rooms where always clean and staff was excellent The location of the building

There should be some halal food options & bathroom should have a lock machanism . If there is two people in one room , that should make a problem.

• CHI WAH HARMAN (10/5): - Everything is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a combination of Western and Chinese styles and tastes so good. The room is spacious and clean. The metro station is a bit far away from hotel (walk for around 10 minutes) but taking taxi to your destination is easy (use app or raise hand on the street). A new apartment community is 1 block away with a supermarket (ALDI) and some restaurants which is very convenient.

• Nand (3/5): It was not a good experience. Specially Booking.com reservation system is to be blamed - Location My compaint is for Booking. com that you gave me King bed instead of twin beds which i requested at the time of my enquiry. with the result one of the occupant has to sleep on the floor

• Verified traveler (8/5): Huge mistake by hotel.com - Hotel.com had a different location on the map for this hotel, not in the central location of Shanghai as I thought it was, hotel.com offered no help to resolve this issue other than told me I could cancel after I spend more than 30 minutes with its stupid AI and then another 20 minutes with a human (supposedly), no phone service offered to talk verbally, what if I had problems spelling or typing.

Room is very clean and I could stay & sleep very well in room. 3. Breakfast is also very satisfied for Korean. 4. My wife really liked to use a washing machine for free. 5. Near hotel, there is just an office building. Not apartment. So it's very silent to stay quietly. I saw a review that someone felt this hotel is located a little bit far from downtown. But I didn't feel it. Rather, it was so nice to be at the right distance. :)
